An amazing place to visit! Tour was outstanding, explaining in depth the different vines, olives and almond trees. Took time to explain how the wine was made answering all questions, no rush to get through. Then off to the Grandparents house for lunch! 5 amazing delicious courses accompanied by wines from the vineyard! No rush between courses. All this for €28!!! Extremely excellent value for money! A must if you enjoy your wine and food!

I went to this winery today because I found a bottle of their wine by coincidence in my homecountry. Lucky me, because it's totally worth a visit. They have the finest little shop with a wealth of things. Not just wine. They make oil too and other things. I was served by a very pretty lady who gave the time to explain me about the wine I was buying, and I left with a feeling that she was proud of what she'd been selling me. Their wine is cheap, by the way. By Danish standards. You can walk around in their fields without a guide and I did so. It's absolutely well kept and the surroundings are beautiful although the highway can be heard. An excellent target for a day trip, I can highly recommend and will be back for sure. Their wine is good although the Monastrell grape is not my favorite. But that's individual.

We loved visiting this vineyard during our time in Spain. It’s family run with passion and flare. There’s history and stylish design. The wines were wonderful and the lunch was an experience. A special Thank you to Maggie for the tour and Elena herself for the guest appearance and special tasting. 20/10 A must do!!!!

Fabulous visit. The history of the bodega, the development of the delicious wines and to finish off an incredible traditional meal in the restaurant La Casa De Las Abuello within the bodega. Highly recommended.

Thanks Maria. The wine route with her has been so beautiful and sweet, that you won't want it to end. It informs you about the life of the vineyard from love, and from within the effort of a family. The wines are all very good and flavourful, from white to red, spectacular. The jam, the oil. In the grandparents' house you can enjoy the essence of grandparents, ESE GRANDPA PACO. At the restaurant we ordered the Country Lunch, very very good and tasty. The house is beautiful but the charm of the wineries from its origins is unmatched. I recommend you reserve everything in advance, you will fall in love with it. Long live Jumilla, its wines and Viñaelena.

We went as a group of 13 people for a guide and Maggie has been lovely. He has not told the story of the Pachecos and shown the wineries. Afterwards we tried 3 kinds of wines, very delicious, cheeses, almonds and a delicious oil. We will definitely return to eat at our grandparents' house.

Good guidance and overview of the vineyard. A good lunch as a continuation and, by tasting, wine purchase. A pleasant activity that takes three hours. Recommended!

A family run bodega. Within just over one hundred year they are now producing a good range of wine. If you are a wine drinker and in the area, it is a must, to book a cata to try some of their wine with delicious tapas or rations they prepare in their kitchen.

About 1 hour from the coast, this family run bodega has got it right. Located in the southern part of Jumilla set amongst its vineyard and olive groves. The ladies of the family handle the welcome and catering. Its not a small operation. They explain all you want to know about wine making in good English and show you around the wine making area and barrel storage. Then comes the best bit lunch with matching wines to the food. So uou are tasting the wines with food. The restaurant rooms are located in the re novated old living accommodation very tastfully done with aircon. The food matched a really good restaurant to finish a great local cheese board with desciption card, also a wine purchasing card which is ready at departure. Sweet biscuits and coffee to round it off. Wines get refilled and so does the cheese board. To finish the leave carafes of their sweet wine on the table. I nearly forgot to begin bread toasted on the barbecue with their own olive oil disappeared very fast. Their olive oil is also for sale which is superb. We were on a bus trip so no problem having a glass to many.

An amazing tour of a fabulous Bodega, our guide was friendly helpful and knowledgeable and Passionate about the wines. The wine tasting and olive oil tasting that followed gave a marvellous opportunity to taste these wonderful and very reasonably priced wines. All in all a great day out and highly recommended.

Warm and friendly host (the son of the family) patiently answering all my questions. Gave a very good introduction on the Monastrell grape variety, which I have little experience with from before (been mainly to Italy & Portugal for wine). This was one of the best tours and tastings I have experienced and I would love to come back!
