I went to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu & Grappling MMA Messina for one class but already wish I could have stayed longer. The instructor Enrico and his students greet visitors with a warm welcome and make us and and the rest of his students feel at home. The students are very dedicated and eager to learn from everyone which creates a great learning atmosphere and it was such a joy to just be there and experience that. The level of the students is great and everyone no matter belt can learn and are well taken care of. They understand how to improve together like a team. I could definitely feel how Brazilian Jiu Jitsu & Grappling MMA Messina makes all visitors feel like a part of their strong BJJ family and it makes me want to come back for sure and visit again!

We visited Brazilian Jiu Jitsu & Grappling MMA Messina during our trip to Sicily. Everybody in this gym was very friendly and nice, instructors were great and training was really good. I really recommend it.

Possibly the most hospitable and welcoming gym on earth. The Sicilian warmth and is on true display in the gym by Enrico, Giovanni, Francesca, and the whole team. The gym is only open a few days per week and is small, however all of that is made up for by the enthusiasm and quality which they bring. Head coach Enrico, is a legit black belt with an incredibly open mind teaching his students everything form clasical BJJ all the way through modern and even speciality ideas. I had the honor of visiting for a week as a guest both coaching and training and will definitely be back. It is really impressive what has been built here. Truly using martial arts for good.

This club has my highest recommendation! I stopped to train here for a week while backpacking through Europe, and it was the highlight of my trip. If you come here you will experience incredible hospitality, a clean, safe, comfortable training environment in a fully equipped modern facility, and excellent training lead by a highly accomplished black belt who is passionate about what he does! If you come to Messina, you must absolutely come check this place out!

I trained here during my holiday in Messina. Despite myself not being able to talk much Italian, many students are able to speak English and translate for me which helped a lot. The coach is a very nice and welcoming person who was nice enough to do a whole class in English (fluently) for me. Everyone is very friendly and will treat you like family. I recommend this place and will come back. Grazie mille! 🇦🇺

On my trip to Sicily I visited them for 2 training sessions. All the people there were really friendly and welcoming. Would 100% visit them again.

Had the opportunity to train at this gym and with the team as part of BJJ Globetrotters. Was a fantastic gym, felt like part of the team, highly skilled group and have top tier coaching!

Absolute gem of a gym. Everything from Muy Thai boxing to Bjj to Heavyweight lifting happens here. NEWBIES BE WARNED, it looks like a gas station,,it is. it is also an indoor soccer gym. the BJJ gym is upstairs, a beautiful place to learn to kill people. :)
