food was very good. the only issue was service really. we didn’t see much of our waiter most of the time, and one of the glasses we received was cracked open and cut one of my family members on the mouth. when we got to paying our waiter like hovered over us and watched us. i don’t know if that’s a normal thing, but we’ve never experienced it and made us slightly uncomfortable. the other weird thing was the tip options. we couldn’t do custom or anything like that. you had to pick from their % options. again i don’t know if that’s normal i’ve just never really experienced that.

Ordered take out. There must be excessive use of anchovies in their Caesar salad because that was the fishiest smelling and tasting salad I’ve ever attempted to eat. I only took a couple of bites, and the flavor and smell lasted through my pasta meal as well. Made everything taste like fish. $60 later I’m thoroughly disappointed and thoroughly disgusted as this was our only restaurant we will ever experience in our one day in Bend on vacation. Holy cow! Make it go away! Also, garlic bread was burnt and hard and other baguette bread was almost solid. Huge waste of money! $$$$

This was an incidental find while walking on the riverfront. The restaurant staff was amazing and we meet a vegan server who helped us out with options. We got the veggie sauté and aglio e olio pasta. Both this were amazing with Perfect seasoning and flavor. They also provided us with house bread. I would definitely go here again if I am craving pasta again.

Nice little place, I had the short rib ravioli and it was fantastic. I'm sure the service would have been better if they had enough staff, but everybody was very polite and was doing the best they could.

I love Pastini except this visit. I took my 93 yr old friend for a late afternoon lunch. The hostess sat us a a great table for a woman with a walker. She arranged the napkins and silverware and walked away. 10 minutes later the waitress arrived for our orders and notices we still had no menus. Wonderful helpful waitress! This was not the norm here. We had the butternut ravioli, good but to many hazelnuts on board.

Have you ever not wanted to post about a place because you didn’t want other people knowing about your hidden gem? That is Pastini for me… Alas, I’ll share my favorite place because it deserves 5 stars for location, food, service, and cleanliness. I love it here.

Once again a phenomenal meal everyone thoroughly enjoyed. We shared linguini pesto pollo, baked ziti with sausage, and chicken alfredo and topped it off with the chocolate cake and the tiramisu. Once again I did not have the cannoli because the head office has nothing but meanies who work there and refuse to offer cannoli on their menu. I overlooked it when they dropped cioppino from the Eugene menu for supply chain issues, but this travesty may finally break me.

I cant believe I'm writing about this but it has to be known. The way Pastini handled this was so awkward that it turned something funny and totally forgivable into something irritating for us THE GUEST. The group we went with have all been in the service industry most of our lives so we've seen it all! We've apologized to guests many times, for ourselves and for the cooks. We've been yelled at and we've been through it all. Mistakes happen. How do you see that a USB DRIVE was in a customer's dish and not try to make it right! My husband, our buddy and I were about ready to eat as we have many times before here, and noticed a USB drive in my husband's food. It was HILARIOUS! I thinks that tops a lot of experiences I've had at restaurants. How did it get from the cooks, to the manager, to the food runner and then through the server without being seen. I have no idea! Haha the funny thing is that there's no "customer probably put it in there to get something". I'm sure you've probably looked at the videos and the drive itself and knew you were in the wrong completely. What was weird that they didn't really seem to care top much(maybe to not draw attention I don't know), but then they go remake the dish and it's just basic spaghetti with no meatballs, cheese or garnish so it was wrong. I would want to make sure it was perfect next time around. Then when the bill our buddy wanted his seperate and the server goes, "well I already had to take off the dish..and printed it out. So it's going to be a process to split it". I'm sorry what hahahahaha 😅 How do you give me an attitude, give me the wrong dish back and have a USB in my food! I feel like restaurants just don't care anymore. I was really annoyed by Pastini on this. We spend the money and expect good service. I don't know what happened here. Pastini never reached out to us either. I was expecting an email or a call something. Will never come back here. This was the weirdest, most annoying thing. It could've been made to be a funny story but you guys were so concerned about getting us out of there and dodging us that you completely neglected the one thing that is crucial to a business, word of mouth. Very let down by how it was handled. Go back in your records and my Facebook posts about this. How was this just ignored?

Everything was amazing here. Pasta is always on point. I’ve been here many times and I’ve only has one “bad” experience with a hostess which he wasn’t too kind to me (reason im not sure). Other than that they are all usually sweet and food is great!

It’s been over 10 years since our last visit. Today’s was underwhelming. Our party of four did arrive before the “dinner” time and after the “lunch” rush on a blustery Tuesday afternoon. Upon our arrival there was no one to seat us until the employees in the lounge area finally saw us standing at the hostess station. Our server started out with a bang but seemed to loose interest rather quickly. We all ordered our entrees and salads and Bread, and after a short time two employees delivered our order not knowing what they were serving and we had a little trouble identifying what we had ordered. Our server arrived and used her order pad to determine who ordered what. From that point forward we didn’t see any employees. After a while our server did check back and my buddy asked for a refill on his Lemonade- which had been empty since our salads were delivered. The refill took way too long. Our salads were just fine, our entree’s were OK - all were pretty much room temperature. Music was much too loud. The empty room and loud music made it a challenge to “chat”?

Great place to eat! I’m very impressed although I did give 4 stars it could very well be 5 based off of 2 minor things such as the garlic bread being slightly softer and the server could work a littler harder but overall great place to eat

Not for those with food allergies or celiac disease. Yes they have a warning that it is a shared kitchen and the food was good, but I got sick and went down hard as though I had eaten straight wheat. Again everyone else enjoyed there meal, but it was so noisy that none of us could hear our own conversation. Again, I have friends who love eating here but if you need to be gluten-free or have a wheat allergy, I had highly recommend you avoid this restaurant.

We had fast, friendly service, our food came within minutes and was absolutely delicious. The butternut squash ravioli and mixed vegetables side were all delicious. The location on the Deschutes River in the Old Mill District is fun and beautiful. Too cold to eat outside, but the view was still lovely.

The bread was the best part! The garlic bread was good, but the bread with the artichoke dip was phenomenal. My pasta dish was also very tasty. The chicken had a fraesh home-made taste but was just a little off, and the sauce was top-notch. However, the serving was rather small for the price. It's definitely worth a visit, but remember to order extra appetizers.

My teen daughter and I had dinner here the week after Christmas, so it was BUSY! First impressions: The place was bustling - so busy that the hosts took a while to see/help us - and smelled delicious. Staff: All staff were working their tails off to serve a big crowd! Our server was extremely friendly, especially considering she was taking care of many tables, including a 10-top! I noticed one of the bussers being super prompt and cheerful at the same time. Food: I had a Negroni, and it was yummy. The calamari was perfectly crisp, not soggy, and the meat was tender. I highly recommend Braised Short Rib Ravioli - giant pasta pillows filled with amply short rib deliciousness. Solid value. We had four drinks (two boozy), an appetizer, salad, and main dish and the bill without tip was ~$68. Notes: There isn't enough room around dining tables. I noticed the staff struggling to navigate between tables, and I banged chairs with the table behind us several times. Overall, I will come here again for quality, comforting Italian food in a lively and casual atmosphere.

Really happy with our lunch at Pastini. We started with their calamari appetizer which was wonderfully light. I got the spicy spaghetti which was cooked just right with perfect sausage and spicy sauce. Everyone was quite full, very happy and had a box of leftovers to enjoy later in the day. Great stop for Italian if you are in the area.

On vacation in Bend and wanted to take our friend out for Italian for her birthday. Stumbled upon Pastini and I'm soooo glad we did! The server, Jaden, was fantastic! She was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My friend and I ordered the Fusilli Alla Roma and my other friend ordered the Baked Ziti with Italian Sausage. Both dishes were absolutely to die for. SOOOOO delicious! I will definitely stop in here again the next time we're down that way.

Got the Linguini Pesto Pollo and it was super yummy! Nice bright flavors, especially alongside a blood orange and rosemary soda. Staff was super friendly and attentive even though the Saturday lunch rush was quite busy! One of my favorite places to come when visiting the area :)
