We were driving to Death Valley and I saw a "free ghost town" sign. So my Brady Bunch Child self yelled "STOP!" We did a quick u turn and encountered one of the highlights of the trip. The old buildings were so much fun to go through and made my 70s child heart absolutely giddy! We them went into the store and we're greeted by two of the friendliest workers I've ever encountered. They told us the history of the ghost town, which was very interesting. They also told us that they are going to updating the buildings and opening a restaurant. They gave us samples of some of the food they were selling in the store. Which was so good we ended buying several jars. The restrooms here were also very clean. We bought a bottle of Death Valley Cream Soda which was the best cream soda I've ever had. I highly recommend taking some time to stop here!

The store was closed and the "ghost town" was underwhelming. But the trails behind it were awesome for some light 4x4ing

Perfect little store that has everything you need from engine oil to snacks. Soon to be a restaurant inside with burgers, hotdogs, and more. Clean bathrooms. Ice cold beer. Very nice people that run the store. I’m the first person to try the frog balls and will have my picture up in the store somewhere.

Cool little spot to stop at on your way to Death Valley. It's cool walking through the little shops with the funny graffiti, especially the jail. The history behind here is very cool too, you can find out about it in the shop. The shop has all sorts of cool snacks and drinks, try the frog balls!

We saw this place as we were driving down the road, and my mom had always wanted to go to a ghost town (since watching the Brady bunch) so we turned around to check it out. It was so cool, and had really interesting buildings. When we went inside the shop we were greeted by two very nice ladies who were excited to tell us about the area, it was such a fun time, and the store had really cool things like frog balls (pickled brussel sprouts) and other pickled stuff. Would definitely recommend stopping by

I've never actually seen the place open. However, it's still worth a stop to check this funky little spot out.

Stopped in twice now for the DELISIOUS Biscuits and Gravy meal. I love how the restaurant serves the full menu all day, so If I wanted to I could have pizza and tacos in the morning for breakfast and a egg and salsa burrito for dinner. The staff are friendly and the store is clean. Will definitely be returning.
