Hospitality was not good. We waited in the lobby for 40 minutes while the greeter just stood there. After we got seated we waited 20 minutes until we got our order ,We got our order taken by 3 different people. For our drinks we got a extremely watered down strawberry lemonade. After we brought to the workers attention they just ignored the issue. Also the chef does not know how to cook steaks, after being asked how I wanted mine I said medium rare and got a well done steak. Really bad service dont recommend. I came hungry and left unhappy.

Wait a long time due to short of staffs, the French toast is disappointing with so little banana and whip cream. So far the service is good

Ordered a BLT for lunch. The bacon was so hard it hurt my teeth to chew. It had to been cooked in the morning and was used for lunch.

I had the poblano it's usually really good here. this time it was a little dry and flat. usually the food is perfect for me wen I dine here. The service was great . Didn't over do it with the " how's everything" , "any thing else I can get you" questions

Foods always great, never have any complaints mine & hubbies favorite ihop to go to. Went to one in fresno & absolutely hated it. Don't recommend that but DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this one here in Dinuba. Strawberry crepes THE BOMB😋😋😋😋

Rating the service, definitely awesome and I will be very happy to come as long as I have the same waitress. Over all I recommend this place.

Breakfast special 7am-9am $7.99 3 choices to pick from Dinner the same, I think, $12.99 3choice pick from....when I dine put I always ask what's on special or what do you recommend 😉

The food was delicious, the restaurant was clean and our waiter was very friendly.

From the moment I walked in the restaurant seemed busy and understaffed. After 5 different employees looked at me standing at the ghost desk with no host not one person so much as greeted me. I've I was say we were neglected by our server purposely skipped over and ignored by staff. I had to flag down a manager from across the room just to get the waters that we requested. We were so irritated with the poor service that we got up and left. We told the manager that we were leaving and he didn't even bother to ask why and just let us walk out. This place was trash.

Empty place, I have to assume due to how high the prices are. The staff is friendly and the food is good.

The quality of their food and service don't justify the prices. Their food tastes worse than fast food yet their prices are higher than olive garden. How's that work exactly? You're better off eating at a mom and pops breakfast joint or even Dennys, at least they have better coffee.

We are from Spain and passed here for breakfast on our way to the national park. Food was good and decently priced. Our waitress, Alexa, was a lovely person.

Amazing place to eat with great options. The service is also great and they offer great costumer service. While the atmosphere could vary when it’s full compared to the less crowded times.

The lady asked for our drinks way too fast (the second we sat down) which caused us to panic and order water. The food was okay but I ran out of butter on the 3nd pancake.

The food was good not great. But the service was excellent. Our waitress was very nice. She even offered a to-go cup of ice tea. I've never experienced that before.

No beef patties for any burger choice, and one server looking after all tables. She was very polite.

There was a line, but my party of 7 didn't have to wait very long. 3 adults, My 2 Granddghtr's & 4 great grandkids... 5,4,2,&1,... Our waitress was great.

The only good thing was the waitress. We went during dinner time and only two other tables in the restaurant. Took the food 45mins to come out and it was still lukewarm. This IHOP was managed poorly today. Thanks to the waitress/hostess for doing as good as she could!
