big department store but confusing outlets, they don't make one brand all together, they separate stuff like playing hide and seek, sorry to say but it's confusing for customers, few items here and few there not easy for me to find each specific brands i like

A fantastic store selling most things. Beautifully clean and tidy, helpful staff, good parking and excellent coffee shop or restaurant. Not sure about the prices but assume probably more than what could be on line say.

It is a huge shopping mall on 5 stories. You can spend a whole day if you want to. Offer a lot of different brands- from cheaper to more expensive depending on how much money you want to spend inside. They also have a parking and lower floors- placea to drink a coffe and eat( I think)

Impressed, you feel like in the UK you find almost all brands of clothes and shoes and not only,, very nice will recommend ..

*Terrible* customer service experience with this store. Was a regular customer, but after this, will spend my money with a company that cares about its clients. I would leave zero stars if possible...

We bought our Christmas tree this year from the Murcia branch and they have lovely collections. We don’t speak Spanish yet but the staffs were really helpful. Great costumer service.

El Corte Ingles is a good department store with many options. They have five floors of clothing, gifts, toys, shoes, luggage, electronics and more. On the top floor there is a cafeteria but it is a bit expensive. Many options but it is more on the expensive side.

Wanted a soundbar the guy was just all over the place it just wasn't helpful. Then didn't have want we wanted.

It's a big shopping centre. Pretty much has everything you can think of for a home all under one roof.

Excellent quality and lovely shopping environment. However, the presumably restaurant manager (male) on the top floor, leaves a lot to be desired. Very rude, unwelcoming and ignorant, with basically no manners whatsoever. Its a pity because the restaurant staff are always very polite, efficient and helpful, along with the store staff.

We really wanted an American breakfast and this place had just that! Bacon, eggs and pancakes. The only thing that was missing was maple syrup. Could have been a language barrier thing.

I love this mall. Anything you need for your home and it feels luxurious only being there. Good choice in wine and they sell the new Nespresso vertuo capsules. You can even try them in the boutique on P0. Ideal combination of parking, luxury shopping, practical shops and grocery shopping.

Not a big fan tbh as the bed linen we bought didn't wear very well and we had to return it. The store is nice and very typical of the brand. Parking is not cheap but very accessible.

I come from the UK. Very slow service, kitchen is horrible, waiters don't notice us.

Purchased a dining table, chairs and covers for our patio at the Cartagena store. The service provided by Loli was exceptional despite our limited knowledge of each others language. For the more detailed information we resorted to Google translate but most of the exchange was completed with smiles and professionalism. Looking forward to the FREE delivery on Monday (4 day delivery service for items held in stock, limited to Mondays and Thursdays). Great store, quality products, fabulous, friendly, professional staff. 😁
