My wife and I had a massage here but we were not greeted very well as they seemed surprised to see us even though we had booked the appointment. The massage room was cold and the masseuses hands were cold as well. That massage itself was ok though. I would not call this place a spa as the facilities are limited and the staff seem very amateur. It might be ok for beauty treatments but I would not recommend it as a spa.

My sister and I had a reservation for an experience, which we treated ourselves to, and more than a month ago we made an appointment for a foot massage. The day before, when confirming the time, they tell us that we have to pay more money for that experience because the prices have changed. I think that's not correct. We already had the quotes. I think it is very wrong of them not to respect the prices with which we made the reservation. The box was from dakotabox. I will not give away a box again so that these things happen later

They are SCAMMERS. I bought a life is beautiful voucher for my mother. I called and they started to complain that if the bonus didn't work, what do I know... In the end the girl told me that she would have room for my mother the following week but that she would call me the next day to confirm and see about the bonus because some treatments were no longer available... The next day I called the clinic and my surprise was that they told me that they don't have an appointment for 3 MONTHS😂... They don't want to redeem the voucher for me...what a shame, you scoundrels .

Tenía dos bonos regalo para este centro. Uno había caducado y al llamar me atendió una chica muy maja que me dijo que me lo podía canjear sin problema pero que acaba de llegar una clienta y que la llamase más tarde. Cuando lo hice me atendió otra mujer que me dijo que de no se podía hacer esa excepción pero que le mandase una foto del bono por WhatsApp por si acaso me hacían el favor. Al mismo colgar se lo mandé y NUNCA contestaron. Directamente al otro bono regalo de masaje ni fui porque el trato a una clienta (que ha comprado bastantes bonos para regalar) no me parece el correcto. Si no me quieren canjear el bono caducado lo entiendo pero que al menos contesten al WhatsApp.

Sitio genial. En el centro de Murcia y con unas instalaciones magníficas. Fuimos por un smartbox que me regalaron y probamos la sauna, la ducha y un masaje facial. Corto pero intenso. Volveremos. Además, la chica que nos atendió era un solete de persona

I found out about the center because of laser hair removal, after wasting money at several clinics and having practically nothing done in just a few sessions, I didn't even remember my body hair. Then I decided to try a facial treatment (hydradermie) and I couldn't be happier, my skin feels like I was 10 years younger. We didn't even talk about the massages, what a wonder, I went with my partner and again alone and you came out feeling like new. The center is 100% recommended, the treatment is great, the girls are very attentive at all times. I will repeat soon with some other treatment and massage.

Esta es su reseña: “Probé la sauna, el baño turco y el peeling corporal y la chica que me atendió fue muy amable y me explicó los tratamientos con mucho detalle. El ambiente es de lo más acogedor y relajante: las luces tenues, los aromas, el sonido de agua de la fuente... Salí encantada. Superrecomendable. Si vuelvo a Murcia repetiré sin dudarlo.”

Una experiencia excelente. Tuvimos un problema para encontrar el sitio ya que no somos de Murcia y al final acabamos llegando tarde... La chica de recepción fue súper profesional y nos pudo recolocar la cita para el mismo día un poco más tarde, así no teníamos que volver otro día expesamente. En cuanto a la experiencia fuimos ya que nos lo regalaron. Fue un combo de ducha tropical y sauna más masaje craneal. En esta ocasión nos atendió Nuria, no hay trabajadora más simpático y agradable. Da gusto encontrarse con gente que trabaja cara al público que siempre tiene una sonrisa en la cara y te trata con tanto cariño. Simplemente excelente.
