Excellent dining experience at the old Spaghetti Factory in Fresno. The environment was very classic and elegant. All the wait staff was very nice. I did not like the fact that my sobs and I had to wait so long. The food was good but it was not as good as the location in San Diego. Still my dobs enjoyed our dinner and unfortunately did not leave room for dessert. Next time, we will just go for dessert.

Flew in from Wyoming on business for a few days, where it's often hard to get great local food. This being said we wanted to spend our time here finding good restaurants to truly enjoy ourselves and The Old Spaghetti Factory really hit the nail on the head. This is my first time here, and I didn't expect the distinct and classy interior appearance. The parking lot was pretty full, but the wait time was only ten minutes, and the greeting host was friendly. Our service was very sweet, and helpful with the food selection. She was on top of drinks and checking in on us the entire time. We opted for Chicken fettuccine (with added shrimp), garlic spaghetti, and two appetizers; spinach and art dip, and cheese bread with dipping sauce. I cant remember the soup of the day, but it was delicious. All of the food was incredible, and the prices surprised me for the amount of food you get. I consider the locals lucky. Extremely affordable, large portions, incredible staff, and delicious food, along with an interestingly beautiful atmosphere. I would love to dine here more, and would highly recommend it to anyone in the area!

This is an old place and the building is showing signs, however, it’s still nice. The food came out a lil cold as our waiter had a table of about 20 people. He did alright but ehh… took a minute for everything. Despite the food being a lil cold, was still good. May be a while before I go back tho..but.. that sour dough bread was the best part of the whole meal!

Just got fed moldy food. Now I hope the rest of the food I ordered through Grubhub has not gone bad. Does anyone inspect the food going out to people? it’s not that hard…didn’t even notice it til too late. hope I don’t get sick…

While my husband and I have enjoyed dining inside at OSF in the past with it's fun vintage style decor and unique furniture, with Covid-19 on the rise, we ordered food to go the last time we visited. One of our favorite dishes to order is the Spinach Tortellini, which is always delicious. This time, we decided to try something new. We ordered the Crab Ravioli and paired that with the Marinara Spaghetti to share between us for a nice variety of complimentary dishes. The Crab Ravioli was nicely flavored and definitely contained crab in it and not too many fillers. The Marinara had a nice smooth flavor that didn't upset my stomach like some red sauces can. Our dinners also came with a nice sized loaf of sourdough bread as well as a salad and Spumoni ice cream. Orders are easily taken over the phone. Curbside pickup is available with designated parking spaces behind the restaurant. We felt comfortable getting our food to go. We will be back soon!

My family's first time eating here, food was very good. All of us enjoyed our meal. Our server Tyler was awesome, he was quick, checked in on us often, very friendly and made us feel comfortable. The restaurant is pretty cool never pictured it looking how it does. I'll definitely be going back. Thanks guys for making our family night out worth it.

The food was great as normal. The sevice: they did their best for a Sunday with only 3 servers. We heard managment had to step in and fill in as the chefs & extra help for people who called in sick. Update: all decorated for Christmas!🎄The food was excellent. Plenty of servers & staff to get you in, food orders, check in. UPDATE: 2/16/24 Picked up an Online order today. Super easy from order to pick up. Everything was ready on time. It's nice that they have a designated area out of the way of the regular restaurant traffic.

Delicious Chicken Parm. Very cool atmosphere. Servers a delight. Long wait times on weekends, so make a reservation!

Went to lunch with hubby which we normally don't get to do and showed up right as they opened. We were sat quickly as there was no one else there. It was quite lovely as the atmosphere was very quiet and calm. My server Melissa was amazing, she was very sweet and was super helpful and provided excellent customer service. I had the Mushroom Ravioli, a Caesar Salad, and an Orange Vanilla Cream Soda. All very delicious, the ravioli was very flavorful and cooked just right. It had a heavy cream sauce which made me fill up real quick, I took about half of it home. Getting the included spumoni down was a feat and a half because everything tasted so good. Overall, it was an excellent lunch with the hubby. Thank you for the hospitality and great food!

I’m rating this place a 5 star because never have I ever been to a restaurant where EVERYTHING was all good, I’m talking down to the salad! Not exaggerating people! First I had the Spinach Artichoke Dip and OMG it was nice and creamy and warm, with a side of toasted bread. I ordered the Lasagna for my entrée with a salad and a Blackberry Cream Soda. Mind you people that everything is made from scratch witch makes it so much better! The Lasagna was on point!! The warm gooey cheese and meat, sausage filling with the homemade sauce was so freaking BOMB! And if you order the Cream Soda you get to take home a keepsake glass for literally under $6! I honestly can’t wait to go back to try the large stuffed raviolis! I most definitely found my new spot for Italian!

I have been coming to Old Spaghetti Factory for 3-4 years now. It's always a beautiful atmosphere with the decor and structure of the building. I come by once a year during my anniversary to eat and every meal, I have not been disappointed. The latest meal this year was great as always. The bread came out nice, warm, and fluffy. The soup came out perfectly hot. And our pasta was delicious. Keep in mind, it can be greasy due to the butter and/or other ingredients you choose to add. Overall, it is a great place for anniversaries, family dinners, dates, or even just by yourself. The staff is very kind and accommodating.

My family and I had my birthday dinner here and reserved to dine in the trolly. It was a great experience and my 2 kids loved it. Our waitress Melissa was fantastic the whole time. She was so patient with us and always had a smile. The atmosphere was great and the food was delicious! We will definitely be back and hope to see Melissa again.

The review is more about the restaurant atmosphere. We came in around 4pm and the restaurant was HOT inside. We asked to move to another spot but we're denied. The staff told us the A/C was not working. If that's the case you need to put signage in the front before you're seated. People need to know they're going to be in uncomfortable conditions. Food was decent, I'm not sure why people rave about this place. It's nothing special vs what you could make at your own house for a fraction of the price. I would stay away until they fix the AC or just order take out.

First time ever went here with a friend and trying it out because we hear it was good. The staff was nice and friendly and always check if we need anything and fulfil our refills whenever we need to it was amazing service. The food was good as well if your craving for pasta. I love the scenary looks beautiful and comfy once you go in you can feel the welcoming.

Birthday dinner for one of my children. The bread was hot when it was brought to our table. Tried an Italian Cream soda and it was yummy, plus I got to keep the cup! Soup and salad was okay. Pasta was great. Our server was so attentive and friendly. My children love this place so we will be back. Beats Olive Garden for sure!

The Spaghetti is pretty good and I choose the Manager's favorite with the Meat and Clam sauce. I like the there soup, salad and the ice cream that I get Spamoni is the best! I really enjoy this place when I order all kinds of spaghetti with different sauces.

Had great bowl of Spaghetti and meatballs, the Marinara was good. Service was great, got there slightly after they opened, I will return there for sure.

Wow, this was a very nice experience. Everything was delicious. Appetizer of Minestrone soup and Spumoni ice cream for dessert is a must.

The ambiance is fantastic. So old school and authentic. Came here with the family for my sons 7th birthday. Everyone loved it and there weren’t those ridiculous wait times like at Olive Garden. Prices are very reasonable and portions are generous. Check it out!

The overall experience, spaghetti with browned butter and mizithra was good, the food to be truly be honest didn’t add up to my taste pilot as far flavor. I might come back with a date but not by myself.

Such a great experience eating at The Old Spaghetti Factory. The lasagna was perfectly delicious. The bread was soft and warm. Our server Eros was kind and super friendly.

I Love this place. Their food is so good and we always get served nearly immediately. Never had a problem here. A little bit expensive for spaghetti but the service definitely makes up for that. Very professional, polite and accommodating. The atmosphere is very nice too.

Great food I wish they brought bread first like the old days.

The decor and service were wonderful but that only gets them so far. It's like no one that makes the food actually tastes it. Very bland and cheap in quality from the cheese bread that had no flavor, to the side salad that was basically a bed of iceburg lettuce, to the main course that skimmed on the meat sauce and had a very bland sauce flavor, and basic ice cream scoop. Hope the business can improve their quality.

Love the food. Another one of those places I've gone to since I was a kid and it's just as good now as it was then. I can be a little pricey but when you get soup or a salad, fresh breaded w/ butter, a pasta dish and ice cream, I think it's well worth the cost. In the photo is just the main dishes we ordered. The family Lasagna, the Spinach Tortellini, and the Chicken Alfredo. Every one of them was amazing!

This place has been a personal favorite of mine since childhood. Every dish I've had is so comforting and the drinks are great too. This particular visit was no exception- the service was outstanding and everything was just what we hoped for (delightful)!
