This is not the Super8 we grew up with. Since Wyndham took over the management of these properties, the changes are 180-degrees in a direction that is truly incredible! The size of this room, is bigger than my first apartment. There is a kitchenette, a living room area with sofa and chair and TV, a bedroom area with a king bed that is divine, perfect linens, spotless bathroom with even more complimentary items (lotion, soaps, toothpaste and brush, etc.) AND all for less than the going rates of a local properties. This is a 2-star property with "5-star" accomodations. Very impressed! Bati was a such a wonderful host, as well. She is very personable and great to chat with about the industry. Thank you for a great stay... well worth it! Highly Recommend!

This place is great if you just need a place to lay your head and move on. The rooms were clean and the staff was super nice and accommodating, but if you are staying here to attend an event or have any reason to get ready or put on makeup ( ladies) it's almost impossible. The lighting in the rooms is terrible! I really struggled trying to get myself put together for a wedding I was in and it made my entire experience very stressful. The layout of the rooms was odd too with the bathroom being segmented into 2 rooms.

We always try to stay here when we come to visit our son in LA/Culver City. The staff is very friendly, it is a family owned/run business and they care about their clientele and their property. Plus, they offer military discounts AND a reserved parking spot for veterans, which is a nice and much appreciated extra touch. The rooms are large, nice, and clean. When we have had any type of issue whatsoever, they have been very responsive and kind. I can recommend this establishment without reservation to anyone.

Nice place in a decent location that could use a more personal touch to interactions with guests Great check-in experience...had to wait a bit, but they upgraded me to a suite, no extra charge. Room was up to date and well-equipped, only missing tiny details. Unfortunately, regardless of requests the room wasn't cleaned in 3 days. Worst of all, receptionist lied when I requested cleaning, saying that the cleaning staff were leaving, didn't have time, and weren't allowed in occupied rooms during Covid (wrong, can clean as long as I step out). Which was the real reason?

Hidden Gem! I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The newly remodeled rooms feature a very pleasant color scheme, and very practical features. Everything works like new. The Wi-Fi is robust. Plus, Excellent service.

I have stayed here 4 times over the last year, each time has been very pleasant. The rooms have always been clean and are reasonably updated. The prices is great and the staff have always been fantastic, especially the guy with the cool dragon head ring he is very nice and helpful. I’d definitely recommend this place, it’s about 15 min from LAX or if you want to stay reasonably close to the Santa Monica pier and other attractions. Only downside is the breakfast is a bit lacking but not too bad.

Was a little hesitant to stay here but the price was right and decided to try it based on the good reviews. Don’t hesitate - book it! You won’t regret it. We had a room on the second floor - vaulted wood ceilings - large room - sitting area - mini fridge and microwave. Bathroom is a bit dated but clean. Lots of storage space. Grab some supplies from the nearby Costco and you are set. Went to the $ store and got some cutlery and mugs (hate drinking coffee out of cardboard). Included breakfast consisted of good coffee - juice - yogurt - granola bars. Perfect. Staff was professional and polite. Rooms quiet. Location perfect! Free parking. We visit all around the LA area and it was easy to get to any of the highways or the beaches. Pool was closed due to colder weather but looked clean. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

It's a few weeks later and I have nothing memorable to say about this property. I recall it being clean. Since I gave it three stars it was probably due to mediocre bedding comfort. You can feel the springs in the mattress when you sleep. I'd probably pick another place next time.

Nice motel, Nice place, very clean and tidy. The employees are kind and welcoming. There is a large and convenient parking lot. The place is not far from the beach and in general, as long as you have a car.

Julian helped my daughter with some challenges she faced on her trip to LA. She drove 12 hours by herself for a really important interview and arrived around 2:30am. Julian's responsiveness on the phone with me and with my daughter in person went way above and beyond. I have the deepest gratitude for Julian and highly recommend this location for its outstanding customer service!

What a terrible experience at this place! we stayed on 2 different days in the week of August 21-25. The first time the room had a broken bathroom door and we complained about the same. Nothing was done to fix it . One of the keys provided to us to access the room was also not working. on Check out I tried to explain all the inconvenience. The guy at the reception lobby said that he will talk to the Manager and email me back to see if the Manager can do something or even provide me with a compensation. I received no emails. Second time during check in I told the receptionist about my earlier concerns. The receptionist who was another person this time agreed to only provide a compensation of 6$ and then finally raised it to 15$. The room provided to us was stinking of pee. We figured out that the AC was not cleaned up properly so we turned the ACC off and the room got stuffy over the night. I will not recommend anyone to stay here.

This place is a gem! I have stayed at quite a few super 8’s and have low expectations. But this location surpassed them. The rooms were clean and extra amenities were provided (toothbrush, mini toothpaste). I’ve never had a hotel anticipate that need. The staff was friendly and I felt safe. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because a free breakfast was mentioned at check in, but when I went to the lobby area in the morning there was just coffee.

Stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. Great and friendly staff available 24/7 at reception. Made check in procedure super easy and fast. Free and spacious parking — definitely a big +. Comfortable spacious rooms and well equipped rooms (ours had a fridge, coffee machine and a microwave). Design is a little outdated but very well maintained and furniture is in very good condition. Room gets a bit hot over the day but AC is strong and cools down the room in few minutes. One thing we noticed AC was a bit dirty, but the day we noticed it — house keeping washed it throughout and it was good as a new one. Housekeeping is doing a great job too, great cleaning every day 👍🏻 All in all definitely will recommend this hotel for my friends as it is in a great location too. Very convenient if you rent a car in LA. Thank a lot to the staff too 🫶🏻

Room was huge, bed comfortable and parking was free. ‘Breakfast’ was a joke, but they had coffee. I wouldn’t mind staying here again, for a night it’s perfect and close to the airport and also Venice beach (short drive away).

Nothing fancy but you'll get a clean and quiet room quite close to LAX.

Great location and clean rooms! You can ride the Culver City local bus to Venice beach, costs 1 dollar and takes about 15 min.

The front desk is very insensitive and rude I will not recommend this place at all.. I stayed for 2days in super 8 wid my husband and a toddler. The day of checkout my toddler was not keeping well and I called in for and extended checkout and was ready for the fee as well.. the front desk guy was very rude and said we cudnt stay even 5mins longer In the room, even a 5star hotel gives a extended check-out on request. I dont know why did he refused inspite of telling him about my toddlers health. RUBBISH attitude of the front desk guy with the long hair who was busy knitting, and didn't care about our concern

The people there were all nice, the rooms were clean, comfy bed and pillows. Was a little disappointed with the grab and go breakfast and smaller room. But overall was a good stay.

It's a good hotel. The deposit is $300 which is pretty gnarly. Maybe theyve had a bunch of problems in the past, hence the deposit. Hotel room was good, clean, but they didn't sweep the floor. Bring flip flops just in case. Freddie the front desk guy is pretty cool, friendly.

Our house flooded and we had to stay here during the construction. It was cheap and great quality. Parking for our second car was $15 per night.

Very sad 😢 to be move out from hotel that I've reserved for a week. But the room was full of smoke although lady on the front was telling me its none smoking room. She denied to give me a refund even though she had lied about the room. Do not recommend :\

Super 8 was really good deal for the price! Clean rooms, in room fridge and coffee maker(Coffee was really good) and also this Super 8 had a nice breakfast in the morning (nowadays lucky if your given a cup of coffee). Gentleman who checked us in was really chill, and we decided instead of checking out and lugging all our stuff with us to Santa Monica Pier, called down to stay another night, ran down stairs to have keys revamped and show CC. And we were good! Thank you to all of Super 8 staff in Culver City for awesome stay!
