I was interested in getting additional plants for our pond and stumbled across Play it Koi. I tried them out and was pleasantly surprised to receive my order in short order and very fresh. I recommend them. Update 7/25/20: I received the Water Hyacinth (Bare Root) × 8 on 6/13/20, and they started blooming on 7/20/20 - BEAUTIFUL!!!

The internal shaft of my Aqua Ultima II pond filter failed during backwash, rendering the filtration system useless. Play It Koi had the part and shipped it immediately. I failed to take care of express shipping at the purchase. Play It Koi actually answered a phone call and sent my part out overnight delivery. I thank you, and my turtles and fish thank you!

I just received a beautiful bunch of hornwort! It looked so healthy, despite FedEx having a long delay AND smashing the box! The packing paper was still very wet and provided good cushion. 5 stars for Play It Koi (0 for FedEx lol).

We initially called Play it Koi because we are new pond owners and we're struggling to balance our GH & KH. Derek spent so much time over the phone guiding, and coaching us and we weren't even customers yet! It's hard to get good advice and there is so much misinformation over the internet, we weren't sure which direction to go. Not only that, Play it Koi is fully stocked with much needed supplies for your pond. One things for sure, we'll be doing our future business with Play it Koi!

Second year buying water hyacinths from these guys. Bought 18 in spring and while they arrived lovely plants, they are now absolutely insane! I’ve had many disappointing pond plant deliveries but I’m always happy with plants from Play It Koi! Highly recommend.

After calling many other nurseries in the area, I was lucky enough to find Ben off of a Google search to purchase some aquatic plants that I was looking for. He happened to be local to me too, so I was able to head over to his place to pick the plants up in person. He accomodated my schedule and showed me his operation. His beautifully landscaped backyard had a great koi pond with a lot of pond plants and accessories for sale. I purchased the Sea Side Aquatics PP65 e few months ago and I can only say positive things about both the item and the experience I had with PlayItKoi. Ben was most helpful in all phases: first in helping me find out what I needed in my setup, then in the prompt shipment, and last and most important of all in the set-up phase. The equipment itself is fantastic, it delivers what it claimed, and at such a competitive price, the only flaw is in the set up manual. The instructions are a bit lacking, so I had to use Ben (and Tom at Seaside) to help me figure out a couple of things. But after some minor difficulties, with their help I was able to install the machine and it has worked flawlessly ever since. Ben in particular has been so helpful via email and phone. To help me problem solve we exchanged several phone calls, some past office hours, and a couple even on a Sunday. I have been so impressed with their product and services that I would even give them 6 starts if it were possible :)

BEWARE !! Everyone was very nice and helpful but they sent me defective products . It was floating plant baskets. They came all rolled up so when you opened it it was all kinked and no way to straighten it. Also 6 inches less than advertised . They would not take the one back at all that I opened as their policy is returns have to be unopened. How would you know it was defective till you open it. The second one they said they would take back if I paid return freight. It would be different if I didn't like them , but they were useless.Never had any problem like this with any other koi supply website and I order things all the time.
