Everytime
prior
that
I
had
gone
was
alright.
The
doctors
and
nurses
were
usually
very
nice
and
knowledgeable.
However,
the
last
time
I
went,
I
was
feeling
pain
in
my
lower
abdomen/pelvis
area
and
thought
maybe
it
was
just
a
UTI
or
potentially
something
else.
The
doctor
told
me
that
it
could
potentially
be
a
kidney
infection,
and
they
would
run
tests
on
it.
She
prescribed
antibiotics
for
me
to
take,
and
that
a
nurse
would
follow
up
the
coming
week
to
see
how
I
was
doing.
She
told
me
the
antibiotics
would
be
ready
in
a
couple
hours
as
I
headed
to
the
front.
I
went
after
a
few
hours
to
the
pharmacy
to
check.
No
antibiotics.
I
checked
day
after
day.
I
couldn't
check
with
Northgate
PP
any
of
those
days,
because
they
were
closed.
Still
none
at
the
pharmacy.
I
was
in
so
much
pain
and
running
a
fever,
and
was
getting
ready
to
go
to
the
hospital.
A
random
nurse
not
from
that
location
thankfully
called
to
ask
how
I
was
on
my
antibiotics.
She
told
me
that
my
prescription
was
not
processed/in
the
system.
She
got
everything
straightened
out
for
me,
and
I
was
able
to
get
my
meds.
She
told
me
she
would
record
this
incident
for
future
training
purposes.
