This
is
the
third
year
we
have
stayed
at
this
location
for
an
annual
family
reunion.
In
the
past
it
has
been
a
nice
visit
and
we
have
always
made
friends
with
staff
as
we
stay
for
several
nights.
This
time
was
much
different.
The
housekeeping
staff
was
friendly
and
very
attentive,
and
the
breakfast
was
hot
and
delicious.
But
the
maintenance
of
rooms
is
not
up
to
par
.
We
found
several
disgusting
stains,
some
mold,
and
unidentified
objects
in
our
room,
which
was
only
one
rental
of
over
20
that
were
booked
in
our
group.
One
of
our
party
members
had
her
shower
flood
the
room
at
around
11pm.
One
elevator
was
down
for
the
entire
weekend
(fully
booked
hotel)
and
the
only
other
elevator
was
down
at
checkout
time
on
Sunday.
This
left
the
elder
and
disabled
members
of
our
party
stranded
upstairs
with
no
warning.
We
were
not
comfortable
taking
our
room
complaints
to
the
front
desk
due
to
issues
listed
below:
Members
of
our
family
were
harassed
by
front
desk
staff
and
threatened
with
calling
the
police
for
“noise
complaints.”
One
clerk
accused
our
family
of
threatening/intimidating
her,
which
never
happened.
We
never
even
received
a
warning
for
our
noise
level,
as
we
had
also
rented
the
conference
room
downstairs
to
gather
in.
Other
guests
were
always
friendly
and
talkative
with
us.
We
were
never
approached
or
given
a
reason
to
be
“confrontational”
as
we
were
accused.
We
believe
we
were
blamed
for
the
actions
of
other
guests
or
that
the
“complaints”
were
entirely
made
up
by
the
overnight
front
desk
clerk.
She
never
spoke
to
us
but
had
a
very
negative
opinion
of
our
family.
We
love
the
location
and
conference
room,
but
will
not
be
back
here
due
to
the
harassment
and
false
accusations
we
encountered.
