    Jimmy & all the coaches at Progressive Performance have created a community that provides individualized support to help achieve fitness, strength & nutrition goals. They provide all the tools necessary! Better than that, the sense of community & friendly, supportive atmosphere help make this a place where I actually look forward to going to! It’s a pleasure to walk through the doors & know the coaches are going to help me reach my goals (& push me when necessary). Small group workouts, individualized programming, along with nutrition support are helping me move forward toward my fitness goals & actually exceed what I thought was possible. Highly recommend!

    I have been a member for over 3 years and can say without a doubt I am in the best shape of my life. The personalized programming has helped me achieve my goals and set new ones to work on next. All the coaches are professional and approachable. I look forward to going to the gym and never miss a day. It is the most supportive environment amongst the coaches and fellow members I have ever had in a gym. Absolutely recommend.

    I have only been going here for the last month, but it is the first gym that I actually WANT to go to. The coaches are super encouraging, attentive and good at guiding someone who has never really been in the gym. The others in the group are also really supportive of each other and encourage and cheer you on in every victory. I have been very impressed. I have avoided the "gym" most of my life because I hate the feeling that it is a meat market. Not so here. Everyone is working at their own pace to be the best they can be. I would highly recommend others try it out, The staff work hard to keep you from injury, but if you happen to do it to yourself (in or out of the gym), they also help you to recover in a safe way. Kudos to Ellen and Curtis who have been my rock as I learn how to safely move my body with weights.

    I've been a member of Progressive Performance for about four years now, and just don't know where to start to convey my appreciation for the owner Jimmy, and the amazing coaches he has on staff. I came to PP originally in my search for a gym to help maintain and grow my physical fitness in my late 40's, knowing strength training is the key to growing older with fitness that helps to prevent injuries and maintain independence. I had tried the larger box gyms (Gold's and YMCA), but just felt like a number passing in and out of the door. After finding and joining PP, I was struck by the benefits of a personalized workout and coaching - and didn't anticipate the further benefits which were lurking under the surface. Yes, my strength improved, as was the goal. But, so did my bone density, my balance, and the grip strength in my hands - which reversed the pain of my arthritis. I gained muscle without bulking, and lost fat. My sleep improved, thus improving mood, energy, skin clarity, and cognition. If desired, one can join for nutrition counseling to help identify those little habits we all have which could be preventing reaching health goals - this has really helped me, and a service that I'll drop in on time to time. The small group workout times allow for consistent coaching from coaches who come to know you and your personal goals, strengths and areas of improvement. The ultimate silver lining for me has been the community. Meeting new people had been a challenge for me being self employed and with children in school. I have made wonderful friends with fellow clients, as well as the coaches, and look forward to each day as we all work and cheer one another on. I would feel lost without this wonderful place, and if you are on the fence about coming in, I would urge you to just give it a try - and introduce yourself to a new experience and friends : )

    Progressive Performance has been a fabulous experience and a healthy lifestyle choice. I am happy I came here to reboot my fitness program, increase my energy level, and become stronger. It’s a supportive community that helps me customize my training sessions based on my ability. There is a sense of comfort, friendliness, and encouragement when you walk in the door. This place is beautiful and clean, and the ambiance is always positive and motivating. My favorite parts of the gym are the trainers and equipment. Jimmy, Ellen, Bryce, Curtis, Logan, and Dylan have been encouraging, knowledgeable, and patient with me. I love their enthusiasm and professionalism. They are very caring and attentive to proper movements and check up on me regularly to see how I feel physically. My most significant achievement has been my consistency in my workouts. I love their online scheduling platform, which lets me prioritize my workouts, commit to my appointments, and show up. I aim to prioritize my health and fitness and structure my week around it. I’ve consistently attended two weight training sessions & 1-2 cardio sessions per week for the past six weeks and aim to build momentum, stay consistent over time, and become leaner and stronger in the process. I am excited about this journey with my Progressive Performance tribe.

    Jimmy my instructor is an excellent instructor after join progressive personal training my frozen shoulder is getting better I am motivated to get better. I like the way he explains each step in detail and ensure that the form is correct. Personally this is the best experience. People who join, there lives will be transformed.

    I love love LOVE Progressive Performance!! It has been a great gym for my partner, his family, and I to go to. I appreciate how welcoming everyone is and how caring the coaches are. The coaches are there to listen to you and to help support you. They really want you to achieve the goals you have set for yourself by making sure you are comfortable and have the right weight and form. I appreciate how the workouts are written on the whiteboard and are easy to see. Great place to go! Highly recommend

    My son and I have been using Progressive Performance for around four months. I really like the experience, but for entirely different reasons for the two of us. For me, I've needed to train but have found myself really disinterested in planning workouts. I would develop one or two routines, go for a while, get bored, and then quit. At Progressive Performance they have six curated workouts: Bench, Squat, Deadlift, Body Building, Full-Body A, and Full-Body B. There's something for anyone every day of every week, depending on your goals. Staff change the workouts every two weeks, so it doesn't really get stale, and I learned just this week there is a macro-scale cycle influencing the structure of the workouts with the intent of maximizing our performance. That aside, I look forward to seeing what the new workouts look like. The coaches check in with everyone on their form and provide feedback as necessary. All of that keeps me engaged. I'll also add the coaches are quite engaged with clients, so if you're dealing with an old or new injury, they can customize any of the workouts on the fly to help you deal with a limitation while still making progress toward meeting your goals. For my son, he was motivated to get stronger so he could compete better against kids who are mostly bigger than he is. He had zero experience in the gym prior. Through all of the coaches he's learning the correct way to perform essential movements. He's also gotten stronger, and through plyometric movements they prescribe on top of the weight training, even more athletic. I'll also add the participated in a Speed Camp they put on. Learned a ton, made new friends, and thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. I'll also add the look and feel of the gym is probably best described as purposeful. It was clearly built with a focus on results. There aren't a lot of extras...it's the stuff you need to get more fit in a safe and reasonable manner. The real value is in the knowledge and support Jimmy, Ellen, Curtis, Bryce, Avery and the gym community provide.

    This is the best gymn I have been involved with. At 63, there have been many. The class size is structured in a way that allows coaches the ability to create a thorough and effective workout. In addition, the coaches provide professional assessments, as needed, to accommodate the differing physical needs clients may be experiencing. Did I mention the personal accountability? It's there and perfect to keep me moving forward with my fitness goals. Take advantage of the personalized nutrition coaching. It's a game changer. The atmosphere is amazing, stop by, check it out.

    Great place for any stage of your fitness journey! Small group for each session time means the fitness coaches are able to help everyone and make sure the exercises are being done correctly. Diversity in workout sets if not sure what to do or option to follow your own set plan. Everyone’s friendly and helpful… also bonus, the adorable gym dog!

    This is an amazing gym that not only helps you work on your fitness goals but provides a community that supports and encourages you. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and will meet you where you are at on your health and fitness journey. They have been instrumental in helping me to realize I can do more than I think I can and how to do it safely. The community has been supportive and fun to work out with.

    The coaches at Progressive are knowledgeable & genuine. After getting diagnosed with a physically limiting disability, I was constantly worried that exercise would continue to lead to injury. I can confidently (and happily) say that I’ve been major injury free for the almost 2 years I’ve been training with the coaches at Progressive!

    HIGHLY recommend this place regardless of what shape you’re in or background you have. These guys are awesome, if you tell them your goals they will find every which way to help you achieve them and in the most welcoming and personal manner too. I’ve never really had a sense of confidence in the gym until I started coming here. It’s been close to a year, I am in the best shape of my life, but I have learned SO much from them and I still continue to learn new things and achieve new goals each time I come in. I am also someone who lives a very chaotic life with a very hectic work schedule, and everyone here has found different ways and solutions to help me and work with me to achieve my goals regardless, from the first day I walked through the door. Such a warm and welcoming environment with wonderful coaches, I love it here. Thank you so much!!!

    Absolutely LOVE working out at Progressive Performance! I originally thought I would dread lifting free weights but the coaches and other members really make the difference. I've been going now for 1-1/2 years and want to keep going. I feel stronger and more fit than ever!

    I've been a member at Progressive Performance for over a year and will continue to be for a while because of the quality of trainers and the feeling of community. I don't ever drag my feet to this gym because it feels like I'm going to workout with friends and always come back feeling refreshed. I get the attention I need for my personal goals from the coaches despite working out in a group setting. The gym also offers fat-loss challenges every now and then which is a nice change of routine from the regular workouts for me. And the biggest reason I keep going back is for Penny pets. Where else will you get to workout with a cute little dog!

    I love this gym!!!! I have been coming here for almost a year now and I love it! All the coaches, Jimmy, Ellen, Curtis, Bryce and Penny are all knowledgeable, caring and just wonderful! They have created an environment where I feel confident and safe to work out at my pace and level. I have met wonderful people who are working on their goals that work out with me. The sessions are semi private and I get support and help with all aspects of my workout program for weightlifting, nutrition and cardio. If I can't do an exercise, the coaches will give me an adjustment or another exercise where I can be successful and keep making progress. I am proud to say that I have released over 50 pounds and have gotten so much more flexible and strong since joining Progressive Performance. I am looking forward to continued improvement!     This is not just an amazing gym, it’s a community of both coaches and members that assist you in becoming the strongest version of yourself through your health and fitness journey. I’ve been a member now for 4 years and I wouldn’t trust anyone other than Jimmy and his amazing team to assist me with achieving my health & fitness goals. I’ve done it all- Orange Theory, personal trainers, big gyms etc and this is the only gym I’ve stuck with for longer than a year. Their personalized approach, one on one attention & passion for helping others is world class. I’m a fairly active person having completed marathons and triathlons in the past so I have a very high standard of the fitness industry that Progressive Performance has exceeded for me. I’ve also had my share of injuries that the coaches have worked through with me. Honestly if it wasn’t for them I probably would have given up. I love that the community is a diverse group of individuals from all fitness levels that truly care about one another- when was the last time you experienced that from a gym? Wether it’s preparing for a competition, working through an injury, winning a fat loss challenge or just becoming the strongest version of you - Jimmy and his team I promise will deliver!

    I have been a member at Progressive Performance for 6 years and have always been impressed by the all the support from the owner Jimmy and his staff over the years. The coaches are always willing to work with you, help with form and figuring out what will be the best way to get stronger! I have noticed my strength gains, stamina and endurance improvements. It is truly a special place to work out, and really feels like a family :)

    I recently joined Progressive Performance at the enthusiastic recommendation of a family member who has been going there for a while. I'm really impressed so far. The trainers are knowledgeable and encouraging. They do a great job giving individual advice and attention during the small group classes. I've bounced off a couple other gyms and fitness programs, but can really see myself sticking with this place. The overall atmosphere feels welcoming rather than intimidating. I appreciate that it isn't a one-size fits-all program and that they take into account individual motivations and goals.

    Been going for a month now but only go to evening classes so can only truly talk about Jimmy and Bryce. Love the small group setup, Jimmy and Bryce are both very knowledgeable and helpful with helping you achieve whatever your goals are. Other members at the gym are friendly, never feel like I'm being judged here. Canceled my membership at 24 hour fitness in favor of here because I feel it's a better value if you're actually trying to improve. But if you're already an expert or just going to the gym to say you work out it might not be the best option.

    I’ve been working out at Progressive Performance for about a month now. Before joining, I did primarily HIIT and yoga, but was looking to challenge my strength. I consider myself a novice when it comes to weight training, and there’s been nothing but encouragement and support while at the gym here. The trainers are great to work with and regularly come around to correct form, or provide a spot as needed. If you’re looking to learn how to lift safely, test your strength, and be apart of a positive, judgment-free environment, look no further than Progressive Performance.

    So grateful for Progressive Performance gym and the coaches (Bryce, Curtis, Ellen). The classes are limited to small groups. The coach guides us individually through our workout time, tailoring to our abilities and ensuring we're using correct form. Really attentive staff and supportive environment. Unlike any gym I've ever seen. I tried this gym on a buddy trial, skeptical of being able to gain strength without getting hurt. After only a few weeks I started seeing results and feeling stronger, exactly right for me. The coaches really made the difference to enable my progress. Highly recommend - life changer!
