During
our
visit
to
this
establishment
at
approximately
10:45
am,
our
intention
was
to
indulge
in
items
from
the
breakfast
menu.
However,
we
were
informed
that
the
kitchen
was
still
in
the
process
of
preparing
for
the
day,
with
the
official
opening
time
slated
for
11
am.
Patiently,
we
waited
until
the
appointed
time
and
proceeded
to
place
our
order,
only
to
be
informed
that,
regrettably,
only
burgers
and
fries
were
available
at
that
moment.
Despite
the
early
opening,
a
disconcerting
sight
awaited
us
as
we
observed
the
unclean
state
of
the
tables,
doors,
and
glass
panels.
Flies
buzzing
around
further
added
to
the
unsavory
atmosphere.
Despite
reservations
about
the
hygiene,
we
decided
to
proceed
with
our
order
as
it
had
already
been
placed.
As
we
were
halfway
through
our
meal,
our
dismay
deepened
when
a
sizable
rat
made
an
appearance.
To
our
astonishment,
one
of
the
employees
attempted
to
catch
the
rodent
but
unfortunately
missed.
Astonishingly,
the
same
employee
resumed
serving
other
customers
without
addressing
the
alarming
situation.
Taking
matters
into
our
own
hands,
we
approached
the
employee
and
inquired
about
the
rat.
To
our
dismay,
he
seemed
shocked
by
the
revelation.
In
response
to
our
concern,
we
promptly
called
the
manager
and
brought
the
matter
to
their
attention.
Subsequently,
the
establishment
took
swift
action
by
closing
the
doors
and
successfully
capturing
the
rat.
This
entire
experience
proved
to
be
exceptionally
disappointing,
particularly
given
the
brand's
association
with
McDonald's.
It
stands
as
our
most
unpleasant
encounter
with
any
eatery
thus
far,
as
the
combination
of
unpreparedness,
unsanitary
conditions,
and
the
alarming
presence
of
a
rat
marred
what
should
have
been
a
routine
dining
experience.
We
hope
that
this
incident
prompts
a
thorough
review
of
hygiene
practices
and
overall
operational
standards
at
the
establishment
to
prevent
such
distressing
occurrences
in
the
future.
