The Grayson Bed and Breakfast is the perfect stay ~ whether it’s a short visit or an extended one. I ended up here with my two fur babies for 3 months with work ~ and felt blessed I found this gem. Miriam and her family are the absolute best hosts ~ they make you fell right at home. They even took great care with my dogs when I had to work long days (taking them out ~ giving them love). Rooms are spacious and clean and if you get a chance to partake in their Saturday brunch ~ well just plain yum!! Thank you for your hospitality and kindness ~ if I ever have to come back this way for work again it’s a must book.

Stayed here for a wedding a couple weeks ago and The Grayson is a complete delight. The coordinator's hosting is unparalleled - very friendly, warm, and enthusiastic, replete with perks that well exceed expectations for a bed and breakfast. The weekend morning breakfast offerings are dazzling. The common areas are lovely, clean and bustling with very sweet pups, kitties and birds. The location is great - 5 minutes from a popular wedding venue, 10 minutes from the heart of downtown Monroe, and well under an hour to Seattle. You will not regret a stay at The Grayson.

This was our first time at a B&B and we were not sure what to expect but it did not disappoint! Mariam was so welcoming and warm and made us feel very comfortable. We loved roaming the gardens with our cups of coffee, feeding the chickens and visiting the rabbits! Saturday brunch was epic and we enjoyed that out on the deck. Such a unique and pleasant experience and we will be going back when in the area!

If you have not stayed here before do yourself a favor and just book it. The experience Mariam provides is unlike anything you will find anywhere else. Every moment we were there was amazing. We will be visiting again. Literally cannot find a better place for a relaxing weekend where everything is taken care of and just easy. Their hospitality and professionalism IS the gold standard for what one should expect when staying at a Bed & Breakfast.

We loved our stay at the Grayson Bed & Breakfast! Our rooms were beautifully appointed, our beds were very comfortable & Saturday Brunch was fab! Mariam’s house is lovely; she anticipates every need before you even know you needed that very something…Highly recommend!

We came across The Grayson Bed and Breakfast when looking for a convenient place to stay for a wedding we were attending.. being 5 minutes from the venue we decided to book it. From the start Mariam went above and beyond. She helped me navigate the website and ensuring we locked in our weekend stay. Upon arrival she made communication easy. Arrived at the location, the Grayson Bed and Breakfast immediately had the coziest feel-good vibe. Meriam is so full of light and joy. Kind and knowledgeable of the area. From the beautiful front garden, to the warm welcome at the front door. Mariam was positively delightful! Its an absolutely amazing experience to saty in a bed and breakfast where you can just feel all around you, the host herself genuinely enjoys running a spectacular place to come And stay. Speaking of bed and breakfast! OH MY!!! THE BREAKFAST WAS SCRUMPTIOUS!! we were blown away by her beautiful spread. A lovey home cooked meal. Homegrown vegetables from her garden you see right out front! excellent bacon and sausage from a local shop. A sweet and savory dish all severed up in an acorn squash and poached egg. From the chickens she has hilariously free ranging around. You know those are happy chickens and the eggs at breakfast are going to be fresh and like no other. The room was beautiful. And the perfect size. Several necessities were available! Actually im certain she has everything imaginable. (Not thinking i would need an iron, Marian had one ready and available as soon as I asked) since we were in town for a rehearsal dinner and a wedding the next day we happen to be out past 11. Marian made our late night arrivals a breeze. And our stay as comfortable as possible. To have an experience at The Grayson Bed and Breakfast, youll be blown away by the service, atmosphere, love and joy put into such a delightful place!! Our expectations were exceeded beyond imaginable. Highly recommended!

Such a pleasure to stay at The Grayson Bed and Breakfast! As soon as we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and felt like we walked into a close friends (absolutely beautiful) home to visit! Had young grandchildren with us and the stay was beyond expectations. Highly recommend and plan on returning!

This lovely bed and breakfast was in a perfect location for my PD event. Mariam is an amazing cook…her breakfasts were amazing. She was friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. Thank you Mariam and family for the wonderful experience . It was my first time staying in a bed and breakfast.

We had a last minute change in plans and were able to stay at Grayson on short notice. Boy we’re glad we did. We were only there for 8 hours because we were in the area for a race, but it was great! Exceptional hospitality, everything clean and available to us, and an emphasis on natural foods and veggies from the garden. One note tho: you may get woken up by the doves in the living room, so you may want ear plugs. Pet friendly place, but there are cats in the house, so you will likely leash when inside the house.

Great experience for our family! The house and property are beautiful. My toddler joined us in this stay and absolutely loved the dogs, cats, chickens, rabbits, and doves on the property. There was also a trampoline and basketball hoop to keep my toddler entertained outside. The property feels in a rural area, but is only a short drive to town. Rooms were nice, good black out curtains to keep it dark. Each "room" has a space in the fridge and cupboard to keep your own food which was so nice to allow us to stock some items from the grocery store. On Sunday we had breakfast that Mariam prepared and was delicious; using fresh ingredients from the large gardens on the property and eggs. We even accidently left our Nintendo Switch and games in the under-bed cubby and Mariam mailed this to our house, which saved us a 7 hour round-trip! Overall Mariam is very responsive and we would happily book another stay at the Grayson when we visit the area in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at The Grayson House. The host was very welcoming and friendly, the room was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. We recommend to anyone staying in the area.
