I am continually impressed by the expertise of the skilled Watchmaker, Zohrab. He has a vast knowledge of mechanical watches and appears to be able to repair any watch I throw at him, finding the flaw and providing a fix at a reasonable price. I would not be able to maintain a collection of mechanical watches without his assistance. The store atmosphere is friendly and welcoming and all who work there have great kindness and professionalism. This is truly a wonderfully run business by skilled and dedicated folks. I recently had a stone upgrade to my wife’s wedding ring for our 25th wedding anniversary. The staff were very helpful and even made suggestions on how to make the setting look even better. Watch repair was fixed at the price quoted and ready in 16 days. Satisfied with the repair, however the customer service was subpar from what I expected. Eye contact and a smile do make a difference.

I have had several pieces of jewelry fixed here. My wedding ring set is the latest piece, one of the prongs had broken off the main diamond. I picked it up today and they did a beautiful job on it. It’s all clean and sparkly and looks brand new again.

The staff is so helpful and take the time to make sure I'm completely satisfied. I wanted to sell some jewelry. I had already gone to another place to compare what they would give me and this place offered me a miserable laughable amount. I guess they thought I was desperate and or uneducated about the pieces I was trying to sell.

I left a Tiffany ring to be sized. It turned out to be complicated because of the filigree around the edge of the ring, so instead of a couple of weeks to complete it took two months. The end result was excellent! The jeweler obviously takes pride in his work and the ring is perfect. I was not charged one penny more than the quote I was given when I left the ring with the jeweler, even though the sizing was more difficult. The only fault I find is that I never received a telephone call during the process and I hadn’t been given a tag showing that I had left the ring with the jeweler so I was afraid it had been lost. I did call and stop by several times and each time I was given a report, which was somewhat reassuring. I would definitely do business again with this jeweler. I know he has been in business for many years in this area and has a good reputation. I am very happy with the result.

I've taken two pieces to Ara Kardashian for minor adjustment/repair, a gold heirloom bracelet that needed links removed and a gold chain that needed a new clasp. The work was clean and of the highest quality. Will definitely go back.

Needed a scuffed and dinged up gold wedding band resized. The ring came back fitting perfectly. Additionally, a noticeable ding had been removed and the ring was polished so it it looked like new. Very happy with the result.

I had to get my wedding rings sized because arthritis has changed my ring finger size. They did a beautiful job so I had them fix some earrings that were also in need of repair. I really enjoy working with the staff at Karkazian.

Moses is wonderful. I had a battery change done on my watch and it took 10 minutes to do. There is another jeweler at Fig Garden that informed me that it will take them a week to get it done- same charge. I highly recommend this place!!!

I took a bracelet in to get fitted. The staff were very helpful and kind. They sized the bracelet for me and when they returned it, they had cleaned and polished it like new.
