VERY HAPPY WITH MY EXPERIENCE HERE! When I walked in, I was welcomed by kind employees who helped me get started. I signed the waver and got started. I bought the Xmas punch special for $30/kid and it was TOTALLY WORTH IT (refer to picture). It doesn't expire, so we can come back until all squares are used up! The kids had a blast and I even got a pair of socks! I love socks! Haha! I was allowed to bring in my own water and was also allowed out as many times as needed to vape. Very happy with my time here!!

What a fun place. Went with family for a birthday party. We were there when they first opened and pretty much had the place to ourselves for most of the hour of bouncing. The staff were very friendly and helpful with our needs. The tables upstairs in the party room were already set up and ready for us and everyone had a great time

Update: things have changed for the better. Staff was very attentive and place was relatively clean. I actually observed employees cleaning from top to bottom. I'm so glad to see this as we will be joining the fight club. Keep this place clean and keep updating it and you will get more traffic. They also added a few things which I personally like better. We've been here many times and it's been a great place for my kids to release some energy. Today however, was disappointing. It was very dirty, it appeared the place hadn't been cleaned in weeks. There was trash/dust everywhere. I'm sure they're short-staffed like many other places but with everything going on, cleaniness should be a priority. I hope it was just a one time occurrence because it's a great place. I will update my review on my next visit.

As a parent of a special needs child I'm always hesitant to take my son to a new place. I never know how knowledgeable, kind and open minded the workers, and owners will be with my non verbal autistic 4 year old. My son hates wearing socks and shoes and it is always a challenge to keep them on his feet. We were very nervous about taking our son today and being asked to leave or made to feel uncomfortable if we were struggling. We were honest about what might happen and asked the sweet employee at the front desk about the expectations and what would happen if we paid to jump but it failed miserably. She got on the phone with the owner and everyone was very kind and helpful. We gave it a try and were very excited about the PJ Mask socks (my son's ultimate favorite)! My son jumped his little heart out and had the best time. He had such a good time jumping he didn't care that the socks were on and we can't wait to go back! Thank all of you for being kind and allowing us to have a wonderful day like every other family! 💙

We held my daughter's birthday at DEFY and had a great time! The staff were friendly and the party host did a great job checking in to see if we needed anything. They've changed some of the jump areas and we enjoyed the improvements. Although certain areas smelled like some kid ate a butt scented Scentsy candle and squatted it out in a foam pit, the rest was pretty clean overall. There were a couple of punk kids that I wanted to punch in the neck, but the employees were pretty good about blowing a whistle and clearing the situation before I caught an update to my RAP sheet. My kids had a lot of fun and we left with the same number of them we came with so we're pretty satisfied overall. Another member of our brood wants to party there for his birthday, so that's happening soon. Five stars.

Grandbaby had her birthday party here, and didn't want to leave. She was scared when we 1st arrived but after about 10 minutes she was having a blast.

I take my 8 yr old grandson to defy as much as possible. It's a very nice done activity center for people of all ages. Trampolines, foam pit with a small zip line and lots of climbing apparatuses. Dodgeball area for those inclined or maybe swing on the trapeze. They have a small kitchen that serves pizza and drinks along with a few snacks. You can put together a birthday package and reserve a area for your guests to. All in all it's a fun place I highly recommend.

Fun, affordable trampoline place to go to with the kids to help them get out of the house and "bounce" off some energy. Multiple Different games they can choose from to play that my boys always enjoy.

Great place to have the kids play , four stars because I wish I seen more sanitation and area where shoes was looked very messy with lots of trash and empty cups .

Good clean fun, the staff is well trained and courteous. The place is clean. Best times to attend are before 2pm but even after 2 pm there's plenty of room for a crowd

Great experience. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Jacob went and got me ice when I sprained my finger and I didn't even have to ask. The birthday party was perfect and the kiddos had fun. 5 star experience, thanks!!

My boy loves this place. The staff does a really good job of regulating all the craziness in a place like this. They spread out and keep an eye on all the jumpers and make sure things stay safe. Definitely a great way to get your young ones to expend some energy and also get in some good exercise. I’ll continue to hangout while my son goes all out and makes new friends

It was pretty crowded- because it was Saturday and there were several birthday parties going on. People weren't pushy though, and, my 3 year old grandson had allot of fun! FYI: 4 and under get a discounted rate!

I think you guys do a good job my Son has a membership loves it i hardly go cause the smell but my kids love it. Good prices only cause everything gone up but having the same price for as long as you want is also good. Thankyou for letting me take my baby in the jump area and let her enjoy herself😁

Exceptional employees with great customer service!! When my kiddo got sick they came to check on the situation, offered us passes to come back another time, and even gave him a sticker so he could feel better about needing to leave and come back for another visit. They showed compassion suring a difficult time and because of that we will absolutely be returning in the future!

My family had a great experience! We went for my son's birthday and came as a fairly large group. Clayton was our cashier and he was the best! He was patient with us and discussed the options that would be best for us. I am very pleased, and needless to say that we are now members. Definitely recommend Clayton at the visalia location.

The birthday party experience was great. We had our party at the end of the day on a Monday. The girls bathroom was a mess. The smell of feet was very powerful when you first walk into the place. They just need to do a better job of cleaning the place on a more regular basis.

Our party host was AMAZING! Nothing negative to say about her, she was lovely & appreciated. The only negative thing we experienced was that our party host was unable to be in the room the entire time (I’m assuming because they were under staffed) so that made us get behind a bit, since they are the ones supposed to be in charge of everything. It was not our hostess’s fault, she was doing the most she could, it was just frustrating because it made us get behind and have to rush at the end. But the kids had a great time overall, which is all that matters in the end.

I had an amazing experience here. I came to celebrate my god son’s birthday and we all had a good time. My two-year old had such a great time and it was very kid friendly. I love that they separate it by groups to keep the number of people jumping and it isn’t too crowded. I will be coming back again! I recommend this place for sure!

I definitely recommend this place. WONDERFUL for all ages. My son and I had such an amazing time we enjoyed every single part of the facility. It is a Hands-On EXPERIENCE. It's so much fun I was exhausted after a hour. He fell asleep in the car it was a great little place to exercise and have family fun. It was my first time and the staff was very helpful. Be prepared to laugh, burn some calories and have fun. Definitely won't be the last time we go. Not expensive at all. Well worth it . Make sure you wear comfy clothes. We loved it!
