This is thee worst Taco Bell I have ever been. I will never spend a penny in that Taco Bell on North Ashley Street Valdosta GA. I ordered 5 hard shell tacos to go. I stay 5 minutes from there. When I got home my tacos was cold and soft. I thought the gave me soft shells. As I opened the wrappers were really greasy, the lettuce was old and the three sprinkles of cheese I got was stale. I took the tacos back and the manager told me the tacos suppose to do that really lady. I said ok make a taco and let’s see if a hard shell turns into a soft shell. She made me wait till she felt alike refunding my money telling me to calm down. I’m asking for my money. I’m not yelling. A worker there gave me the number to there Human Resoutce place. Wow that let me know there it’s some really bad stuff going on in that store.

We went from the Taco Bell on Bemiss road where we didn't get our food there so we went to this one. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes while people were behind the counter working walked around not one single person ever came to help us. Taco bell need to retain their employees. Ended up going to Firehouse subs.

I have been going this tacobell almost every night. Last 4 times I went they don't have half of the stuff. And I nice thing is there grill is not working. When I told manager that how come your grill doesn't work every day. She is like they might give us refurbished one. Plus she doesn't have guacamole, plus no pizza. I mean if they don't want to serve me it's fine. I don't waste my time going there. And they all know me as triple grilled. And they don't like when I am pointing out the stuff they didn't do it right. I am a business man my self( not bragging about it). But customers comes first. If you can't take care of customers than how would you run a business. I literally can buy all tacobells in the town and give better customer service than what I get now.

Looking over these comments and I see the pattern. One girl , ignored me for 5 minutes then Realized I was door dash and ignored me. The entire time while talking bad about what I presumed was the drive through customers because the store was empty. Had an attitude and was aggressive , told me I was door dash , she could talk to me how she wanted . In my 20 years of retail management , had it been up to me I would have fired this girl on the spot. Door dash drivers are customers as well and I will not enter this Taco Bell ever again. I reported this to corporate so we will see if anything happens but I am sure the cameras can and will show what I reported . Anyone I know will be told to avoid this store. . Rudest person I have encountered in the longest time. When asked who was the general manager , she wouldn’t give it. Horrible service

To the employees here that actually enjoy their job, thank you for being patient with me. However, the majority of the employees here (at least the window workers) don’t have great customer service and could be more patient with their customers.

The cashier was working off the clock to order my food (no one took her place or offered….) and she was rushing me to order. When I mentioned I felt rushed and things were becoming unpleasant she lashed out at me, then my toxic mother gave her a hug and they both ganged up on me….I was having a horrible day. And the cashier added to it. I do apologize if my remark triggered her as she was wanting to get the hell out of there and be a mother to her upset toddler but if I was inconveniencing her so much she shouldn’t have checked us out in the first place.

Ashley Street Taco Bell is superior. The drive-thru workers are always incredibly friendly - more than I am used to at fast food places. They're speedy and delicious.

I put in a mobile order as we were pulling in, I knew it would take a few minutes to be ready, being that we just put the order in and they seemed to be getting a little busy. So we just sat down to wait on our food patiently. About 5 or ten minutes go by, the cashier was talking to an employee from the kitchen and walked out to us and asked what the name was on the order. She walked back to the kitchen and was talking to the same employee. That employee from the kitchen area, started yelling across the lobby at me, “you should tell us you are here” I told her that we had just put the order in. She and a couple of the other kitchen employees proceeded to tell me that I need to tell them that I am there to pick up an order. (I was watching them make our food, so I knew it wasn’t ready.) The argument went back and forth for a minute, while we were waiting on them to finish our order. They continued to say things like “that’s okay, if their food is cold next time, it’s their fault.” This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell. They are rude, unprofessional and definitely don’t need a job in customer/food service if this is how they are going to behave. Judging by the other more recent reviews, this seems to be a trend with the daytime employees.

The best taco bell in Valdosta. Manager and staff took the time to find my lost order. They are very hard working and deserve HIGHER WAGES. $15 dollars minimum!

Everytime Ive gone here they are ALWAYS out of drinks or food, especially the slushies. This time they said they have zero fountain drinks, no tacos, or anything. Why are you even open, you still have 7 more hours to be open according to the close time...

They messed up our mobile order by missing some of the items, and the rest of it was just thrown in the giant bag that was already ripped upon giving it to us. Went back the next day asking for a refund or gift card for the missing items and was told they can't do anything like that and would only remake them for me. I didn't want it the next day... I wanted it when I originally ordered it. Marty, the supervisor who refused to help me was also very unprofessional and inconsiderate. He would barely even look me in the eyes when talking to me and would just look at me like i'm stupid when he did make eye contact. Overall, I'm super disappointed in our experience and will be contacting corporate for a refund for the food we didn't receive.

I go to tacobell for one reason and one reason only. The nacho fries. This is what I was given for my LARGE nacho fry

The new Cheesey Jalapeno Mexican Pizza was great. They need to keep it on the menu permanently. The Nachos Bell grande were also great as usual.

Listen I didn't know where to start off but this taco bell isn't what it used to be at all!!! My son & I came here about two days thinking we would get some food during late hours but we get to the speaker & was on hold for so long until we were greeted by a Marques, who handled us with the best service I could ask for, the only problem is it seemed like he kept having to apologize to us because they lacked a few items that we initially came for. But the young man recommended something for us and I have to say both my son & me will be back only if there are great people like that guy.

THERE'S A RUDE FEMALE Manager on Night Shift. This black chick gets on the mic with a smart attitude. Time you get to the speaker the cashier will tell you to hold on and have you sitting for a long time! In return, the So called Manager will say something negative about why the customer is waiting! The Manager needs to be FIRED!!! You all will keep losing business if you keep trash working in your establishment! This is the second time I had to drive off!!

We come here once a year for my daughters birthday. A huge disappointment every time. This time we found plastic in our food.

The seasoned fries were awesome. My favorite chalupas were good as always. You don't put napkins in the bag other than that I love me some Taco Bell. Nobody can make chalupas like you can.

The night shift crew needs to be praised! The food was DEE-Li-Cious!! It tasted like homemade tacos! I can't wait to come back and order. My stomach is pleasantly pleased! Shout out to Taco BeLL on North Ashley St. I don't normally compliment fast food restaurants but my belly told me to do it! lol.

I came around 8 for breakfast, every person in line pulled off because no one at the speaker was replying(cars in the parking lot). So I left and came back 10:30, still no one. They should really change there employees, to at least put a note or saying why they can’t serve. It’s fast food, should be fast service. I tried twice and still nothing. 04/23/23.

Every time we make amazing treats "Google Str8 Legal by Willie Nelson" and get the munchies at 2am to 3am this Taco Bell has never disappointed me. This will always be my Taco bell, being a permanent and fun LLC in Valdosta, GA and we all appreciate you here 💯💯💯 #nightowls #working late

My experience here is ok, food taste ok, I say it could be better with food presentation. Dining could be better and sanitize more often, restroom is clean.

I gave a young lady at the window $20.64 my total was $18.64 she gave me back $1.60. I let the young lady she was like my bad. The manager supervisor told me to pull around and she'll bring me my dollar out I was like no could I just wait here. She was soooooooo rude and looking at me crazy... When she walked back to the window with the keys she reached out for the extra change. I then I said I had already gave it back to the young lady then she started "I didn't know that" just like that. I asked her at that point why are you so rude????? Then she started you're rude to me..... I said what's your name she said Anne or Amy and SLAM the window. S/N: I'm not taking this down because this is the treatment people get at this restaurants and it need to be heard.
