Dear Mrs Irene said there was a datejust reserved 41 white dial Reserved for me. Suddenly i was told it was sold . When i called again and asked if there was a point of coming to store she Said Yes Come we will find something for your wishes. Upon arrival There was nothing similar no where close to similar to the Watch which was actually Reserved for me . In our first Call i asked for the Discount . She said no discount on the phone just in the Shop . I told her i would arrive in 3 working days. And so i did . Just that the Promised watch was sold to someone else . Really unprofessional as i was searching for a Present for a Business Partner . After trying to Reach out to the Manager he didnt want to speak at all . You should be ashamed of your actions . The only thing i received was a Sorry. But sorry is not enough when you travel 3 hours with a 1 year old child to pick up a watch they Promised you just days ago ! I will never set foot into the Store again and i have some friends which are customers there i will tell Them about what happened for sure . I hope they are little more Kind and Honest to Customers in future . Especiall Mrs. Irene . Did a huge mistake . Promising something she cannot provide is not professional ! especially in My Case as I had to travel for a Long Duration to visit the small store in of the poorer parts Of Spain which makes empty promises. They have watches in the Display which i have seen a Year Ago . They say that the watches sell so well . They Support Grey Market ! I will write a letter to Rolex In Geneva regarding this Case .
