Very simple, no BS, cheap, motel rooms. Rooms are small, but they are cozy. Beds are big. Usually everything works in the rooms ex. Fridge, microwave, air conditioner, television, shower etc. If an appliance doesn't work they will usually let you know before you rent the room. Rooms are not detailed and cleaned with toothbrush so you can expect some dust here and there but nothing extreme. Never had problems with bugs here but I also use my own blankets & bring my own cleaning product to sanitize the room for my stay so not sure if anyone else has had problems with bugs. Prices are cheapest you'll find in the area. Staff is alright, be courteous to them they wil be courteous to you, if you don't give them suspicion or create any chaos they leave you alone. Check out is strictly 11 am. Overall the rooms are what they are you get what you pay for, you can make your stay better by cleaning your own room a bit and by having a good attitude! Lol but price is the best you're going to find within a 20 mile radius or so. Everything else you can expect to pay 70-75++ except for this one and one or two others that are $65.

The rooms are infested with roaches. The front desk person doesn't care about anything. Literally anything. Will knock on door at 8am to ask if your staying any longer if not demands $$ on the spot and is extremely rude to everyone. The parking is absolutely terrible. Long story short, if you wanna have a vacation go to redac gateway hotel up the road. Little more $ but no roaches, good parking and no rude front desk clerk.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! I wrote the previous review 2 days after we checked in. DO NOT STAY HERE PLACE IS INFESTED WITH ROACHES. They even give you a can of spray when you check in. Amy (manager) stated " we just had the Fumigation comp. came in so you might see a few, but here's a can of spray just incase".

Rooms are infested with roaches as soon you turn off your lights they everywhere. They don't change the blanket on top wash maybe once a month. Place is full of drug addicts day and night. Drama (fights) almost everyday. They don't clean rooms like they should especially the floor is black got to wear house shoes at all times. I literally found 4 syringes on top of AC that my child could of grab easily. There's a female at night knocking on doors to see if it's open or window to break-in. I stay there for few days because it was cheap. Not recommended for family with childrens. Manager don't care what goes around on her property. Also don't bring/leave noting valuable in room people break-in manager said she's not responsible for whatever happens her property.

okay... reasonable...I took my own blanket, Lysol, ..TV good, HBO n TNT, etc... Tenants were respectful...paid $65+ $10 refundable deposit...on key...stayed from 3pm, knocked boots til 4am...checkout is 11am. Will go again....

Do not stay here!!!! Infestation of bed bugs!!!! Owners do not clean the rooms.!!! I have contacted the health inspector . My dog and myself were eaten up by bed bugs!! BED BUGS!! After I checked out she rented the room again.. I failed to mention the roaches. Really nasty place

The place is a dump. I asked for none smoking room, I didn't get one. It smells like a chimney in here. There is no plug receptacle under the desk to plug in a laptop or phone. The light switch in the bathroom is broken. The bathroom sink is cracked, and the stopper is broken. The closet has no hangers The lady at the front desk wants cash only 65.00, and another 5.00 room key deposit. But wait it gets better! I went down the street to get gas, at the VP Racing Fuel gas station corner of Western Blvd & Lomita Blvd, they have bullet proof glass windows between the cashier. Not a good sign. I'll never come back.

I've stayed here 5 times. Only because this area of Torrance sells out of rooms fast & this place always has rooms. & for good reason. The owner is always rude & abrasive. The carpets are filthy. It is obvious they have not been vacuumed in a week or more. Roaches visible all over premises. & each time I stayed I regretted spending 65$ & not sleeping in my car. Mostly due to the bed bug bites you will be absolutely covered in.

If there's a problem with your room, you handle it yourself. When you have roaches and you tell the manager, she just smiles, when you don't have hot water and you report it, she says it happens meanwhile you can have a bath or shower and the water isn't even warm. She has the title of management, but doesn't want the responsibility

Fair prices but is unsanitary, dirty un-mopped floors, dirty television with food. Any human would freak out here it was uncomfortable and seen roaches twice. They do not bother to hire anyone to clean. Door knobs on reverse, and broken light switches. Do not recommend to anyone or to even bother coming back.

Had roaches in my room when I stayed here a while back. Some of the residents seem to live there, with belongings that are kept outside their rooms. There is seemingly more bathroom space than room space. It's pretty sketchy, and there's lots of riffraff coming in and out. An understandably stressed out staff is far from friendly. And the rooms, for what they are, are incredibly overpriced.

It has been over 5 years sense last I last stayed here. Not much has changed here. You get what you pay for however for less than a chain name hotels costing so much. For Leo's low rate you get a kitchenette, wifi, cable tv. You also get some bugs every so often , and some not as clean as the larger chains can provide This is family owned and run they do the best they can. Heck doesn't everybody bring cleaning supplies with them? I'm not as unique about that sense COVID which leads me to ask why don't you bring your own supplies? If you want a good night rest at an amazing price Leo's is the spot. Maybe I should give poor review keep y'all away

Eh It's alright but they do have bed bugs they need to get rid of the old beds and get rid of the bed bugs also rebuild the entire structure of Leo's Motel. The bed bugs that's in the furniture and walls. But they did let my family stay there for a discount a couple of times if we didn't say anything to health inspectors whenever my family was homeless to get away from a wicked witch. I was homeless from 2018- spring 2020 All because my uncle didn't want to pay his portion of the rent. I had to go out and buy bug spray to get rid of all the bed bugs. And plastic rap on the beds just to get rid of the bed bugs.
