They have you waiting for hours if you don’t have an appointment. But there’s only a couple appointment slots per day and unless your having a very bad condition chances are you’re not going to be given those spots. Now I luckily had an appointment but the process was still hectic after arriving ten minutes earlier for my appointment like they asked they didn’t call me in until like 30 minutes after my appointment time and I still only chatted with the nurse by this point, no doctor in sight. Also this is just one of my experiences here the other time even when I got called in they try to rush your time here and expedite you as fast as they can and often overlook serious issues or just don’t care they see you as another number not a human to take care of very disappointed and I wished it were better it saddens me to have to make this review

Best urgent care experience I have ever had! Thank you to RN Sean for making it so. My daughter had a cheerleading accident, so I was giving my 17-year-old a piggy back ride into urgent care. Awkward. Sean ran outside to help us in and after my daughter was safely in a wheelchair, he tried out some moves he was guessing she was doing while hurting her ankle. That made her laugh through tears. So healing. This was my first glance to how brilliant he was in understanding that healing is so multi-faceted. It is not just physical -- but emotional, mental, spiritual, etc. He was honest, a good listener, and compassionate. We got right in -- no wait! He brought her some ibuprofen and realized she hadn't eaten for several hours, so he offered a few options of snacks. In the end of the visit, he walked us out to the car and helped her in. Thank you, Sean. You are truly a beacon of the values of Providence Swedish. Thank you for easing our way.

This is one of the best urgent care clinics in the area and my preferred one due to their late hours and because their staff are very courteous and helpful. Beyond the basics of a great location, ample parking, and nice facility, I appreciate that you could book an appointment online and even get virtual care. What I mostly appreciated about a recent visit, after having suffered a major fracture in my right hand, and having been visibly emotional and worried, the nurse who came to ask me questions and take my vitals, hugged me and told me that everything will be ok. I will always remember and appreciate that in one of my toughest moments, someone cared enough to comfort me and help me get settled. Also the doctors that I have seen at this clinic have always been caring and courteous. Easy 5 stars.

Compared to the many urgent care clinics I’ve been to over the years, this one is superb! Dr. Chan did not make the visit feel rushed and was very thorough. She’s so great, that I wish she was my primary physician. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Felt she was condescending. She told me “you can tell he’s not a breastfed baby” which is so crazy because when he was born Swedish hospital was the one who discouraged me from breastfeeding???? But I just told her that I breastfeed when it’s possible…. She kept saying he was too thin and he looked younger than he really is. But my son is very normal on the growth charts. So I don’t know what babies she’s comparing him to. Well especially in urgent care? I guess if I had to say something positive…. The waiting room was pretty

I went in for a sore throat. They were unable to determine what it was, considering that all my results came back negative. The young woman who I seen first (MA) was very professional and sweet. I was looking forward to seeing a doc come in but unfortunately was seen by a nurse. No disrespect to nurses! But this one in particular just sent me home in pain & didn’t even prescribe me any medication for the pain. When I asked if any Tylenol or ibuprofen would be given over the counter from a local pharmacy near by, I was told by the nurse to go buy it. She said it wasn’t that much to buy & to get the generic version because they are both the same. I was in shock by her response. Not everybody has a dollar to their name to buy meds ( but I did) & if it’s covered by my insurance why not prescribe me something for my pain I’m having? Tylenol or ibuprofen could have simply helped. Idk if it was laziness or racial practices here.

This urgent care is the best! I’ve been here several times and front desk is friendly and check-in is quick. Nurses and doctors are kind, caring and very thorough. Highly recommend.

The front desk people were very polite as they set up my account since I had never been to a Swedish clinic. The MA and doctor were very considerate and kind when they spoke to me and answered all my questions. They listened when I expressed my needs and respected me. Probably the best experience I've had at an urgent care and you can tell the staff care about you and your health. Thank you for all that you do!

Great staff. Very prompt support. It was our first time at an urgent care facility and right from Genesis at the front desk to Dr. Chan and Shawn, everyone was very helpful and patient.

Made an appointment and didn’t have to wait at all once I got to the clinic! I went in with stomach pain and the doctor spent about 5 minutes with me before telling me to go to the ER because he thought it was my appendix. He called ahead to the ER, so I didn’t have any wait time there and it turns out I did have appendicitis and had to have an emergency appendectomy. Thank you!

I was overcharged and not prescribed for all of the things I had the doctor look at. Imagine getting charged for 45 min =300 plus dollars for two conditions. I was about to be prescribed for 2 things but once we found out I have covid, I only got covid medicine. After the visit one of my conditions got worse, and I did recover from covid thanks to the medicine. The doctor was pretty impersonal and forgot about my other prescription. Watch the time you spend there and make sure you get everything you asked out of it. Thankfully I was able to get a 50$ discount and payment plan from customer service on the phone.

Shawn was very hospitable, knowledgeable, & made me feel right at home. Dr. Singh saw me quickly and stitched me up right away. Raquel, the front desk lady, was nice and efficient. Highly recommend the Swedish Urgent Care facility.

Caring, quick and efficient. After being told there was a 3 hour wait at an Indigo that had one person in the waiting room, I looked online for other options. I joined the waitlist online and it gave me some issues. A quick call and my daughter was scheduled for an hour later. We arrived and were immediately ushered into an exam room and went through the MA, RN, MD, Xray tech and MD again to read the xray. All in 45 mins or less. All staff were friendly, kind and caring. Highly recommend.

Got here at 19:25 and saw this on the door. The staff member was nice enough to reroute me to a nearby urgent care. This is not an issue with the clinic rather with the Swedish management that do not appreciate its customers time.

Went in tonight for a terrible migraine and everyone I met here was so kind! Thank you to everyone from the front desk folks, the nurses and the doctor for helping me feel better. I will definitely come back in the future when needed! 💕

While staying in Seattle I needed to visit a clinic. None of the clinics in downtown Seattle were rated highly or would take my insurance so I reached out to Swedish Urgent Care in Factoria. The entire experience was 5 Stars. Easy to book, very short wait, friendly staff and Dr. Molina Mo Wah Chan was an pleasure too speak with and an excellent doctor! Great advice, excellent follow-up and quickly called in a prescription for me. This facility is excellent and I can highly recommend.

This is the most competent clinic or medical practice I’ve encountered since moving to Washington. I’ve been dealing with chronic illness for months that the primary providers take months to get in to see then do nothing. The only time we make any progress is through the team here at Factoria Urgent Care, they doctors are great, nurses are helpful and empathetic, and the front staff are always calm and knowledgeable. Honestly, if I could make the doctors at this clinic my primary I would in a heartbeat. I went to ER yesterday and need to be seen asap after getting stabilized but my primary can’t see me until 5 months from now —Factoria Urgent Care will see me and I can see them today! Thanks guys for taking care of me. I don’t know where I’d be without y’all.

Best care visit I've had my entire life, spanning from 3 different US states. The receptionist was quick and kind, the nurse (Elizabeth I believe) was very upbeat and sweet, and my doctor was knowledgeable with an excellent bedside manner. I've visited a few places since moving to WA and had honestly given up hope of finding a place that didn't feel so apathetic and unattentive. My visit today blew me away and completely changed my standard of what to expect from a care visit. I will be coming back for anything else I may need in the future. Thank you!!!!!!

First rate facility and staff that offers a fast alternative to trying to schedule A VISIT WITH my PCP.

No good! I hate going to the ED so I thought when I had knee pain that I would try this urgent care. The nurse was nice. The X-ray tech was great. But the ARNP guy that I saw was not very not helpful. He came in the room for 2min, showed me the xrays said he needed to go check something, he left the room. Then came back 5mins later had my discharge papers when he returned and said ok all good. Gave me the discharge papers and went to walk out. it was strange. I got no direction. I just got home and read the notes on mychart and there was a lot of incorrect information. Like stuff he said he talked to me about and did not. I am so disappointed! I will not go there again. I guess I will go to the ED…

Completely inept in pediatric care. They were unable to diagnose hand foot mouth (a super common childhood virus) and were instead recommending catheterization because they were stumped about what his illness could be. All they did was test for covid before asking me to go to the ER to request catheterization. Never again.

Exceptional service! The staff here is fantastic and were friendly, knowledgable and compassionate! I was taken care of and felt comfortable the entire time. Cheri and Wendell were awesome and I knew I was in good hands during my visit. I highly recommend this location for any of your urgent care needs!

Easy to use place for urgent care needs Simple online waiting/booking process, very clean updated rooms, friendly staff/doctors, and good location with plenty of parking. This is a great place to come in for small care needs quickly solved.

Extremely pleasant experience! From the receptionist who checked us in, to the nurse, and then the physician. Highly recommend!

Similar to another parent’s review, the doctor was condescending. My son needed an open wound above his eyelid glued shut and the doctor suggested I could have done it myself with superglue… not sure that’s sound medical advice? He also told my 3yo that it wouldn’t hurt at all so my confusion when my son started panicking goes without saying. I later found out from a doctor that medical glue burns at first. You should never tell a child it won’t hurt if it’s going to hurt, you’re breaking their trust. I will say that the wait time was minimal, the receptionist and nurse were friendly. Only reason I’m not giving this one star.

Great staff, kind people, knowledgable doctors and nurses. I hope I never have to go back because that means I got hurt but if I do get hurt, I'm going back here. Thank you for taking care of me from the moment I hobbled into the office until I left.
