Everything was great from the order taking to the drink! They have amazing customer service!

This place is AMAZING! I visited this location during Halloween because of the 4 Dollar rebel special, and my experience was spectacular! The girl outside who took my order was Alex! And she was so sweet, and recommending me so many drinks ! I ended up getting the vampire slayer rebel! Highly recommend!

Too many bad customer experiences to want to go back. 2 of the last 3 being caused by reckless drivers cutting me off to try to get in the line first and not only did they get served first they all had a really good laugh about it both times. 'Oh hahaha lmao you totally almost ran into them' literally them chatting up the driver. This last time was partially the app not wanting to log in problems and partially the cashier refusing to cash my points even though they were clearly visible to them. 'I don't know how many points it is for the drinks, I think its 1,000 per' 'no it's 325 like always' well I need to see it on the app' 'I just explained to you that it wasn't working' honestly just drove away at that point.

Great spot, AMAZING crew. The people there are always friendly, they make great drinks. The only down side is it's currently the only Dutch Bros in town so the lines can get long, BUT the crew works though it fast, and a second location is being built soon.

Great customer service. First time here I didn't know I had to order my drink blended. They were quick to make me a new one with no extra charge..

We got our coffee good and fast. The service was Bro-nomenal. Cashier was very personable.

This is a place to get that beverage on the go with fast walk-up service as well as drive through. The only thing about the drive through is THERE ARE ALWAYS LONG LINES OF CARS IN THE DRIVE THROUGH, (yes this is great for business, but not for that "Quick Cup Of Joe". If in a rush I would suggest to park and walk up to window for faster service.

Majority of the time they have a line and they only ever have one person working the 2 lines compared to other dutch bros. And instead of help people in the order they drove in, they bonce between the 2 lines. Other then this main problem, the drink are good and made fairly consistently from day to day as well as consistent with other dutch bros.

The coffee here was superb! I recommend the Carmel Pumpkin Freeze drink or the salted caramel Chai Tea!

Coffee is always good However this location is always extremely slow and they want to talk to every single customer for 2-3 minutes at the window. Both times I went here the line was only about 15-18 cars and it took 45mins to get my drink... would not recommend this location to anyone. The one in hanford though is always amazing great service awesome drinks.

I just had to take a moment to give Michael some praise. He consistently delivers exceptional service. His friendly and uplifting demeanor creates a welcoming atmosphere, making every visit a positive experience. A true asset to the business!

I have yet to meet a DBros that I don't like. Fast, friendly and Coffee. What else could you ask for? I ordered a Large, blended, White Zombie, with an extra shot, extra thick, with whip on top. I was on cloud 9 for the rest of the ride home. If you like strong coffee, try it. You won't regret it.

I walked up to the window a few days ago. This location was very clean, fast, and welcoming. I was given a recommendation from one of the girls (hazelnut truffle mocha) and they even offered to remake my drink if I didn’t like it but it was delicious!!!!!!!

I go to Dutch all of the time and the employee Gabby always remembers me, makes my drinks so good and is always so friendly knows the ins and outs of every new drink always cheerful and ecstatic

Service is great! Gabby remembers my order like I’m a regular 💁🏼‍♀️
