There have been places where I've asked for extra onions, and they LITERALLY take them off the burger as a "mistake"... they have NEVER done me wrong when I go to In-n-out. You always have a line to wait, but it's completely worth it. Thank you. I needed this today as comfort food and you all came through. I appreciate you In-n-out.

This is by far the best location I have ever been to. One of the workers was proactively walking around checking order numbers and bringing orders to tables (rather than yelling out the number) and it was such a thoughtful touch. This is also the cleanest in n out I’ve ever been to. Their drive thru line can get long but they do a good job of keeping it moving. This is my go-to in n out location!!

Sometimes heaven comes in a cheesy, mouth-watering cheeseburger with grilled onions. No, I'm serious.... On 4/15/23 Saturday🌙 night around 8:30 p.m., still going strong with the freshest flavors. With cars gathered and wrapped around the parking lot, our wait was rather quick. Even on how super busy they were, having to serve a walk-in sea of customers along with maintaining the drive thru, I was simply impressed by how well the staff works together to get food out as fresh and as quickly as humanly possible. My husband and I had the pleasure of demolishing a cheese 🍔 burger with grilled onions,tomato,lettuce, and their signature sauce. The freshest fries 🍟 ever with the animals sauce packets on the side. Let me tell you, they take pride in maintaining quality. The animals' sauce packets were cold like they were kept in the refrigerator until served. Complete with washing it all down with a lemonade for me and the hubby's rootbeer. I almost shed a tear with how happy my tummy was and how satisfying everything was. Mmmm, in and out burgers, we love you. Mmmmmm

I first had In-N-Out when I was in Arizona, and I thought maybe that’s why I didn’t enjoy it. I’ve always heard people say it tastes better IN California. So maybe it’s because I’m not from California... but I just don’t see the hype. Definitely overrated, but it doesn’t taste bad. It’s just nothing special. Personally, I’m not a fan of the “animal style” with or without onions. Check it out though, you may really like it.

I love that In & Out is consistent. They food is cooked fresh, the staff is always friendly, polite, and the food is delicious 😋. I also love ❤️ the fact that I can make changes depending on my diet restrictions. I workout and can go Protein style, or add animal style onions 🌰 to give a fresh taste. I often take breaks between showing homes 🏡 here to grab a quick meal, while curbing my need for fast food. It is a much healthier choice.

Always FRESH, ALWAYS GREAT! Line(s) can be long at times, more so at the drive thru. But, generally, you don't wait very long. All food is made to order & fries are ALWAYS tossed out & made fresh, of not sold within 5-7mins! Worth the wait & prices are VERY reasonable! Definitely GO!

We Never have had any issues with getting our order just as requested. Double cooked fries extra crispy. Extra tomatoes on our double double, animal style, protein style cheese burgers. Yummy and satisfying

The drive through is always long and busy during lunch, but inside dine in was empty. Ordered and got my food in 5 minutes for 3 people. That is amazing! I am so happy to see many young people working. Other big chain fast foods only have Drive thru open. That means In and Out pays and treats their people very well. The food is always amazing, especially the fries. The register staff was very eager to take my order and service was second to none once again. Thank you!

They are very friendly, which Customer Service is huge in my mind. Especially now that we have so much technology. I have had only one mess up on my order. I was a bit shocked because they always seem to get things right. Just had an off day, I guess. I go there often because their burgers are great and so is there fries. Plus getting my order correct 99.9% of the time. I have to check my food everywhere else for correctness. Nobody seems to understand what ketchup only means. Pretty simple if you ask me. The food is good, but you’ll be waiting in the drive thru for a long time. The line can extend to the other side of the parking lot during the busy times which seems to be most of the time. It’s a more enjoyable experience if you can get there during their slow times.

Even though their lines are always so long they are awesome at getting orders out quickly and correctly! Really it’s quite impressive how quickly they are able to get orders out, and as always all the employees are very helpful and have an happy upbeat attitude. Really they make the busy atmosphere a very positive and welcoming experience. By far my favorite In-N-Out location!!

There's always a line at In n out and rightfully so...lol. Trying to be healthier so I ordered a protein style three x three which came with a lettuce wrap. It was delicious, although I wish they would change out that little brown wax paper that steals all the cheese as it falls apart when you pull it off. It's 2023, can we get some better wrapping paper please?

We were in a huge big line just to get our dinner. And when we left there was a still a big line still waiting for there dinner too...Employees were a Great Team working together.

I love eating at this particular In-Out Burger. They have crushed ice for the soft drinks. The waxed peppers are whole peppers with a kick of spice, all this in combination with the delicious animal style Burger and fries makes for a delectable and delicious meal....It's family friendly, all the employees are courteous and friendly.... five stars all the way....

The Clovis and Herdon location is very good. Staff works hard to keep the tables, floors and bathrooms clean. Staff is very nice on day shift. Food was great. I'm not much of an In N Out fan but this store is consistently good.

I love IN AND OUT. The food is delicious and the service is excellent for a place that is always so packed. You can't beat the price of the food either. The only thing I don't particularly like is how there isn't ever a place to sit due to it being so busy. I think they should have a larger restaurant other than that everything is perfect. So I can get over it being so packed.

As always, amazing staff, food is delicious. Fries extra well animal style no sauce is my new fav item to get. Can never go wrong with cheeseburger with grilled onions, ketchup only.

Been here a few times through the years and have to say I have not had any complaints. Even though the line can be pretty long at times, it moves relatively quick. the food comes out tasting great all the time and the customer services is always on point. recently, I've had to switch to more healthy alternatives and their protein style burgers are just as great as their burgers with the normal bread buns. A little lighter though is you're looking for that sort of thing. If you're having a craving and you're in the area, defiantly stop here. A word of caution, the parking lot is kind of small so proceed carefully.

I love this restaurant. They are always clean, friendly and quick to order, despite the huge lines for delivery and into the restaurant. We recently found out from an acquaintance that In-n-out has a secret menu! So on Friday today we went to check it out and ordered a 3*3 burger (with three patties), Animal style cheeseburger (with pickles and fried onions) and cheese fries (the fries had a slice of cheese melted on them) and regular fries. Everything was delicious!

Honestly food always taste great. My issue is I always order a “number two all animal style” and more often then not I either do not get the animal fries or they put it down as animal burger and regular fries without asking. Guess it’s half on me for not making sure. Just aggravating because it’s happened so many time

I love in and out. Fed 7 people for $60. Great food. Extremely fast. This specific in and out was one of my less favorites but still good. That’s why I went 4 stars instead of 5.

I’ll never get sick of in n out… So addicting .. I love their burgers and they understand when I say extra cheese🤣

Great food at an excellent price. As fast at service as they are, it takes time to get through the line. Please, oh, please have your order ready when it's your turn. :)

First time I've ever had food this bad from In n Out. Maybe someone new and unsupervised, not sure but my bun was completely saturated with some kind of liquid (not grease) and was completely inedible and the fries was not dropped long enough because half were soggy and room temp and the other half were still literally cold. Like fresh out of a fridge cold. Extremely disappointed after that huge line, there's no way I can make it back in time.

Food is always great, but getting into a parking spot is a bit of a challenge with the huge drive-thru lines. Then you have to navigate walking between the cars to get into the building. The food was still great!!!

There can be only one…and In-N-Out Burger is that one. There is no comparison. The quality of the food and the consistently reasonable prices plus the first rate customer service - what more could you ask for?

The burger was good. But I would prefer to go when there is less people. My fries were soggy, but it's a very popular place. So I doubt it will be less busy

Always great food and great customer service. My last order I asked for crispy fries and they were almost burnt. But other than that i've had a great experience.

Food was good but this location is painfully slow in the drive through. All other in n outs are fairly fast, long lines or not. We waited in line for over 20 minutes. It's just rare so it took me by surprise.

My first time ever trying In and Out burger and I have to admit it was the best burger I have ever had. Hot and fresh with tons of fries. Definitely lives up to all the hype you hear about them!

This location is fairly bust during the lunch hour. Aside this is the 1st In-N-out coming down from the mtn, this place gets packed fast. The nice thing is, service is faster than most locations I've been to. Can't go wrong with In-N-out, always worth the stop.

The lines are long but it doesn't feel like we are in a long line. The team are great at getting everyone their food in a timely manner. They have never mess up our order and the customer service is excellent. At least this line is worth waiting unlike the lines in Disneyland.
