I love this movie theater, i might go here every time we watch movie from now on. Seats are comfortable. Staff were great and so friendly. Not very crowded for an early show on a weekend. Clean restroom.

I can’t talk about this area enough! The cinema though?! This was in the top five best theaters I’ve been to. The particular seat I had reclined and was heated! Long story short…I drifted off during the movie…but it was comfortable. They even let you order on the app and bring your items to your seat. My seat had a tray that was super convenient. I can’t wait to go here again.

I have lived in San Jose for 18 years 5 minutes from Santana Row. Before the pandemic, we went every Friday to see the premiere of the week at this cinema. The staff is very friendly and professional, the pop corn is delicious, salty or sweet, always fresh and tasty. The seats are spacious and comfortable, they recline to an almost horizontal position and the best - for me - is the heating button with options of medium or powerful, in winter it is perfect. As soon as it was possible, we returned to our routine, we love the magic of the cinema. Now they have added food service in the theater , you can order it online or order in the lobby and sit in your armchair because they bring it to you. Just fantastic. It's the best movie theater 🍿 and the best kettle corn 🌽 in Silicon Valley. I highly recommend it. Enjoy the Show 😄

Pretty great theater located at the end of Santana Row. Convenient free parking (avoid paying at nearby Valley Fair!) I went to watch a matinee showing of Dr. Strange the other day during my day off. I got kettle corn and a large soda as well and really enjoyed the movie. Comfy, heated leather seats. Pretty much dead when I visited (which to me was ideal). Service at concessions and the box office was spot-on, and the restrooms were impeccably clean. There are cheaper options but the location is really nice and the theater is a bit more classy than average. After your movie enjoy a stroll on the Row or the really nice NetApp plaza. Will not hesitate to return for another showing.

Awesome Santana Row location. Always happening. Great experience every time we visit CineArts for a movie day out. We have been here many times and most recently for Avengers - End Game. Seats are very comfortable and always clean. They have seat warmers too. This is the only theater which is as advertised by Cinemark before the show begins. Cine Arts is the best theater in chain. Plenty of free parking available just adjacent.

Oh, I love, love love this theater a lot, it always feels like an event to come here to see a movie because going on a date to the movies here always involves a nice dinner! Haha 😝 Yes, I am food and movie oriented and there is no better place to do both here in Silicon Valley! The pretty outdoor areas of Santana Row and the water fountain makes it feel more special and festive than just a commercial development. The theater is great, nice seating and I like that they show foreign and indie films too. It’s centrally located for a good time for all ages. Easy parking in the garage across the street.

This location is very clean and well maintained. The popcorn was good and the hot dog was tasty. The only thing I would say they need to work on is line control. We got our tickets before hand yet we were still waiting with people that were still needing to buy tickets. They need two people in the front so the line doesnt builded up.

Decent theater but every time we go and even in the early evenings they say the bar is closed an we cannot buy a wine. This is not as advertised. Will be seeking other theaters in the future unless policy is corrected.

Pros. Part of Santana Row area. Clean and modern. Concession snacks are great. Popcorn is fresh with options of how much butter you would like for them to add. Best of all, the luxury seating with a 2 dollar extra for snack delivery to your seat. Amazing! Con. Just expensive overall going to the movies nowadays, but it was worth it.

Always enjoy movies at CineArts Santana Row! Nice size theaters with comfortable recliner loungers that don't impede your view of the screen. And, with all the great restaurants and shops outside the theater, perfect for lunch, dinner or coffee before or after the show!

This is a nice complex at the end of Santana Row (highway side) that is a step up from the typical AMC that pervades the area. A more personal feeling check-in area, clean restrooms conveniently located near the theaters, electric reclining seats each with their own mini table and cup holder and convenient location keep this at the top of the list. You can preorder food and drinks when you purchase your tickets online and have them delivered to your seat or available at the designated guest pick up shelves. The only issue may be with parking, as it gets busy at the Row and the bougie people are pretty aggressive in the parking lot. That said, there is a parking lot on the same side as, but to the right of the theater that may be your best bet instead of battling it out in the regular Row lot. There are also uncovered lots to the left of the theater, about a block away.

The chairs were so comfortable and they had a heater. I enjoyed my experience, but there were 20 minutes of commercials before the movie.
