💚💚💚💚Today is October 19, 2023 I walked into the Ocean Urgent Care they took me right away. They took great care of me. They swabbed my nose for Covid. They swabbed my throat for strep. Give me an injection for my pain waiting for test results they couldn’t be more friendlier more nicer on top of their game. Wonderful, happy and smiling and the doctor is awesome. The staff here I love them I will be back if you guys ever need an awesome, amazing and wonderful Urgent Care. This is the place to go to highly highly recommended. ♥️♥️♥️♥️

I absolutely loved this urgent care. This was our first time there.The nurse Crystal was so very nice and very attentive to my daughter.The Doctor was amazing an so caring and very patient and answered all my concerns. This urgent care was so clean. I would definitely recommend this urgent care. This will now be our emergency care from now on. They were so quick there was not a long wait time. Amazing care.🙂

Very pleasant experience! I don’t get sick often, but glad to find Ocean Urgent Care today. The facility was clean, staff was pleasant and competent, no long wait (the last thing you want when you’re not feeling well), and I felt confident in the PA’s ability to assess, diagnose, and treat my condition. I would definitely return and recommend!

Wow, where do I start building clean inside and out staff friendly helpful and the doctor very informative. They give you a sense of what good all doctor business used to be she explained everything so cleared and made you feel so comfortable. I would definitely recommend the office if I could give you more stars I would.

I was so scared to go to an urgent care out of state and in a big town and the provider and the staff were incredible. I honestly am such a grateful momma and how well they took care of my baby. She was on it and he is doing so much better! Thank you Ocean Urgent Care!!

Unbelievable. Front desk clerk must absolutely hate her life. Very rarely do I choose to leave a negative comment on any establishment but this needed to be done. I experienced a sudden random eye issue and per my teledoc exam— was told to have my eye examined to confirm what the other doctor had suspected. He recommended an urgent care if I was experiencing any irritation. When I called this place, the front desk was gruff began to over talk me callously stating “that this was an urgent care….”. I should have hung up then…. But I shared what my doctor said and then she decided to offer support and actually talk to the doctor on-site. She clicked back over and stated that I’d have to be there by 2. Long story short—- when I arrive and inquire how this doctor can examine my eye if she’s stated that they “can’t help me” as they aren’t an optometry office, she barks for my insurance and payment information. Something tells me I was about to pay to have my eye stared at then told to see an optometrist. All—-don’t waste your time here. I deserved better. YOU deserve better.

It's not frequent that I receive patient, speedy, gender affirming care when going to the doctor's. I had spent the previous hour desperately searching for an urgent care that'd be covered by MediCal and after wasting my breath and the teleoperator's time, I decided to go to the closest urgent care. I'm so glad I did. I got the care and attention I needed by Ocean Urgent Care's team

They are very nice here and very patient. They helped me when I needed help. The nurses are caring and the Doctor listened to all my concerns. I didn’t catch her name or remember since I wasn’t 100 percent. Very nice, clean and tidy place. I would so recommend this place.
