    I came to Method3 after the peak of the pandemic. My weight was up while fitness level was down. My medical labs were also bad with respect to blood sugar and fat/cholesterol. After about 9 months of workouts and dieting, I was able to get me labs down and my fitness level back up. The workouts at Method3 are varied with respect to exercises, equipment, pacing and difficulty. I can always count on a good work out while feeling challenged a keeping interested. One really nice feature with Method3 was that they were able to supply a variety of equipment for outdoor workouts throughout my time here and have been very conscientious about maintaining safety during the pandemic.

    I have been training with Method3 since February 2023. As someone who had a negative relationship with exercise, my coaches Alan and Makayla have made me feel strong and empowered. I never thought that I would lift 100 pounds, but I am doing deadlifts and squats safely and effectively. My flexibility has also greatly improved. I could not touch my toes before and I can now. I always look forward to my workouts and I am so glad I found method3! Everyone I meet from the coaches and other clients are so kind and encouraging. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to try personal training and group fitness classes.

    I started doing training here about a month ago. I started despite an injured shoulder and years of not working out. I was a little nervous but I’ve attended classes with a few different coaches now. They are each amazing and attentive - Keith is my favorite so far. The classes help my mobility and my strength with weights, TRX and other resistance equipment. Each coach pays attention to my limited shoulder without me asking for modification. The classes are usually 15 people and the size seems to be just right. The group is friendly but focused on their own workouts. It’s a distraction free, clean, friendly, well organized place.

    I absolutely look forward to my 3 days/week workouts at Method3! The coaches are extremely friendly and give you the attention that you need to get through your workouts. They have all the right equipment in the gym to ensure that you have a great workout addressing all muscle groups. Last but not the least, I really like the community here.

    The personal training allows me the time and space to gain back old skill sets and strengths. The small semi private trainings make me grow because I have to push past embarrassment and old fears. My trainers are positive and inspiring and keep me coming back. I have goals and dreams again. I feel comfortable and I am certain that I will surpass my expectations because I’m actually enjoying working out. Thank you, Yvonne and Sue!

    Get Loose with Alan Yu at Method 3 has been a must addition to my weekly workout routine. In a well coordinated, planned session Alan leads the groups into strength and stretching exercises specific to the neck, shoulders, wrists, ankles, and my personal favorite - HIPS! These Hips Don't Lie - Getting Loose with Alan is a must do for anyone looking to improve their mobility, maintain their mobility, or just looking to get an awesome stretch.     The coaches at Method3 are absolutely amazing! Even with 12-15 people, they somehow manage to remember names and progress made and really target how they encourage you to push yourself safely. I've had coaches remember how heavy of weights I had progressed to and they balanced that with modifying technique so I pushed myself but not to a level of fatigue where I might injure myself. Every class is different and challenging and I love the community you can build when you show up to class. Couple that with the support you get for Thrive in 35, with a dedicated nutrition coach to help you focus your diet, Method3 has truly helped me make a lifestyle change. It's been the best decision I've made for myself and I love it!

    Method3 is different from the others in that it’s like having a community or small family that cares about you. The team provides many helpful ways to exercise tailored to your needs. I never feel like I can’t do something even when I’m limited.

    Five stars does not do Method 3 justice....it is deserving of ten stars. I have been working out with Keith Lucitt for three (3) years and I look forward to seeing him every week. Our semi-private workouts have a lot of variety but work all muscle groups. Keith is always following up to see if we have any sore joints or injuries so as not to exacerbate them. Keith genuinely cares about us and makes working out fun. I highly recommend Method 3 for anyone who wants to get in a little sweat, work at a reasonable pace and smile. Sam F.

    I'm 63 years old, recovering from a long term illness and was recently given a diagnosis of osteoporosis. I joined Method3 4 months ago to strengthen my body overall and specifically to reverse and alleviate the osteoporosis. I am SO glad I did. Once a week I work with Yvonne, who is amazing. She knows when to push me and when to ease up. She knows how to work with and work around my physical limitations. She is an expert in her field, caring, understanding and fun. In just 4 months I see a marked difference in my strength and some long lingering symptoms have lessened. Every person I've had contact with at Method3 has been kind & knowledgable. This is a gym that cares about their clients.

    I have been at Method3 Fitness for 2 years and it has really helped me stay injury free by helping me build strength, muscle balance and overall balance. What sets Method3 Fitness apart is the quality of the instruction. It is excellent. The individual corrections/suggestions they do in class are spot on!

    I love the coaches, the other partners and the versatile workouts. The atmosphere is friendly, encouraging and supportive. My needs are met at every workout. I love that the coaches will answer all my questions without hesitation. Love Method 3!!!

    I have been training at Method3 Fitness for 8+ months now. I have trained with Stephanie, Ned, Justin, Yvonne and all of them has been so wonderful. Special shout outs to Stephanie for being such a wonderful trainer. Method3 fitness is not like any other gym/physical training center. They treat you like family and are vey personable. I'd recommend Method3 Fitness at all.

    I'm a 60+ Senior, been going for a while. They tailored a program to fit my needs and lifestyle, and the results are noticeable. The workouts are challenging, and my coach, Makayla, guides me along making sure I'm doing the exercises correctly. I walk away feeling like I had a great workout without being pulled through the ringer. The program is fantastic whether you have been active, or a couch potato, I can't recommend this program high enough.

    I have always been a gym person but after having a baby, that too during the pandemic, I was finding it hard to get back on track and being consistent. After months of hard work I had reached a plateau and then ended up gaining back after falling sick. I decided to join Method 3 in June 2023 and boy that proved to be the best decision ever! Initially I started with the group classes and then started weekly personal training session with Justin Sweat. I have lost more than 6lbs since I started training. Review for classes: I have taken classes by Justin, Markus and Alan. All instructors are super nice and make sure no one is struggling with bad form. Would definitely recommend coming for classes as these are geared for a full body workout. There is a mix of strength and cardio in and in the end you are breaking a good amount of sweat. Review for Justin Sweat: Absolutely amazing! I started personal training sessions with him in July 2023..He is super friendly and gears the session based on your psychology. I do well when I am challenged to do extra and he knows the exactly the right number of reps that are challenging while not demotivating. He is always mindful of any prior injuries and keeps a check on how different moves are feeling on the the joints. In two months of training... I have been able to lift more than my body weight. He also guided me on nutrition and after following on his recommendations my urge to snack on chocolates and junk is now almost extinct.. which has helped in shedding the extra pounds. Highly recommend Method 3 and PT with Justin!

    I am a new client of Method3Fitness so I wasn’t sure that my testimonial would be valuable. I did want to contribute to this wonderful idea and decided to share with you my path to your program. I did a lot of research before joining. I considered returning to 24 Hour Fitness and investigated several other gyms. I built a home gym with an elliptical, treadmill, weight bench, free weights, bands, etc. and used it all the time during the COVID period. I am a disciplined person and independent. I wasn’t looking for a “ra ra ra, you can do this!” hand-holding, ego-building atmosphere. What I wanted was educated coaching to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of my workouts. I own a business and work 50-60 hours a week. All the research I did about your company suggested that this could be a good fit. Since joining several weeks ago I have been impressed on so many levels. The initial meeting with a personal trainer was great. He was knowledgeable, communicated well, was friendly, and I felt like I accomplished a lot in the session. My next experience was a group session. I was impressed with the extraordinary steps taken to be COVID safe. That instructor was wonderful too. The class was fast paced but every set was explained well and he gave corrective advise on form to many participants to maximize their benefit. Just like my prior experience, he was knowledgeable, organized, communicated well, and was friendly and positive. I left class wonderfully exhausted with a sense of accomplishment. The classes have a great diversity and balance of exercises and I have learned many new ones from your trainers. This is exactly what I was looking for. I know that my 45 minutes is going to be efficient and effective. It’s also enjoyable. There is another reason I was drawn to your program. You are a privately owned company, as am I. I have immense respect and understanding of how challenging it has been to keep a business open these last two years. The research I did on your company led me to believe that you have built your business on a foundation of ethical and honorable beliefs and practices. It is evident that you respect your employees and clients. There is a sense of that integrity built into the company culture with every person I have been in contact with at Method 3 Fitness. It gives me pleasure to support your business and I hope to be a loyal client for many years to come.

    We've been going here for a year now, with coach Justin. Justin is great, and he always has a challenging but doable sequence that pushes me just enough. I feel much stronger already! Method3 is always welcoming, and everyone is always nice, polite, helpful and considerate!

    Prior to major back surgery, Sue worked with me to strengthen my core to help for an easier recovery. Post surgery, Sue is working with me to help get me stronger and back to "me". Sue has been my absolute angel through this tough time. Her dedication and support are priceless. Just another example of a positive Method3 experience!

    At Method3 Fitness, I have been challenged and encouraged. I started a few weeks ago after some time of searching and acknowledging the goals that I wanted to accomplish as I am getting older. I found Method3, and after having a conversation with both Dee and Sue, I felt it was the best decision I could make. I was right! I am finding myself growing stronger and more confident as time goes on. Thank you to Sue and Keith, and the rest of the Method3 team for the words of encouragement and the passion that you all have…it is appreciated.

    In March 2020, not only did the pandemic hit but group classes stopped being offered at my fitness facility in Los Gatos. I had long depended on group classes that provided some sense of camaraderie to keep me motivated. My exercise discipline went on hiatus with the exception of ~weekly hikes I took with my wife. In May 2021, my wife introduced me to Method3 Fitness, an option we'd been considering pre-pandemic. She'd been going 3x/week for many months. Despite the fact that she & I had both been members of the LG facility, and that she was happy and back in the rhythm at Method3, I was hesitant. I'd been out for a while and also skeptical of compromises necessitated by outdoor workouts. When I finally gave in, I was really surprised by the quality and creativity of the outdoor workouts. My regular coaches Keith, Markus, Justin and Alan were all fantastic - energetic/fun/engaging/creative but still knowledgeable and creative. They had ample equipment (weights, bands, jump ropes, med and bosu balls etc.) and each program provided a good balance of strength and cardio. The trainers were mindful of form, personalized modifications and the facility itself had an ample, tent-shaded space set up in the parking lot. They showed great attention to hygiene (e.g., spacing, wipes, clean-up) while still creating a fun, interactive environment. I could not have been more impressed. As we transitioned to indoor/outdoor and ultimately to indoor, I thought I'd miss the extra space provided by the outdoor workouts, but they surprised me again. Despite going indoor, not only have they supplemented the indoor work with some outdoor activities (e.g., quick outdoor jogs/laps, lunges, jump ropes) but they have equipment (e.g., TRX's, Keizer machines, ropes) that I'd forgotten were options. As my schedule has changed, I've not been able to work with Keith and the other nearly as much but other coaches like Yvonne and Amy have kept up the fun and the standard. I'm back to 2x/week and feeling great about my progress... my wife is showing me up at 3x/week. ;-) Before ending this post, I want to point out that (a) they offer classes throughout the day which is great for schedule flexibility, (b) their scheduling is through an app, which has never screwed up and is great for accommodating quick adjustments, (c) their pricing is very reasonable and at least competitive with similar options. Great job, Method3 team. Thanks for the great experience.

    I've been doing private training sessions at Method3 for just over 2 months now and it's been awesome! Makayla, my trainer, always encourages me and creates customized workouts for each session. I'm so happy with the progress I've made and couldn't ask for a better trainer. 😊

    Method 3 fitness is warm, welcoming and supportive no matter where you are in your fitness journey. The coaches help you do the exercises properly and with no judgment. It is easy to want to go workout with them and all the other wonderful partners.

    Method3 is more than just working out - it’s really an overall fitness and health experience. The coaches are true partners to work with you on your goals. Markus is a fantastic coach. His expertise, style and attitude make the work outs engaging and fun while challenging. I always feel better when I’m done my training session. Highly recommend!

    Everyone is extremely helpful and kind no matter what your ability is. People in the classes who have been doing it for a long time are also very welcoming. You don't feel uncomfortable when you can't do an exercise very well. The instructor comes up and helps you and does not embarrass you at all. I alway look forward to my next class.
