The place to change clothes in the playroom and the lockers are a joke. Always a mess and no one is keeping an eye on the cabinets. Most people use it free of charge by locking their lockers. Apart from the fact that these lockers are too small and there is no place to safely leave your jacket or valuable items. Even though the cars didn't work, the fee was 100%. There was also no information that the cars did not work. This is already experience from previous entries. In this case, we received a defective product and the price should be reduced. The trampolines themselves could be much better though. Hangar. The changing rooms are poor and the toilets are always dirty. I have the impression that there are no limits on the weekend... And this already poses a threat and becomes dangerous in the case of smaller children. The locker room is so stuffy that it becomes bad because there is no oxygen. We also had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to come to the cash register to enter the playroom...

A children's play center and adults are also allowed to play with their children, there are no various games, but a very nice place for children, there is a cafe with a fast food restaurant, I recommend visiting it

Very good place (plac zabaw) to have a birthday party. We had one for my 5 yo and it was great ! The team is nice and take care of the kids. The playing ground is huge. Tables foe parents are upstairs, which I'd say is not very confortable but even upstairs we can see the kids play so it's not that bad. Will come back for sure, the kids were soooooo happy and my son on the moon :)

A great place to spend time with children. It is divided into two parts. The first is the trampoline park, which is really great. There is a cloakroom in front of the entrance where you can change clothes. The second part is a children's playroom with a monkey park, slides, cars, etc. There is a separate area where you can eat. The food was decent, but unfortunately quite expensive. As for tickets, in my opinion they are also a bit too expensive. Generally, I give it 5 stars because I spent a good time here with my family.

It feels like part of the interview process for staff is to find people who hate children, actually people in general. We have been to Aero over 10+ times now and have brought friends here too, each time is a disappointment but due to a lack of similar places in Warsaw we kept returning. Today was definitely our last visit, the staff are simply obnoxious which is weird for such a young workforce. The venue itself is great with lots of activities and various bits of entertainment for most ages. The staff however simply do not let the kids enjoy any of it, this makes it stressful for parents and the opposite of the fun environment that would be enjoyed by all. Some crazy rules around the soft play vs trampoline park which for a family like ours (with various ages) make it impossible to for anyone to enjoy.

CONTROL FREAKS At the beginning you have to sign a waiver similar to the one signed before a major surgery. Then , every few minutes, someone approaches you and tells you can’t do that including jumping with your kids. And when I complained to the manager, she said: they know how to take care of my kids more than me.

One of the worst playroom experiences ever. AIRO is simply an overrated place - the staff does not control the number of people admitted, which causes chaos very quickly and the place is not large so it is not a pleasant experience. There is no staff present on site. In some places it is dirty - wash your hands after playing and you will understand what we are talking about. In addition, the slides are dangerous for children - our son hit his head while sliding on one of them today, thus ending his adventure with this place. The entrance to the slides with pontoons is steep and slippery, even with the right socks a child can slip and hurt. I don't know how this place has such good ratings. There are plenty of better playrooms in Warsaw. I do not recommend this place. We have left early. This place is good for 5+ kids. I do not recommend to even check it with younger kid. CHAOS.

Children are happy

Great center, very large, new and the staff is friendly! The kids were absolutely exited. There are two zones: a labyrinth for kids up to 10 y.o. and a trampoline zone with extras. If your kids are older than 7 years you can go to the cafe upstairs and watch them from there. PS. Thanks for a free access for Ukrainian kids! 💙💛

Yesterday we organized our daughter's 7th birthday party in the Airo playroom and I am delighted with the organization of the entire event, nice service, involvement of the animators, tasty food, securing a table for the parents and the whole thing. I can express my sincere thanks because everyone was really delighted. I recommend organizing a birthday party here during the week because it is quiet and without crowds. Contact to specify the scope of the event for 5 hours, even a request to change one element of the selected refreshment package was not a problem. Thank you again for Iga's wonderful birthday :)

Very Rude stuff ! they discriminated a Chinese family next to me saying climbing is closed and they allowed me as a white guy to stay even I was next in line! I am sure somebody will sue this ignorant young primitive polish people and teach them a costly lesson soon! In our word there is no space for such morons ! Everybody including supervisor and lazy all lady stuff supposed to be fired immediately. few months back I had issue with one young arrogantly aggressive behavior girl - worker that seems to be under drugs influence and supervisor apologized and promised she will be fired, few months later same stuff works the same way like it was before!

I had great time with kids. The only problem was lack of information. Plenty of activities around but not a clear description or rules. Staff could me more friendly and helpful.

Its absurd that you buy a ticket online and you still need to stay in line 15m and actually start late on the hour booked. No refund, no explanation. And absolute trap.

A spacious, large playroom for children and teenagers, great acrobatic opportunities, a safe, good place for children's birthday parties; you can eat tasty food on site, delicious pizza and coffee..

The employees are a huge plus, polite and nice The playroom itself has a cool space theme, but I definitely recommend the rooms for older age groups. Younger children have nowhere to play except balls and a trampoline, which requires a parent to climb very high. That's why I was there with a small child for the 1st and last time. The room located next to the children's corner, i.e. the room with cubes, would definitely be changed to something for the youngest children, because small children have nowhere to play, and older children have nowhere to play. I think that then it would attract more attention from parents to bringing a smaller child. The tickets were expensive, and the child after leaving the hall the next day had an allergic reaction on his face. I don't know what could have caused it, whether it was dirt or a sick child, but I hope that sick children will not be allowed into such playrooms.

Fantastic place

Visited the trampoline center on January 8th. The facility is great – spacious and well-equipped. However, the staff's attitude was a letdown. They seemed disinterested, mostly chatting among themselves. It would have been better if the coaches were more proactive, offering tips and demonstrating techniques to enhance the experience. A more engaged staff would make the center an awesome place.

50 meter queue to the entrance caused by their system error caused massive delay. They refused to compensate for it in any way.

went to the space kids indoor playground. place is not conscientious of covid. place was too packed, masks were not required for accompanying adults. was not easy to even wash hands because bathrooms had no soap. tables were left dirty and unsanitized. do not recommend.

This place is great for both kids and adults. Parents are welcome to play with their kids. Upstairs is a place for having a coffee or some snacks. Outside there's free parking too.

I like this place a lot, because there are many trampolines and other attractions. The staff is very nice and the food in the restaurant is decent. In my opinion, Airo should be cheaper but if you didnt include this then it would be a perfect place to spend time. I would give Airo 4,5 stars out of 5. A good place.

The small kids jumping bad on trampoline / gas balloon, kids not jumping on hips but on legs / knee , which is dangerous. The instructors just sitting and not giving any guidance.. shocking !
