Delicious drinks and cute atmosphere. I ordered a $12.50 drink (don’t remember the name, but I’ve attached a photo) and my husband ordered a $8.50 drink (south side). They were both great, though my husband’s drink was tiny. It looked more like the size of a shot than a cocktail. We look forward to going back!

I loved the Chicago dog with a sesame seed bun and all the fixings. They have delicious mocktails for kids and adults. It has a nice welcoming family atmosphere. I especially enjoyed the lighting and custom furniture.

Amazing place, phenomenal liquor and the best Chicago dogs in the Eastern Sierras. I stop here every time I'm in Bishop. Super friendly owners as well. The tourists go to Schatts, the people who know Bishop come here.

Been going there since opened I’m never in town while there open but they help me out so I can buy products when I’m passing through usually early morning. Brittany and believe her husband are great. Looking forward to finally stop by august 27th during operation hours seat down and enjoy everything.

Awesome! The hand-crafted spirits, including a line of Rums and a Vodka, as well as cocktails are all top-notch. Whiskey, barrel-aged, and other spirits coming soon. The atmosphere is beautiful. They remodeled the location themselves and it reflects a high level of craftsmanship. Everyone is friendly. They're open for cocktails, food, bottle sales and samples Thursday through Saturday, with yummy Chicago-style food, including hot dogs, Italian beef sandwiches, and other pub-style snacks. Open for samples and bottle sales only on Mondays through Wednesdays with variable hours.

Been visiting for a few years, the cocktails on tap are always great choices, if looking for something a bit more complex there are specialty cocktails. All drinks are worth their value in strength and flavor. Recently had hot drinks: spiced cider and hot coco, both tasty and fit well with the food weather. I noticed for the first time they have an elevator to assist with wheelchair access, so there is no reason not to visit.

Haven't been here in a couple of years and it was great! One of the hidden gems of Bishop as it's off the Main street! Whether it's rum, gin, vodka or whiskey you'll find the right spirit! And the food is amazing!

Owens Valley Distillery is so great! I am a Bishop local and come here quite frequently. I love their cosmopolitan and vodka cranberry! Occasionally they have a local chef come out and serve Indian food or Vietnamese food, which is great too! I had come in a few days ago and opened a tab. There was another group and one lady had also opened a tab and we had the same name. I was mistakenly charged for her order. When I realized what happened and called the next day, Brittany was super nice and took off the charges from the other bill. Really great service!

What a wonderful find when we went into Owen's Valley Distillery, we were welcomed, offered a tasting & bought a bottle. Delicious spirits & friendly staff.

The place is great, people are nice, drinks are tasty. There are two things what I don't like: very limited indoor space (cold days) and closing time (8:00 PM). I'll for sure visit this place next time in Bishop. Visited again as promised. People are still nice, drinks are tasty. "Painkiller" does the job 🙂. I forgot to mention previously. They serve also food. If you are hungry or thirsty that's the place to visit. You don't have to go to Chicago to have Chicago style hotdog it's here 🤤

Amazing craft cocktails with unique ingredients, great service, and a cozy patio atmosphere. You pay an average price for a drink but you get a premium small batch delicious hand crafted cocktail that would cost way more other places. 10/10. They even have mock tail options and delicious cocktails on tap… try the John Daly, Super refreshing and only $7!

I’m not one for writing reviews but this place is a hidden gem. A little off the beaten path- a fantastic way to spend your afternoon/evening/existence making your way through their hand distilled spirits. Their mixed drinks are top notch. Extremely well done- never too sweet. The space itself is rad, all copper work done by owner.

So impressed. Watching vodka pour out straight from the still while learning about what makes this distillery unique and worth spending time at. Great space, great drinks. Thank you.

The moment you step inside, you realize this place was built on pure passion. From the decor to the spirits, all the best ingredients are accounted for with painstaking care. The co-owners happen to be native Chicagoans, and the Chicago Dog is 100% LEGIT, and rivals any from Chicago. I’ll argue it’s even better, something about that mountain air. Can’t wait to go back and try the Italian beef.

There owners are very nice, it's a classy and cozy joint. The cocktails are unlike something you'd find at a regular bar. They also have a small food menu! The two lunch specials on Thursday and Friday are superb.
