Dr Darshan is a specialist in orthopaedic surgery especially hand and knee. He operated on me after I met with a major accident last year and in just less than 6 months post surgery I was able to walk on my own and go about my daily routine. He is just THAT GOOD! Once you get treated by Dr Darshan you will not be satisfied with any other doctor. He literally gave me my life back and for that my family and I will be eternally by greatful to him. Thank you Dr Darshan for your dedication and amazing service. You are my motivation to never give up in life!

My son had a tendon injury on his little finger during a basketball match. Initially,we had gone for the treatment with other doctor for 6 weeks of rest to his finger with a splinter . After such long wait, results were futile and was advised that next step to recover is only a surgical route. I was recommended Dr Darshan by one of my doctor friends for the second opinion. Mr Darshan was so cool and approached the case with very ease and made it cure in a non-surgical route. He mere recommended a focussed physio around the finger and a medicated bandage solved the issue. His experience in dealing with may such sport injuries , led this issue resolved with a great ease. Infact, whole family was tensed until he gave a opinion that it can be treated via nonsurgical route. I really appreciated his medical ethos with ethics in handling the issue in simplistic way. I strongly recommend him for any orthopaedic issues to consider. Thanks a zillion Dr Darshan and his supporting staff.

Treated for Displaced Scaphoid Fracture: Some months back, I'd an ill fated fall on an outstretched hand, while playing a game of cricket.Initial radiographs confirmed that one of my carpal bones was indeed fractured, however, this particular bone can turn out to be very troublesome, owing to its peculiar healing properties. It was confirmed that I needed a surgery because of the severity of the fracture. While I was in consultation with another orthopedic surgeon, my intuition suggested to have this surgery done by a trained Hand surgeon and that's how I met Dr Darshan Kumar Jain. From first consultation,to surgery and now to confirmation of healing , the entire experience with Dr Darshan was reassuring. The treatment plan - well-guided, the surgery- well executed with minimal incision and after-surgery medications and casting - dosed right and scheduled (6 weeks). In a nutshell, I felt my hand was in the safe and highly trained and experienced hands of Dr Darshan My sincere thanks and regards to Dr Darshan for also his courteous and respectful "Doctor-Patient" conversations. Few Pointers for Anyone dealing with a Scaphoid Fracture: 1. Do not neglect any injury in the wrist area. Most scaphoid fractures can be mistaken for a muscle sprain ,unless the break is severe ,as was, in my case. 2.Early treatment is very crucial - Surgery will be required on the classification of the fracture and if that's the case, don't hesitate to get it done at the earliest, as delayed surgeries can still result in complications and revision surgeries with bone grafts can be avoided. 3.Consult a hand surgeon - The surgery must be well executed and a lot of variables need to be properly addressed. -Surgery approach -Screw length and Dia -Screw positioning - Central axis -Retention of the shape of the bone Only an experienced surgeon with lots of cases of scaphoid fractures can ensure these factors are well addressed.

My wife was suffering from trigger middle right finger and had difficulty in bending and pain in palm. We consulted Dr. Darshan. Jain and he is very friendly. He explained the details of the problem and suggested surgery for release. She underwent surgery on 18th of November without any post operative complications. After suture removal and dressing changes she is fine in 3 weeks. Now her hand is back to normal and no pain. She can do her daily routine without any problem now. Thanks to Dr. Darshan for the treatment

Dr Darshan Sir, my sincere thanks to you for helping my ring and small finger to get the movements back to original, i suffered with ulnar nerve injury, due to accident, i lost complete control over my last 2 fingers in my right hand also they were bent during initial days, the fingers were there just like any sticks attached to my hand, couldn't able to move just an inch too earlier and eat properly with all fingers connected. With your suggestion to go for cubital tunnel surgery and nerve stimulation for 2 months, hand exercises helped me to get fingers straightened and gain strength. And daily intake of raw Vegetable juice in the morning with empty stomach almost for 4 months, also had put more conciousness and used the hand as much as possible in all my daily activities as it's right hand. You were right it took time to get back to normal as it's nerve injury. Your's suggestions were right and the steps you provided to recover was helpful. I recommend Dr Darshan for all hand related problems, sooner you visit him recovery will be faster. Thank you so much sir.

Dr.Darshan is an expert and amazing doc at hand surgery. I took an option of keyhole surgery for my Scaphoid fracture in my left wrist. An open surgery would have taken longer time to heal and would have been more painful. The keyhole helped recover sooner.. in the end it was hard for me to recognise the stitch.. it was perfect and thanks to Dr. Darshan and to my friends who suggested Dr. Darshan.
