I won't ever willingly come back to this location. The Woodinville one we normally go to is so much better. There's a clear training issue as employees tend to contradict each other and no one really knows what is right. We typically print return labels at home, but in effort to save time (as we were already out and about with the package) I figured I'd pay to have it printed. The Woodinville location has you email the label to them and prints it for $1. This location claims they don't have the means to print a label for you (ha!) and tries to make you pay $2 for 15 minutes of computer usage + 15 cents for the print. I can get over the silly money grab here, but I personally don't want to sign into my personal email on a dodgy communal computer. The Woodinville location also has a self-service Amazon return station that makes things all around better. It's a shame because this location is often closer for us, but I'd now happily drive out of my way to have a pleasant experience at the Woodinville location.

Finally! After 51 weeks of ignoring my attempts to collect on a damage claim, the store owner finally admitted to the Attorney General of Washington that he owned me money and sent me a check. No apology or explanation, just a check in the mail. Details follow: My experience has been that the PACK & SHIP GUARANTEE IS WORTHLESS. BEWARE if you have them pack anything of value. In August 2022 I moved from Mill Creek to South Carolina. Just before leaving I had the UPS Store pack and ship a computer to my new home. It arrived damaged and unusable. I followed all damage claim instructions and nine months later I have still not been reimbursed to the extent promised in the guarantee. The store has ignored phone calls, letters, email messages and letters on my behalf from the Washington State Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division. The Guarantee is worthless.

I stopped by today to drop off a prepaid package where I did not need a receipt. I do this at the Tulalup location weekly where they just say leave it on the counter. I did this at the mill creek location and told the agent that the package was prepaid and I did not need a receipt. He yelled out and said you have to get in line and wait like everyone else. Really… need to wait in line to hand it and walk away. Guess back to Tulalup UPS store where they have customer service or to a drop box!

Went to this location for notary services during notary hours. The first employee I spoke to informed me that they were unable to complete the services because it would “take too long.” Notably, there was only one other customer present besides me. I told them I called ahead of time and was informed notary services were provided at this location, before close at 5pm. The male employee with the long pony tail (I wasn’t able to get his name unfortunately), was loud, confrontational, and condescending as he stated that he had “already told me” he cannot provide the services. Notably, this was my one and only interaction with him and he was not the same employee I spoke to on the phone. In terms of customer services, he escalated my inquire to a problem by speaking aggressively. Had he stated facts such as “we cannot provide these services at this time because of _____.” I wouldn’t be leaving this review. He needs a training in problem solving and customer management. After, I was helped by another store down the road. Same number of customers were present and they did not raise their voice or insinuate that I’m unable to follow instruction.

I had a great experience here recently. I was frantically looking for a business that could take some passport photos for my family. I visited 5 larger businesses in the neighborhood that lacked the staffing or working camera to help me with photos. UPS to the rescue. No only did the store have a working camera and an adequately staffed store, they also provided great service to me and the 5 other customers that walked in while my pictures were being taken. I'll be coming here more often.

This is a great location and such it is a very busy one and the staff is always willing to help. Bring your patience and be prepared if the line is long but it will go smoothly if you have all of your information ready to go, I see way too many people with unprepared packages or no information to present hoping for an answer and that will inevitably lead to some sort of issue. The staff is amazing at what they do with the space they have and the volume of packages that they handle so they have a system and your cooperation will go a long way in helping you get what you need done. I've always had a great service here and enjoy doing business with them.

I came in this morning to pick up a package and when I went to the counter I wasn’t greeted. The cashier didn’t even look up from the computer or look me in the eye when speaking to me. He needed help looking up my package and asked for what I assume is the manager, she was also rude and didn’t even look up at me before outstretching her hand for my ID. After I signed for my package the cashier said nothing until I asked if there was anything else I needed to sign and he said”yeah you need to pay $5”. The manager corrected him and said there was not a fee for pick up. He said “ok you’re done” and walked off. The staff obviously needs retraining on customer service and how to actually acknowledge their customers when assisting them.

I came in for notary services, and the gentleman told me it depends on staff availability and whether he is able to step away to notarize the paper...... There was one other customer in there and one other staff member..... I do not understand why he was not able to stop scanning packages to notarize a simple document. I can understand if there was a lot of customers in the store but there was not! Do not ADVERTISE a service if you are unable to provide said service.
