I
had
bad,
good,
and
best
experiences
during
my
stay
in
your
resort.
I
would
like
to
start
it
with
the
bad
one
Bad
Experience
1. The
heaven’s
category
of
room
is
where
my
family
and
I
faced
most
of
the
issue,
there
was
some
or
other
issues
in
the
room,
to
start
with
room
no
405
has
bathroom
wash
basin
drain
issues,
the
water
was
all
leaking
out
instead
of
getting
into
the
drain
and
then
the
drawer
near
the
fridge
was
broken,
the
slide
grooves
were
not
there
and
it
was
falling
when
we
tried
to
open
it
that’s
where
it
all
started
and
I
had
to
make
calls
as
we
entered
each
room,
I
called
the
front
desk
and
got
the
drain
and
drawer
issue
corrected.
2. Then
room
number
404
had
the
Jacuzzi
issue,
the
water
was
not
staying
inside
the
tub
at
all
even
though
the
stopper
was
there
in
place,
when
we
started
to
fill
it,
all
the
water
was
draining
out
into
the
balcony,
we
had
to
call
the
plumber
to
get
that
corrected
3. None
of
the
rooms
had
a
bathrobe,
room
slippers,
etc.
we
had
to
call
the
housekeeping
to
get
that
corrected
4. Room
number
403
has
bed
issues,
I
think
one
side
of
the
spring
in
the
bed
was
worn
out,
we
had
to
call
the
duty
manager
and
he
arranged
for
a
guest
bed
which
was
not
comfortable,
then
the
flush
was
not
working
properly
5. Room
number
402
had
water
kettle
issues,
even
though
the
kettle
was
kept
it
has
a
loose
connection
and
was
not
working
as
expected,
we
went
and
complained
about
this
to
the
front
desk
and
said
since
the
time
we
checked
in
we
have
been
repairing
each
room,
we
couldn’t
enjoy
the
stay
6. Then
the
person
at
the
front
desk
asked
that
he
would
replace
the
rooms
for
us,
as
my
other
family
member
staying
in
404
and
405
had
corrected
all
the
issues
they
dint
want
to
move
out,
but
my
sister's
family
and
I
moved
out
to
the
new
room
given
which
were
409
&
410
respectively.
7. We
moved
into
the
room
happily
thinking
all
the
issues
will
be
sorted
but
then
there
we
had
new
issues.
In
room
409
I
had
issues
with
the
wash
basin
water
drain,
the
water
jug
was
not
functioning
well,
and
in-room
no
410
the
fried
was
not
working
and
it
was
replaced.
8. The
whole
time
we
stayed
we
were
either
calling
for
repair
or
replace,
I
really
don’t
think
this
is
a
4star
property
also
these
rooms
should
be
called
broken
Heaven.
Good
Experience
1. All
the
staff,
be
it
the
front
desk,
housekeeping,
restaurant,
bell
boy,
or
plumber,
were
very
humble
and
courteous.
2. The
swimming
pool
was
huge
,
had
beautiful
scenery
and
the
water
was
very
clean
Best
Experience
1. The
Food,
I
would
say
my
whole
family
had
the
best
experience
with
the
food,
each
and
every
dish
was
cooked
to
perfection,
each
dish
had
a
distinctive
flavor
and
we
enjoyed
it
a
lot,
probably
the
management
should
name
the
restaurant
as
heaven’s
