Very
disappointed
in
the
greeting
my
family
and
I
received.
We
have
been
to
this
store
plenty
of
times
in
the
past
(we
come
all
the
way
from
Fresno),
and
today
we
came
for
my
mom's
birthday.
Upon
entering,
a
lady
(whom
we've
never
encountered,
I'm
not
sure
if
she's
new?)
looked
at
us
up
and
down
and
asked
for
my
mom
and
I
to
leave
our
bags
at
the
counter
with
her.
We
explained
that
my
mom's
bag
is
her
purse
and
that
my
mini
backpack
just
holds
my
Nintendo
Switch,
and
the
lady
seemed
to
have
been
annoyed
but
said
we
can
keep
holding
on
to
our
bags.
We
both
just
don't
feel
comfortable
leaving
our
belongings
(that
hold
wallets,
a
game
console,
etc.)
with
strangers.
Then
we
went
upstairs
and
saw
plenty
of
other
customers
with
their
backpacks.
Why
were
we
(Latino
family)
asked
to
hand
over
our
bags,
but
nobody
else
was?
It
doesn't
sit
well
with
me.
My
family
and
I
will
never
return
to
this
store.
