Taco Tuesday, tacos as always very delicious and staff friendly. The Aguas refreshing and the salsas spicy.

Have only visited la Bodega twice for breakfast, but in my humble opinion it's the best breakfast in Pecos. Fast attentive service!👍⚜️

We tried to stop a few other quick places first (donut shop, and a food truck) that said they were open and weren't, and ended up finding the closest place that was open, here... and boy am I glad those other places were closed! The service was amazing. The food was fantastic. I left completely STUFFFED with lots still left on my plate (and without a stomach ache, which is a rare thing when I eat mexican food). I even took an agua fresca to go - and was handed the biggest cup I've ever seen in my life lol. Only downfall was that it was set up with cheaper cafeteria style tables/chairs for larger parties and it's a very tiny tiny dining room... so we felt a little awkward having a massive table for 2 people when there was no where for anyone else who walked in to sit. Worth it for the food!

As authentic as it gets! Friendly staff with suggestions. Burritos- breakfast, brisket and carne asada were spot on. Cheap, fast and good! Burritos are not overly large.

Small place, but food/service is really good, real authentic Mexican food and their flavored waters are the best, pistachio is my favorite, best Menudo in town as well.

Didn’t realize that this is where the locals eat, but it definitely is! It’s authentic and the service was super friendly. Hard to know when traveling through places where to eat, we are glad we stopped here.

Tried this place on the recommendation of locals. Went to the restaurant to order takeout. This place was packed. Had to circle around to find parking and waited about 15 minutes for my order. Ordered the red chile enchiladas with chicken. They provided a good helping of shredded chicken. The Red chile tastes fresh. Served with beans and rice, rice was a little bit heavy on cumin and would have liked a little bit larger portion of each. Would recommend this place.

You get what you see on the outside of building as inside of building...very bland, no taste, creative menu or service. The migas were horrible, no flavor or content that says in the menu...I say this place needs to change outside then inside of building...develop your menu and change your prices...too high for low quality of food.......

Food was okay, the chips and salsa were terrible. The chips were hard, not kidding like really hard. Waitress wasn't attentive, she asked me if there was anything else i can think of That she could get me , I started laughing because that leads me to believe that she wants to get everything from my order and not have to deal with me any longer which turned out to be true. The food price was decent, for me personally though this is one of those places to try once but never again.

I had the Carne Asada Tacos with a glass of Horchata. Was excellent. Nice people, really good food.

One of the few places in Pecos that has real good food, as well as fair prices, the service was also exceptional, waitress was really attentive, will definitely be going back.

I got the caldo de rez it was very tasty. It's a very busy place worth the wait.
