Absaloutly horrible!!!! It was by far the worst place I have ever stepped foot in never mind stayed I mean back in my younger days I have been in straight trap houses (place/house to solely sell drugs out of) that were better then this place!!! They charged me full price for a week and I had no TV nor microwave and also no A/C in the middle of July (90ยฐ-100ยฐ+) and my refrigerator leaked so had a consistent puddle on my floor if I didnt keep a towel down and on top of all this I spend over $100.00 on roach bombs and bed bug bombs and still couldn't manage to stay the while week and of course no refund AT ALL for anything

There is no pool and hasn't been for years, management doesn't try to do anything for their tenants. The place has leaking holes in ceiling, bugs, water coming up under floors. You pretty much have to have code enforcement for them to do anything and then that only goes so far as well. I'd recommend stay far far away. Only good thing is it's cheap and big

HOTEL RATING โญโญ ๐Ÿ‘‰ The Wonder Lodge Motel Is No Different Than Any Other Motel In The City Of Reno. There Is No Heating, Or Air Conditioning In The Motel Rooms. The Plumbing Often Leaks Through The Ceilings. The Electrical Wiring Is Outdated, Often Resulting In Power Shortages. The Motel Rooms Are Often Infested With Bed Bugs, And Roaches, And There Is No Building Code Enforcement From The Reno Housing Authority. ๐Ÿ‘‰ Moreover, The Wonder Lodge Motel Is Located In A Very Bad Neighborhood, Which Is Extremely Unsafe For Children, Elderly Folks, And Disabled Residents. However, The Rent Is Affordable For Most Low Income Residents, And The Building Manager Is On Guard For Persons Loitering, Or Illegally Trespass, On The Motel Premises. ๐Ÿ‘‰ Unfortunately, Due To A Lack Of Affordable Housing, Most Low Income Residents In The City Of Reno Have No Other Suitable Housing. This Housing Problem Has Become A Nation Wide Crisis, And It Has Adversely Affected The Health Of A Untold Number Of Americans Citizens.

The management is terrible. They don't know what they are doing. They tell people one thing ND don't follow through with it. The rooms are roach infested and they don't do anything about it. Staying here will be a waste of your time and money The manager Robert that is working there needs to be fired

The wonder lodge, well, the elevator works.. It's actually a lot quiter than it use too be. Same bugs, same easy access to the rooms even if your not registered too it. Remember it's always good to walk in two's at night

Honestly if you're expecting the Ritz Carlton you've come to the WRONG place! With that being said, you're not going to find another place in the downtown Reno area for a cheaper rate... especially when you take into account the physical size of these rooms! They are quite large! And yes, there are roaches although I have yet to find a location of similar background here that does not have them. And as long as you keep your room nice and clean I honestly rarely have issue. And we have personally never had any bed bugs. Basically, as long as you're an overall clean person that keeps up on the cleanliness of your home there's no issues! And the management as well as the maintenance have been nothing short of welcoming and quickly assisted with any request we have had.

More of a weekly and monthly motel. Very few rooms available for just overnight, but it doesn't hurt to check.

Close to Downtown. Place next door open 24/7 for all your snacks and drinks.

This place is basically in the ghetto. If you're in dire need of a place to stay for a week, this is the place. It's in a bad area, but not as bad as Grove St. The front desk assured that vehicles are rarely broken into there, and it seems the people living there look out for each other, but it definitely isn't a place you want to bring your family for a vacation to Reno.

๐Ÿ˜  Iโ€™ve never stayed here but these employees/owner of this place not only doesnโ€™t support our constitution, I saw her make a false report to law enforcement. ๐Ÿ˜ Plumbing old and gets backed up alot. The prices for a kitchenett are sky high @ $1000 a month. They restrict your visitors to certain hours. The maintenance of the rooms are unprofessional and not qualified.

๐Ÿซค BED bugs!!! Management is very nice... Although, they will not be honest about their bed bug infestation. The rooms are cheap but, out dated. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you were in the verge of being homeless...
