Went
here
yesterday
for
lunch,
we
ordered
the
beef
burguinon
and
the
salmon
entree
a
with
a
side
of
mashed
potatoes.
The
burguinon
was
delicious,
the
braised
beef
was
able
to
be
pulled
apart
with
the
touch
of
the
fork
and
the
au
jus
and
braised
veggies
within
made
a
perfect
accompaniment
to
the
mashed
potatoes.
The
mashed
potatoes
were
creamy
and
smooth,
and
had
the
taste
of
some
sort
of
animal
fat
added
to
them
rather
than
butter
but
it
tasted
good
all
the
same.
The
salmon
entree
was
refreshing
and
light,
which
was
a
good
balance
to
the
heavy
burguinon
and
mashed
potatoes.
This
is
likely
due
to
the
lemon
thyme
sauce
and
all
the
roasted
veggies.
The
service
was
good,
they
weren’t
particularly
full
today,
but
the
time
between
seeing
our
waiter
for
things
like
the
check,
or
refills,
or
bread
(the
bread
is
not
free
here,
it
cost
$5)
was
a
bit
slower
than
expected
but
it
wasn’t
anything
unreasonable.
The
ambiance
was
cute,
it
felt
like
walking
into
the
restaurant
from
ratatouille.
Good
lunch
though,
and
I
would
recommend
if
someone
were
in
the
area.
