    I had to re review this place and take away a couple stars because the last couple visits were NOT up to par. Last time I went in to have tire pressure checked the was very irritated to be bothered and was swearing and throwing stuff the whole time, very un professional. Time before that the guy that kept racing the service truck around the parking lot was in just to big of a hurry, lifting my hood into a rack, denying it, leaving my headlights on 3/4 the time it was in the shop before deciding he wouldn't help me with my stuck brake caliper and leaving me with a hazard to drive home on in the next town. Before these last two visits they been pretty good for the most part.

    My Les Schwab battery went bad just after the warranty expired. Went to get it replaced. Took over three hours to check and replace the battery. I watched the car sit in the parking lot for two hours then when they finally got to it, it took another hour to check and replace. At best Les Schwab is mediocre service with mediocre parts.

    I had 3 of my cars serviced today for tire rotation, brake check, alignment check. What other company can do 3 of your cars in 3 days?? Not many!! RYAN has serviced my truck for 11 years always remembers me and always gives my family Outstanding service. Everyone here at the Marysville LES Schwab gives outstanding service all the way to running and opening the front door for you. I never get that level of customer service from any other company. MARYSVILLE LES SCHWAB has my business and my social circle business for life! Thank you Ryan. Apologies for the other guys names I neglected to call out but you all are amazing!!

    Horrible service on the Smokey Point Marysville WA store. 12 p.m. APPOINTMENT. come 1:30 p.m. Car hadn't moved nor did anyone come up to me to explain. Lost THOUSANDS from this customer. Les Schwab himself would address this. He was the KING of customer service!

    I took my car in for a slow leak in one of my tires, and asked them to check my brakes as well. They fixed my tire for free and told me my brakes were still okay. Along with that they called me letting me know I needed my sway bar and links changed out. And luckily they were able to fix it the same day! I had a clunky noise in my car for soooo long trying to figure it out what it was. And now it’s fixed and my car is silent! I couldn’t be more thankful for all of their help! Everyone I spoke to was very nice as well!

    I got o flat at 5pm on a night it started snowing. I needed new tires anyway so I bit the bullet and these gentleman and ladies at the Marysville Les Swab had me out the door in a hour. I highly recommend them for the service they provide and the customer service and experience.

    Thorough, complimentary tire rotation & inspection. Appreciate knowledgeable safety approach and options. Whenever you get a "new to you" vehicle, go here first for the better warranty and service than any car dealership.

    Went in for an alignment, tried to up sell me to $1800 worth of work. Asked them to leave the car parked out front with the key locked inside so I could pick it up after they closed. They didn’t. They locked it inside their lot for the night. Had to get an Uber at 7am so I could come back the next morning to get it for work. Thanks for this tremendous waste of time.

    Blessed to have happened to have my tire gauge on, and noticed air pressure going out of a tire. Immediately happen to find this Les Schwab within a mile, and arrived to have them bring the vehicle into the bay to check the tire. Of course, it was noticeable that the tire was getting flat and less than 10 psi left in it. What's interesting is the dashboard tire gauge registered the back rear right tire, when in reality, it was the front left tire that was going flat. Because of their proper spots taking the car into the bay the tire didn't go flat enough to damage the rim. They checked the tire and as you can see in the picture it was separating. The tire was not from Les Schwab, so they found a suitable two tires that could replace that one and another one that we did find out was separating as well. Of course the tires that were still on my vehicle were winter tires as I was about to change them over. So purchased four new summer Tires and put two of the good winter tires in the back of the car to put into the storage for later. Everything was taken care of within about 2 hours, as they were busy but prompt to take care of me.

    After driving from Langley, B.C. to shop at the outlets, another driver flagged me down just off the I5 stating my rear wheel was wobbling dangerously. Luckily, Les Schwab Tire Center was just down the road! They got me in as quick as they could, then called me an hour later stating they had addressed and fixed the problem! I was prepared to have to empty my wallet for such prompt attention, but knew it was inevitable because I had to safely return home, driving 2 hours at high speeds. I was speechless when I was told "it's our job to get you safely home" and was handed an invoice with a zero balance! Even my offer to buy the team lunch was very politely declined. As this is not my local shop, I don't know how else to support their business, other than to give them this review. If you live anywhere near Les Schwab in Marysville, please support this amazing business. Your community is fortunate to have such amazing people in it!

    I had a hole in my tire and it flattened out quickly, after getting my spare on, I popped by to hopefully get a new tire or a patch, walked out without even having to pay a dime. Kind workers, was out in quick time too! Will definitely come back!

    Absolutely the easiest and kindest staff. My brother's car needed work and I wanted to make arrangements to pay for it on my credit account. They took care of him, raised my limit to cover his expenses and made sure all went smoothly. This is just one example of the way they always go above and beyond. The guys in the shop have always been very honest and knowledgeable and made sure all of our cars are in great shape. The woman that I speak to when making payments is the absolute sweetest. Highly recommend this location to anyone needing to have their vehicles looked at and need new tires!!!

    Had my front tires replaced with an alignment per their recommendation. Ended up not driving right after the work was done so I took it back in. Ryan & Jared really helped me out!     The Guys did a great job. Got the alignment done pretty quickly. They also were very thorough on looking over my car. They found that my rear drive axle was not straight, on the right side. Didn't know that, so after having the car for 7yrs. I have now learned something new about it. Lol I'm so greatful for this. Thanks Guys for the great work and for all that you did for me on my Honda Fit.

    I found an unfortunate patch of black ice and ended up doing some damage to the suspension on my car. I had the car towed to Les Schwab late afternoon. They looked at it within a couple hours and we were able to authorize the repair work that evening! They had all the repairs done by 1pm the next day! Every place I called before Les Schwab couldn’t even look at my car for at least a week. I was really impressed with how fast they got the car repaired and they did an excellent job! I think it drives better now than before the accident! Thank you!

    Thankfully they were able to fix my tire, and I was surprised it was free! Edit... Thanks for the response, and you'll def have my future business when the time comes. You have no idea how much this free service helped me. I recently lost my husband of 34 yrs and am in an extremely precarious financial situation at the moment (not to mention completely inept at anything to do with my car, he took care of all that) so the fact that y'all offer this service was a lifesaver for me.     Went into Les Schwabs to get our spare tire mounted and that experience was excellent. They did the work fast and they were friendly through out that whole exchange. We inquired on the price of 4 new tires and were given a qoute which we agreed upon. We were told it would take an hour an a half. We decided we could wait and ended up buying 4 new tires. We went next door to the Co op and Chuck the manager found us to inform us that we were qouted for a 10ply when we needed a 12ply. He told us there would be an increase in price. We told him to go ahead and put the right tires on still thinking it would be an hour and a half. Three hours later our tires were done. I explained to Chuck that had we known it was going to take 3 hours we could have made arrangements to come back or have our kid come get us as we had other errands to run. Chuck provided excellent customer service and offered a discount on our total as he did not know we had been told it was only going to take an hour and a half. We will go back to Les Schwab for future tire needs. Thank you Chuck for your exceptional customer service. Update...went on a trip and the weights for the spare tire fell off. This is the same spare we took into have mounted and balanced. Had to find a tire place to rebalance the spare. Will not go back to Les Schwab. We just hope the tires that are on the truck stay balanced.

    Brought our vehicle in for warranty work. After discussing the issue with a manager prior to arrival and being promised that he would help diagnose the issue, we were passed off twice. The end result was another person within the company coming to help with no idea of the situation and asking for us to re explain the situation for the fourth time. Overall, we wasted 2 hours of our time with no help in resolving the issue.

    I had forgotten that there was a popcorn machine there. These folks had some and sweets from the vending machines as well. I went in for a fix on my tire, that had a screw in it. Thankfully my tires were purchased at Les Schwab! God bless the lady I purchased my van from! (God bless Delta Kirpes!)

    Great staff. Any tire brought there is considered trash and requires a very expensive replacement. Be prepared to pay for more than what is actually needed. The 90's good ol' days and earlier are gone and forgotten. These new doesn't know what the old treatment used to be.....sadly

    Excellent customer service and I highly recommend coming here. I had a flat tire and the manager went above and beyond to make this a good experience. I came back a couple days later to have the rest of my tires replaced, fast and friendly service.
