Brooke was not only an absolute master at creating and refining my vision, but the execution of the piece itself was phenomenal! We had fun and made magic in the process! I simply told them that I had always envisioned a "Tree Star" necklace, just like the one from the Land Before Time. And let's just say, when they opened that box and I saw my necklace for the first time, I cried more than when the Mama met Sharptooth. 🥲 I will carry this creation close to my heart forever, and when the time comes, I hope that my family will know that I am always watching and guiding them whenever they hold onto my Tree Star. Communication was excellent from the very beginning. We needed not one, but two rings inside of 6 weeks. The company looked at their production schedule and assured that the task could be accomplished, however with no room to spare. I had an amazing experience getting a ring customized for my partner!!! Erich was super friendly and a blast to work with. He helped work with me to come up with the perfect ring and stone pairing and we were able to make it work in my timeline before I move to the other side of the country. Prices were comparable to a lot of other places and going here allowed me to make something perfect for my partner without an ounce of sacrifice (design wise). They also have the widest selection of colored sapphires I've ever seen, which was perfect for my partner's ring! Highly recommend!!! No doubt this is the best place to go for an engagement ring.

I showed up to Green Lake Jewelry in Bellevue not quite sure what I wanted, and ended up leaving with the most perfect custom ring imaginable. Erich was so helpful and selected several rings for me to try on, taking note of which aspects of each one I liked and then designed a custom ring that utilised all the best parts of each ring. Additionally, they ensured that the custom ring was perfectly fit to my existing engagement ring even though it had been purchased elsewhere. I highly recommend Green Lake Jewelry for custom designs.

There's a reason this place has so many 5 stars. I wanted to buy an engagement ring with zero knowledge about the process, and I walked in in ratty, casual clothes and basically said "help me, I don't know what I'm doing", and they effortlessly helped me through the whole process. I'm also pretty frugal and every price or cost was explained to me before anything happened, I appreciated that a ton. Britt was my main helper and she's an all-star. All my future jewelry is coming from this place.

My partner and I designed commitment ring door each other and they came out exactly the way we had hoped…so beautiful and perfect. We will wear them proudly. The process was simple and fun. I came in to fix my engagement ring which had been dented from my wedding band. We decided to fully remake my engagement ring, but sturdier, to fit better with my wedding band. I worked very closely with Erich through the whole process and he was amazing! They were able to remake my ring, nearly identically but stronger and shaped to fit flush with my wedding band. I’m so happy with how it tuned out. The whole process was transparent and easy, I’d recommended them to anyone!

Amazing customer service and product. After having gone to a few other places, we came to Green Lake Jewelry still having lot's of questions. We worked with Erich who was able to effectively answer all our questions and provide us with some great options. Erich helped us design a customer ring which used my fiance's Grandmother's engagement ring center stone. The ring turned out amazing and the cost was not much higher than what other jewelers were quoting us for an off the shelf band. Erich stayed in touch throughout the process and we were able to review the design mock up prior to committing to ensure we were happy with it prior to finalizing.

Having Greenlake design a custom ring for my antique art deco engagement ring was an amazing experience. Benjamin incorporated elements of my own drawings into a beautiful jacket. He helped bring my vision to life, and custom tailored a handsome band for my husband. We would highly recommend Greenlake and Benjamin if you’d like something special and unique. They do some jaw-dropping gorgeous work there!

We used Green Lake Jewelry Works for our engagement ring and wedding bands and it was a great experience. We were looking to design a customized engagement ring and they walked us through every step of the process. When it came time for the wedding band, we needed something that matched the same style/shape as the engagement ring and Ben did a fantastic job of providing us with multiple options and guiding us through the process. The end result was a custom built ring set that looks wonderful.

5 stars is not a high enough rating for Green Lake Jewelry Works. I went to them to purchase an engagement ring and after sharing my ideas Erich came up with an absolutely stunning design that I know my partner will love. Erich did an amazing job of guiding me through the process from start to finish, answering all questions, providing recommendations based on my budget and going above and beyond on all aspects to create the perfect ring I was looking for. My piece was a custom engagement ring which took around 10ish weeks to be completed after the consultation. If you're looking for custom jewelry (and even if you are not!) Green Lake Jewelry Works and Erich are the best of the best.

We took my rings to Green Lake Jewelry to be sized up. Wish someone told me when you get older your knuckles swell….I digress. They were very professional and we felt good about the fact they have the lab in house. The rings were perfect! You cannot tell they were sized up. We will definitely return if we have any jewelry needs!

I chose Green Lake because they had the best filigree design options. They communicated with me to make sure that the design was exactly as I wanted. The ring turned out exactly as expected, and the craftsmanship is excellent! The whole process went smoothly, and there were no problems at all. She said “YES!”

Green Lake Jewelry Works was amazing. Within 1 week my dream ring was designed based on pictures, sketches, and ideas I had. They brought everything to life. The whole process took about 10 weeks - exactly the amount of time they estimated. I was updated with pictures along the way. They even took diamonds I already had and worked them into the design process. Fantastic - 10 out of 10!!!

Erich was an outstanding partner in our engagement ring creation process from start to finish. My fiancée and I wanted to create a custom ring that utilized two heirloom diamonds and brought in one new one. On a whim one afternoon we decided to explore a couple of jewelers for the first time, and when we walked into Green Lake Jewelry Works, Erich greeted us and took us in, even though we hadn’t booked a consultation. We ended up sitting with him for over an hour as he took all sorts of notes about what we wanted and what we were bringing to be used in the ring. Erich was polite, poised, knowledgeable, and prudent. His suggestions for ring construction and stone selection made me feel like he was a collaborator and advisor rather than a salesperson trying to upsell at every opportunity. Throughout the ring construction process, Erich provided updates that gave us full confidence every step of the way. I would trust the guy with my life. Overall, we were truly impressed with GLJW and are happy that we followed the recommendation of so many folks on the internet. This is a seriously nice operation that knows exactly how to work with clients who have high expectations for custom jewelry. We can’t wait to do more designs with them in the future.

When we first walked in (Bellevue location), we were greeted nicely by one of the designers, Ben. He was very helpful and told us about their process and was showing us around. We ended up starting the process to design a ring that same visit. I was able to pick a stone I loved and get set up for the design page. The process was fun and Ben made it easy. He really seems to know what he’s doing and was very helpful about what designs can last/what ones may not be the best for longevity, etc. I was super impressed by how professional and thoughtful he was throughout the process. The different steps done to make sure the ring is what you want is great. He first did a design, which you can add/change things with, then when you find what you like, CAD images are done, then a 3D printed model which I was able to try on. From there it was waiting for the final ring to be done. As well, he was honest that their timing for a ring when we met him were longer and he offered to have the stone placed in a temporary setting. I loved having that and didn’t know it would be an option. Overall, such a great experience. I would love to see Ben again for future ring/jewelry needs. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

I created a custom engagement ring for my partner virtually working with a designer from Green Lake Jewelry Works. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and end result! Designer Chelsea was very patient, understanding, accommodating and talented throughout the entire process. We can’t thank this wonderful company enough!!

I LOVED my experience here. It was important to me to have Australian opal as part of my ring. I did my research and understood the risks. I spoke to a jeweler at another company, who just said no. I spoke to Chelsea, one of the designers here, and we discussed the risks. Once I confirmed I understood them, we went on to design! I sent her my pencil sketches and a pinterest photo. She sent back a beautiful 3D model within 24 hours. They gave us a plastic model which my fiance spray painted and proposed with. They are also excited to work with moissanite which can be hard to find. Everytime we went in, everyone was very nice and efficient. We did this in the height of COVID when they had staffing shortages and it was still a fantastic experience. The price was very reasonable too, this was around $3k. We had to have it resized a tiny bit, they did it within the week for free.

My fiancé and I designed my engagement ring together at this location. I am absolutely IN LOVE with my ring. It's been a couple months and I still can't take my eyes off it. Erich listened to our vision for the ring and really helped us find the final product. Throughout the design process, Erich was quick to communicate and adapt to our design feedback. The entire process of designing the ring was smooth and easy for us. We visited the shop while in Washington on a trip but we live in Los Angeles. The communication was clear both in person and remote. We were so in love with this place and the service, we decided to buy my fiancé's ring from Green Lake as well. I could not recommend this place enough, it is filled with kind designers and beautiful rings. Whether you live in Washington or out of state, this is the place to go.

The process of making my custom engagement ring could not have been more exciting and seemless. I was easily able to communicate with my designer even though I'm out of Chicago. They curate a beautiful collection of Montana Sapphires which was important to me to have as the center stone. Ben made the process feel personal to my fiance and I, listened to our asks, provided us with knowledgable insights, and designed a beautiful, unique ring. He's the best! Green Lake Jewerly is the place to go. Much different than the other jewelry stores. I came to the store looking for something unique and was not let down. All the employees were focused on delivering what I wanted. They have all the expertise but guided me well along the way. I will be back.

Wow! I highly recommend Erich, one of the designers with Green Lake Jewelry Works. I am on the east coast and was able to work seamlessly with Erich to design a gorgeous estate quality diamond ring using the Green Lake portal. Erich looked at pictures I sent and combined my favorite elements from each to design the most beautiful setting for my emerald cut center stone. He communicated throughout the process and was always happy to make modifications, send me renderings, etc. I love the uniqueness of my ring all due to Erich’s vision and attention to detail. Once the design was finalized, the craftsmen went to work to create the piece. Their work was exquisite. You won’t be disappointed!

I had an amazing experience at Green Lake Jewelry in Bellevue. My husband accidentally cut his wedding ring with a tool while woodworking. Several other jewelry stores said it would cost hundreds of dollars and they would have to cut off the inscription I had written inside. The jeweler at Green Lake Jewelry ( I think his name was Marco) did an absolutely incredible job fixing it without having to cut out the inscription, charged a reasonable price, and made sure to have it ready for our 35th wedding anniversary. Highly recommend this store!!

He has a great talent for asking you the right questions to form a good sense of your personal style and design something personal/unique to you. He was incredibly patient with us when I changed my mind about the design of my engagement ring, and worked with us to come up with a new design that we loved. It's clear that he really values the relationship with his clients. In fact, all of the staff at Green Lake have been wonderful. Surprisingly, the cost of custom rings was comparable to buying a pre-made ring from another jewelry store, and the result was much more special to us. As far as we're concerned, there's no other place we'll be going to for custom jewelry for the foreseeable future.

I've had 4 items made by Green Lake, all of them have turned out amazing. Ben was great to work with, quick to respond, and always had time to meet up and did a great job providing me with many different designs to review for what I wanted and helped advise me on what would and would not work style wise. I needed a very specific colored center diamond stone to match my wife's engagement ring, they kept on the hunt and were able to find it after I think about 6 months or more of searching. Ben had stones brought in for me to review, and even sent some back that didn't meet his quality bar. I highly recommend Green Lake Jewelry Works for service and craftsmanship.
