We broke our long drive to Chennai to grab a bite in the evening. Everyone could get warm and yummy sandwiches to thier liking. We ordered Paneer Tikka, veggie and Tandoori Chicken sandwiches and cafe latte and they all tasted great as expected from a Cafe Coffee Day outlet. However, the ambience and cleanliness didn't meet with our expectations. The restrooms were very dirty and badly maintained. Although conveniently located near the highway, one has to climb a steep flight of stairs with uneven steps. Although for the food qualty I could give five stars, I am giving only 3 stars hoping that the management will take positive action on my comments.

Just like any other Cafe Coffee day. Never busy, stays open till 3am.

Nice play to stop during your highway ride from Vellore to Chennai. Usual CCD things with menu and employees are courteous as usual. Parking isn't really an issue over this place.

Early morning wanted to try Tea but they don't know. So forced to select coffee. Good place to hang out in highway.

Worst ever experience at this outlet of ccd Pathetic smell in the cafe as of rotten animal or something. They don’t nothing fresh…everything is frozen. Drink taste very bad Don’t come here.

This is available 24x7 and not that much crowded also . This place is good for birthday party and all.

The cold coffee was good. The service was pathetically slow. Don't suggest this outlet unless you intend stopping here for 1.5 hours.

Run down. Smells bad. Food was average if not upto the mark. They didn't even have a glass of water when we asked. They expected us to buy from them the bottled water. Better option is KFC next door

Good place for a pitstop. Wish there was a lift. Washroom is reasonably ok. Parking available.

I will give 4.5 for this coffee day the only reason it doesn't get a 5 is because it is on first floor and has a ramp and couple of steps after that. It is little hard for older people to climb. Staffs there were very friendly and helpful in choosing the food. Ambience was good and the toilet was clean. Overall a very good place for stop over.

The experience was mixed. The food, though being good was downgraded by the service being really poor. Mr Durairaj gave us a wrong order and when I called him to ask about it he saw me and then just ignored me entirely to continue using his phone. This irritated me quite a bit. Though the atmosphere was good this really spoiled my experience.

This outlet of Café Coffee Day offers a decent atmosphere, but during my visit, the service was notably slow. Unfortunately, there was a system issue that disrupted the bill generation and payment process, causing some inconvenience. On a positive note, the cleanliness of this outlet stood out, surpassing other locations. Opting for a cappuccino, Devil’s Own, and sizzling brownie, I found the latter lacking the expected sizzle and falling short of my taste expectations. Despite this, CCD remains an overall cool place for a casual outing.

Been coming here for the past 3 yrs but the worst experience recently!!!!!!!!This is best place to have burnt stuff!! It's the 3rd time am getting the same . The new manager is the worst from having the bad attitude and not responding while ordering! Worst experience for the past few weeks!

No Ac /fan... not working..so its very uncomfortable to sit ...and eat. Then too much delay for making bill and preparing items...

Easily accessible (just off the highway) , genuine Cafe Day, service good, Coffee ok to alright. They do need to attend to the ambient smell which seems like its built over a drain Absolutely no pre signage, and considering there are a dozen or so Cafe Days on this route, some of which exist only on the maps, they do need better advertising Toilets need maintenance, just about clean, women may not like the toilets, everything was wet

Horrible experience yesterday. Hot and happening outside & there's no ac powered on/ nor there's any fan. And i ordered hot chocolate on top of it. The feel to eat vanished with sweat all over my shirt. Before we even start eating something,the ambience must be good. And the hot chocolate that i had - You could easily taste a better one at roadside shop.It was soo watery. Garlic bread was good though.

Went there after a year..atmosphere was not so pleasant and i ordered cappucino and irish cappuccino..the taste was not the same like before. Ac is not working properly. Please try to renovate the look of ccd. Ambience was quite dull and i dont think that cappuccino deserves that much money.

It is too dull with almost none stopping these days. Young kids as staff are very helpful but the place looks like a remodeled old place that appears incomplete. We don't get that fresh feel and it is too should I say eerie? CCD should refurbish this place properly else am not stopping here the next time.

Service is delayed located on the Kanchipuram to Chennai highway. In the first floor this car is located make sure step carefully the one of the steps in too steep and the angle is not perfect you may get slip. Ambience is good not a lively environment. If you would like to have a discussion with a coffee then this is the right place. No disturbances and no distractions too from the moving vehicles.

The only good thing about this place was the drink we ordered was good but totally unhygienic. Restroom horrible, ambience dirty, seats dirty, tray dusty, from outside - we were thinking if they are open because the staircase was horrible. It had a poster that pets are allowed but the guy at counter said no (we did not take our pet anyways was exploring). So ignoring all the dirt, we wanted to have some milk shake and that was made ok. So keep your expectations zero about the place you can have your drink and walk away.

Shop have menus but only coffee and cakes are available. Most of the drinks and items were not from the menu. Disappointed 🙁

We came to ccd to chill at night time but there is no AC service and lots of mosquitoes and insects this is not the 1st time we are experiencing it's almost 3rd time we are experiencing this.
