This is a small hotel but don't let it fool you. It's cute and clean. The price was great and it was a good size for our family of 4. The breakfast area was small but big enough. If we are ever back in the area we'd stay again.

We came by The Best Western Americana on our way to the Sequoia National Park, and we were glad to have picked this hotel. The rooms were clean and the staff was extremely friendly. My family really enjoyed the complimentary morning breakfast and incredible coffee. The coffee alone is worth the stay, and my wife is very picky about her coffee. We will definitely stay at this hotel whenever we are in the area.

The staff are super friendly. The manager is great. You can tell he truly cares about his job. what you get for the price is very reasonable. The breakfast is very good. They serve real eggs and have tater tots that are cooked nice and brown. It is hard to get them crispy at a restaurant. Perfect place to stay if going to sequoia/ kings canyon.

Quoted me $50 pet fee over phone when I arrived it was changed to $100 due to the size of my dog. They aren't pet friendly! We ended up asking for a refund and $50 was charged because I used the restroom!

Friendly staff. Very quiet rooms, great job on soundproofing the walls. Despite there is a busy road nearby, you can sleep without noise. This is a huge plus for those who want to rest and relax after a long drive. The room with two queen beds was comfortable for three people. I think more tables for the breakfast area would help. We ate in our room because all three tables were occupied.

We will definitely be back and the weekends they offer breakfast waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage links, tator tots, bagels, muffins, cereal, juice, yogurt so so many different things to choose from. Each morning they kept it very stocked til 10am. This was the perfect place kid friendly. The staff here were all exceptional and great πŸ‘πŸ˜ƒ. The room we stayed in two queen beds was comfortable and the price for it was perfect everything it came with microwave and refrigerator and iron and blow dryer and coffee and the soaps and conditioner and shampoo worked and smelled really good. Thank you all for making our experience a welcoming and comfortable one for my family. Making my money count. See you all soon on our next family vacation.

Stopped by on my way to Sequoia Park and Yosemite. This is an excellent location as it’s in the center of both the parks. Rooms were very clean and tidy. I really liked the layout. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Business traveler that books a ton of hotels for our team. Booked this hotel via our 3rd party booking. 30 Minutes later the job in the area was cancelled. Tried to cancel the reservation through 3rd party and even talked to the hotel. They were completely unwilling to help. Refused to escalate my concern or contact her manager. Claimed to have no real manager to contact. What hotel seriously leaves the property with no manager or method to escalate a perfectly solvable issue?

Nice staff and very accommodating. Booked for 2 days on a busy week in town. Called the day of check in to get extended a day. Upgraded someone else so I could stay in my same room an extra night. Rooms are clean and well kept. Breakfast is good. Quiet rooms despite being by a busy road. Easy to get to and in a nice part of town. Company will stay here again when we return next year.

Reda was the best!!! I would always send my guests down to Dinuba from Visalia when we were sold out and he would always honor my employee rate. Now that there under new management everything changed. Will be sending my guests elsewhere.

It should be stated there is no elevator. Everything else is fine. But not having an elevator and having two large suitcases drastically changed the interest in ever staying here again

In our room the ac wouldn't wk very well. The front desk was notified but no help was given. On the 15th we could hear the manager and associate agreeing about a room that she thought was cleaned but wasn't. We were there for my dads funeral and several family members were in your hotel. Coffee carafes were empty.

We stayed here 2 nights while visiting Sequoia National Park. Excellent hospitality: friendly staff, clean rooms, great breakfast and very relaxing pool atmosphere. The hotel manager is very devoted to his customers by making sure they had best experience. Highly recommended.

I had a complicated trip coupled with a recent death in the family. Long story short, the staff at the Best Western Americana in Dinuba California were very kind and accommodating. I am grateful for the courtesy and professionalism I experience when I stay there. Its clean and quiet. A decent place to stay.

I came in after a long trip from Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks and was so impressed by the care, cleanliness and comfort of the hotel. It was the nicest stay of our 9 day road trip. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was quite and cozy. I would absolutely stay here again!

Being my first experience in US, I'm not sure how exactly to rate the location as we were here to visit the Sequoia national park, and this hotel is an hour + drive from it. But the roads are good, so it's an enjoyable drive. Neat and simple rooms, quite clean, including the toilets, coffee machine within the room, with a few other amenities included make it a decent stay. It's not exactly cheap, but there's breakfast with a variety of cereals and juices for vegans, (although you have to carry your own non dairy substitute). Rooms are quite spacious with an ottoman and TV as well.
