What an exciting way to transition to the 21st century banking. Joined with Peet's coffee and a full upstairs dedicated for people to use the internet that's free in a beautiful, relaxing, environment. The gal that helped me, Carolyn and she is absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable and helping create this new form of banking. I had a few issues to clear up on my new 360 checking and savings. Afterwards she took care of my beverage because I had to come in there for those issues. Forget about Chime, Assurant or any of those online, non brick and mortar banking. Capital One checking and savings gives you everything for free and the same as other places, but they at least have some place you can walk into if you need to clear stuff up. Cuz of the above situation, I only recommend you use capital one! I write very honest reviews and if you agree with this please hit the like button or feel free to follow!!

8/10/2023 Updated Review: I've always enjoyed Capitol One Café due to the welcoming atmosphere and enjoyable coffee. I always feel like this place escalates my creativity due to the enormous space and natural light. They recently switched from Peet's Coffee to Verve, which I'm not complaining about. I also want to thank Don and Aiden for their unwavering positive attitudes and warm greetings. I've been a Capital One member for years, and drinking Peet's Coffee at half the price is a huge win for me. As a CO cardholder, all your drinks are half off, and I really enjoyed the space they offered. I had the Havana Cappuccino, which was perfectly spices but a tad bit too sweet. Great study area! :) I'll be back.

I have seen this place many times and mistaken it for a Capital one bank branch. It was a pleasant surprise to find this is a coffee house. The coffee is good and there is a big area on the 2nd floor with tables, bars and comfortable chairs. Looks like they also have some rooms but due to pandemic they are not open. I will come back here for coffee and work from my laptop on the 2nd floor next time I am in the area.

Quiet place with a lot of space on the first and second floor. I usually come here because the cafe offers 50% discount for Capital One cardholders and is next to my office.

Love working and getting coffee from this place, just wish it was open longer. It's right in the middle of SLU where most people who live here can get free espresso drinks during the workday from their offices anyway, yet this place is currently only open during work hours, rendering it pointless. Why can't it have at a minimum the same hours as the Bellevue location?

Great spot to spend the day working! Feels more like a coworking space than a coffee shop (in a good way). Show your Capital One card for free or 50% off drinks too.

We were trying to open an account at a popular well-known bank only to receive a bunch of cr@p, so by the time were got here, my daughter and I were already in pretty bad mood. It's amazing how helpful and professional everyone was here: we got coffee, opened all the accounts we needed to open and it didn't take very long. We're very thankful to the staff for helping us with setting up the accounts and for making our day go much better. Will definitely continue taking our business here. Also: very clean, nice attmorsphere, wonderful coffee drinks.

This place is amazing, I really can't recommend it enough. Pete's coffee is great, and with the 50% off deal for drinks, it's a bargain. The spaces available for doing work are fantastic and very comfortable. The staff is also fantastic, they are friendly and very helpful. Don, Sharis, Hanna and others have been very helpful and nice. I'm honestly a bit surprised this place isn't packed all the time.

Capital One Cafe is a great place if you are looking for a quiet coffee shop to read or get work done. The few times I have been here it was not crowded unlike a lot of other coffee shop shops in the city which can get crowded and noisy. The cafe has 2 levels (there is a elevator) and a restroom upstairs. They have a small area with a couch upstairs, small and long tables with chairs) and a table with puzzles. The wifi is free and fast and there is music playing in the background but it is not too loud. They serve standard coffee shop fare (it's a Peet's coffee shop inside) like drip, lattes and frappes ( I like the matcha frappe). It is well lit and spacious and ideal if you are interested in a relatively quiet coffee shop environment to do some work or read.

Stopped in one afternoon and chatted with a couple reps. Their enthusiasm and cherry nature could brighten any day. Not to mention it's a pretty sweet cafe. I've been to others in Chicago and Phoenix and this one was the nicest I've seen.

was looking forward to get my morning latte and a croissant; decided to check this place out and so walked past a few regular places I usually go to. On the door, it says they serve Peet's coffee and bakery items. Fair enough, I do like Peet's. I did like my latte but the chocolate croissant they gave me was old (may be 1 or 2 days old). I didn't had time to sit and eat at the café so I realized that only after reaching my desk when I opened the croissant bag to eat; otherwise I'd have taken it back to the counter right away. I aint going back to get day old stuff at full price. Rather go to an actual Peet's store or stick to other in SLU area.

I just grabbed a latte to go but it seemed like a nice place to hang out. No pressure to bank or anything. Grabbed their signature honey lavender latte

Amazing experience! Everyone was so friendly and helped my diabetic mother figure out what she could have off the menu. The matcha lemonade and hibiscus spritz were delicious too! Highly recommend!!

Enormous bright beautiful two floor warehouse space with endless room to work or relax while enjoying Verve Coffee drinks, which are half price if you purchase with a Capital One card which is an amazing deal.

Cap One is solid. The Peet's Coffee is a nice bonus, and a good place to get some work done. Staff is always friendly and greets you when you walk in. The fact that the ATM machine dispenses $5s and $1s is a huge bonus.

A moderate sized co-working area, roughly similar to the average Wework, but is completely free. Unfortunately the staffing issues has not recovered as of early Sep 2022, and they are only open for coffee from 8-2, and will only be open as a working area from 2 until closing.

Capital One has done a really nice job with this place. They are always super welcoming and don't hassle you with their sales pitch when you enter (in fact, they have never done it to me - thanks!). Every so often they will have free coffee outside. The space inside is really nice, lots of seating and pretty quiet. Great for meetings or just working in silence.

Went soley for the cafe but it was closed early due to staffing issues, but the staff that was there was friendly and went above and beyond to make it up to us. I will try to go back for coffee again but very impressed by their customer service.

Basically a free we-work space with better coffee! There’s a second floor with meeting rooms, lots of space, great wifi, and tons of outlets. It’s a perfect place to get some work done or take a meeting.
