Booked handicap excessively room to accommodate my wife and it was not what I paid for. Ther was no toilet paper or tissue in the room I went to the office and the delivery some. The continental breakfast was a cup coffee and a very sugary pastry that I could not eat .the rooms were very outdated.

Location is somewhat inconvenient coming down busy Sepulveda Blvd there’s no hotel entrance access you have to pass the hotel then make a uturn to finally get to it. The lobby was small and basic with the reception area enclosed in bullet proof divider. The young India lady didn’t smile or welcomed us when we checked in she looked like we were annoying her for checking in. Our room was on the first floor with our door opening directly towards the small and dirty parking lot. Upon opening the room door we could immediately smell an odor like an old mildewy basement that hasn’t been aired out in years. The carpet was pretty gross and filthy. The bed comforter was an ugly lime green and brown and looked very worn out, thank God I had an extra blanket in my car which I used to cover the bed to lay on top of it. There was an old and scarred up dresser/tv/refrigerator thingy by the wall. All the lights in the room are very dim and makes it hard to see all the dirt and stains throughout the room. The bathtub was either very dirty or just stained with brown stains in and around the tub and all over the walls. It was so nasty I went and told the girl at the front desk who said she’d send someone to clean the tub but after awhile no one came and I finally told her forget it we just won’t use it. The shower curtain was also very dirty looking and worn out. All along the floor boards in the room were all chipped, cracked and had holes in them indicative of possible rodents? On top of the terrible accommodations they had someone directly in the room next to ours who was using a loud drill drilling something in the walls repairing or doing some kind of construction making so much noise it drowned out our TV and we couldn’t hear it. They did this for the first 4-5 hours after we checked in then again early in the morning. So, no rest here. But overall, the whole building and especially the rooms are in desperate need of painting , repairs and upgrading the out-dated furniture and carpet. For paying over a hundred bucks a night this Super 8 hotel should be ashamed and embarrassed of themselves for the neglect and upkeep of this property. Like take some pride in your services if you want to be in the hotel business.

Every time I visit the city I stay here. For one it’s out the way and two it’s comfortable as hell and nobody bothers you… Oh yeah they should have at least 3 rooms on each floor that’s a smokable room.. oh yeah and I need them to honor my free nights since they part of the Wyndham hotels..

I’m disabled, and requested for a room that either was at the ground floor or close to the elevator. The front desk lady was very accommodating to provide an easy access room at the ground floor. But “lo and behold”, as I opened the door; the room was not cleaned/maintained well for a fresh occupancy. And she was apologetic. As tired as I was, I retired into my newly assigned room; I unknowingly was not provided any information on the hotel’s Internet WiFi Access. A USED (“not newly wrapped”, almost empty) tissue roll was sitting on the bathroom countertop. I didn’t want to put up a fight, but I just wanted to let the person at the front desk know if my concerns; as I checked-out. But he instead unwittingly with a tone of arrogance (instead of simply be apologetic), made it sound that I was the one at fault, and didn’t call their attention. In most of my check-ins at various hotels locally and internationally, you are provided WiFi Internet Access at the point of being provided an access key card by HOSPITABLE, WELCOMING Staff at the front desk. But I was not even going to post this, but because of this individual’s TONE OF ARROGANCE; has prompted me to post this as the WORST HOTEL I have seen in this side of town (or even in this lifetime), and will not endorse this to any human being that intends to consider this hotel. QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE is a MUST, as you thrive and exist because of your EXTERNAL CUSTOMER.

I requested cancellation on Aug-20 in the morning due to the hurricane event. They cancelled but they still charged me 1 night fee. Then I have been politely negotiating with them over a week now in all ways that's possible, but they never get back to me. It's terrible experience that they should have cancelled without penalty charge due to the unusual circumstances. On Aug 20, I believe every southern CA resident received an alert from public safety that Do not Travel unless you must! I will never ever stay in this hotel again! They are money grabbers!

On October 15, 2923 my wife & myself decided to get a room after arriving upstairs to room wife was get ready to go to bed within 15 in room she removed top bedding and in the white sheets there was bed bugs & human hair. We immediately went to front desk & complained with a very rude lady. She mentioned that was not her problem we got in a verbal argument. I asked her I need a full refund & ask her kindly walk to room with my wife & see for your self she said no that’s not her problem, Now I’m disputing the charge in my bank. I called them for updates & they beat around the tree. My wife has contacted the city health department. On 11/7/2023 they are still saying they called their bank but can’t provide me with a confirmation number. My advice don’t waste ur money in the location

My party left a jacket behind in my room, we have called about it 4 different times over the course of the last week. They kept promising me to call me back/email me, but I never heard anything. I'm pretty upset about it because I realized the jacket was missing very quickly, and it had both a lot of sentimental value and monetary value. Learned my lesson I guess, won't stay again. The jacket was worth more than a night at the hotel. It's just frustrating because it seems like they just keep stringing me along with out giving me an answer. At this point I'm not sure they've even looked for it, and instead just keep telling me they'll look and call back. I just want a straight answer.

Booked 7 doubles and they tried to give us 7 singles for 13 people. They said they couldn't change it due to lack of rooms. We had to spend the day hunting for lodging for my crew.

Perfect for what I was looking for. Clean and comfortable. Very close to LAX but traffic can make it 20+min drive on a good day. I’d definitely say here again.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST OWNER/MANGER SKILLS I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS. I TRAVEL QUITE A BIT AND HAVE STAYED HERE BEFORE THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND THE LOCATION IS GREAT BUT THE NEW OWNERS HAVE NO CLUE AS TO WHAT IT TAKES TO RUN A HOTEL. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING ELSEWHERE UNTIL THEY SELL THIS HOTEL TO SOMEONE ELSE. I WAS THIRD IN LINE TO CHECK IN AND THEY GAVE ALL THREE OF US A EXTREMLY HARD TIME CHECKING IN TO ROOMS THAT WE HAD ALREADY PREPAID FOR IN ADVANCE AND THEN WANTED $100 MORE IN CASH AS A DEPOSIT IN CASE OF INCIDENTALS AND SAID IT WOULD BE THREE DAYS BEFORE WE COULD GET OUR DEPOSITS BACK THE SAME AS IT WOULD BE IF YOU PUT IT ON YOUR CARD. THAT IS ONLY ONE OF MANY THINGS I COULD COMPLAIN ABOUT.

LA Cucaracha Roach Motel. Roaches on the walls and a dirty shower. Woke up to A Very Cold Shower and A Man named Victor who has a Hard time speaking English. Complained to him about it and his response was Babble. Complete utter nonsense. My company is supposed to get me a place here every week but no not here. Spray your motel and get rid of Victor. He doesn't speak English. Cold dirty showers are unacceptable.

Left to do an errand and they removed my property to outside the room and put my food in a trash bag. Was told they thought I checked out because supposedly my door was open. I know I closed the door and if there is property including my bags why would you think I checked out. I didn’t turn in my key. The owner was unhelpful and really didn’t care. He made excuses. Never again

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Had 5 or 6 key card malfunctions (couldn’t get in room); black mold all over in bathroom; paint peeling everywhere; rusted brackets and hinges; NO toilet paper holder (1/2 used role was just sitting on the counter); no bathroom soap (asked for some, “We don’t supply that”; furniture scratched up; air conditioner in room didn’t work (had to hit it to make it go on); most TV channels didn’t work; carpets worn/stained; breakfast was a joke (total of 5 “still frozen” packaged danishes, NOTHING ELSE); coffee machine didn’t work in lobby; the room machine wasn’t even cleaned out; pitcher of orange juice in lobby was sour at room temperature; lobby attendant could care less about everything and in the morning the new guy (who couldn’t speak English) ask me, the guest, if I had any extra toothpaste!! Disgusting place… health department should shut it down… will never stay there again and I pray we didn’t contract any diseases while there. (Have photos as proof if needed)

I had to clean off the top of the dresser, because it was sticky, the door frames are so gross and dirty I didn't even want to touch them to clean them, the breakfast that they offer is nothing more than cheap 99 cent store danishes a pitcher of orange juice plus a coffee machine, and not to mention that a couple of the front desk associates were so rude. Oh and I never received my change (I paid cash) the clerk that checked me in lied about the cost when I received the receipt it was said that I only had to pay $206.46 and a $100.01 safety deposit since I paid for the room in cash. I paid him $310.00 waited for the change and he gave me nothing but the room key card.

When I arrived it was after 11pm; there were two men loitering in the parking lot. They were dirty and their clothing was torn so I don't think they were hotel patrons. The elevator to the sleeping rooms was outside and it had no barrier to ensure someone off the street couldn't enter; there was no key entry to the elevator. The key to first room I was given didn't work. I had to go back downstairs and was assigned another room. The door lock to the second room was broken. I told the front desk and I was told that the handy man would come up to check and repair the lock in the morning. No one came. I had to place a chair against the door to feel safe. When I left in the morning at 9am, I was told the handy man would come in while I was out. When I returned at 4pm, there were men in the parking lot again and my door still didn't lock. I went to the front desk and was told the handyman said he'd gone up and fixed the door. I asked when the handyman was coming back and why didn't someone follow up. The clerk just looked at me. If you book a room here thinking you'll have a continental breakfast you'll be disappointed. It was coffee, orange juice and cheese danish. That's it. The clerks were polite but ultimately didn't seem concerned at all that my room was not secure. I was told I shouldn't worry because they have cameras. People who really want to do something nefarious or who are desperate don't care about being caught on camera. Some of them get off on being seen doing something bad. I'll never stay here again.

I'm lying here in this bed, it's almost 5:30 in the morning. I can hear EVERY SINGLE THING from the neighboring room, and this GD guy has been trying to get into this girl's pants ALL NIGHT. ALL NIGHT. The entire night they have been talking and playing music. It's truly amazing. I never knew it was possible to have an all-nighter of talking like this. Manager came a couple times when I called, they quieted down for about 10 minutes each time, but the talking has continued and I haven't been able to sleep at all. All night. This is crazy.

Facility is very outdated, almost dead. Room was not clean, we found TV remote control under the bed, so room service never clean under the bed! There is NO breakfast in this hotel. They have coffee stand and jag of juice. If you are lucky you can also get a rounds snack ban. Well we were lucky and got 2 bans out of 3 attempts! Definitely cannot recommend this place 😞

Was woken up multiple times from banging noises at 6 am. No microwave near the rooms, you have to go all the way down to the lobby. The bathroom door wouldn’t close and when you did, you were stuck. I had to pull the handle with everything in me to get out.

Room was a good size. However, the carpet was wet and there was no coffee pot in the coffeemaker. The location was ran by a second language couple who seemed a bit unorganized at check-in. There was underground parking on the premises and a few eateries in driving distance. My cellar would not work on my iPhone in the room—so in-house Wifi use was mandatory.

Housekeepers did their thing 5/5. Sticky orange stuff keeps leaking in different parts of the bathroom, including the tub. Tub easily clogs. Plumbing so bad that one day nobody had water because this happened. (See video) Slow wifi Mediocre coffee

STICKY FURNITURE, CRUSTY BROWN STAINED TOWELS, RUDE STAFF AND SKETCHY MANAGEMENT. THE STENCH IN THE FRONT LOBBIE SPEAKS FOR ITSELF MAKE SURE YOU USE CASH FOR DEPOSIT OR GOOD LUCK GETTING IT BACK. Reply to Resoonse You wanna know how you can help resolve my issues? For starters I would like my deposit back that you promised me multiple times now. And if you really want my future business, I will take a refund for the three nights I stayed there.
