Really hit & miss quality at this location. Some of the salads have obviously rotten lettuce but always the employees have been good about re-making them and also making a garden salad for us without bell peppers (allergic). Today I was told by Sarah (think was her name) that they NEVER customize their salads, which I informed her was inaccurate because we have been doing that for years and all the other employees have been great with this customer service. Ordered the pizza anyway and arrived at 4:00 on a Sunday. No salads available at all! Would have been nice if she had told me that when I ordered, so I could have gone to a different location!

Buyer beware! This location is awful. Apparently if you order after 8pm the toppings provided depend on the staff’s preference to put them on the pizza. Ordered a pizza with pepperoni and sausage. As I picked it up, I noticed no sausage was visible on the pizza. I asked to confirm there was sausage on the pizza. They confirmed there was. I got home to realize there was in fact no sausage on the pizza. I took the pizza and drove back to the location to request a new pizza with sausage and pepperoni that I ordered. I was told that since they accepted my order after 8 pm I should take what they gave me. Wow. Unacceptable.

I placed an online order 90 minutes before they closed and upon arrival 30 minutes later, they still hadn't made the food, and were walking out and closing up shop for the night, 60 minutes early. When asked she said she didn't receive the order but then walked back in and found the ticket on the machine. Absolute horrible service! Will never come to this location again.

I ordered a pizza today and to be honest it was the worst pizza I ever had. What makes a good pizza is the crust. This pizzas crust was old not fresh it was like eating a thick cracker that would not cook. I baked it for about 25 minutes and the crust would brown. I baked it on a pizza stone. I wouldn't be going back.

Went in for 12 dollar tuesday like every tuesday. This kid wanted to charge me 18 bucks. I said no way, but he would have remade my pizza if I ordered it in store? I dont know what he was high on but mumbled something about an online order. Ive never heard of upcharging for an online order or not valuing the 12 dollar tuesday deal. After coming here for years. Ill be calling the manager.

The absolute worst customer service EVER! I will be finding out the name tomorrow and talking with management because I’ve never been treated worse!!!! He admitted to there being a problem in the system and then constantly made it my fault. His only solution was for me to drive all the way back and show him my pizza that I already cooked to prove it was wrong. I took a picture of it in the garbage cause no one can eat it but that’s not good enough. Meanwhile I had to drive somewhere closer to feed my children who are allergic to the ingredients he claims I didn’t exclude on the order after admitting they have an issue with the app!!!!!! Never go to the Sammamish Papa Murphy’s! You’re welcome and you have been warned

Chase is awesome. Somehow my $10 coupon was voided and I was overcharged as well. Initially was told there was nothing they could do and after calling Chase was able to rectify the situation quicky and efficiently. Great customer service from Chase and rest of the staff here is always great as well.

Great salads, great pizza. And the friendliest crew you will ever encounter.

My stuffed Crust Chicago pizza could probably qualify as a thin as it was so lacking in the stuffing.

Great customer service, they always have our pizza ready. The employees go out of their way to ensure our families satisfaction. Love the $5 mini murph's for kids, I buy them for my kids parties or sleepovers, they make their own pizza and love it.

Antonio is the Manager at the Sammamish Papa Murphy's, and he runs a well-trained and always friendly crew. The pizzas have always been as ordered, and delicious. This Papa Murphy's is a great place to pick up a great meal for the family.
