Stayed there on June 14, '23. Worst customer service I have EVER received from a hotel. We called and let the front desk know we were going to check in late (per there own policy). Then we ended up getting a flat tire and stranded on the side of the highway until 4 in the morning. We called the hotel and told them of the situation and were assured we would have our room when we arrived. NO our reservation was cancelled when we arrived and the gentleman at the front desk had the gall to act like he was doing us a favor by putting us in the same room for a higher rate. Then when we get into the room there was no toilet paper as another review mentioned. We were to tired to deal with it just slept and got out of there as soon as we could in the morning.

DON’T DO IT! Nastiest room I’ve stayed in. Toilet seat taped together, toilet leaked all over the floor (floor was soaked when we first walked in. Their fix was to bring towels to lay down for us to walk on, which they never did. Mold around the tub and all over the ceilings. Sheets and pillowcases dirty, clearly not washed from the last tenants. Would not let us cancel the room. On top of everything, we got charged an additional $300 to my card with no explanation of why. Room ended up costing me $400.

This was not the worst but I won't ever stay at this place again unless I just have to. The room wasn't clean, the phone was broke, no do not disturb signs, and I don't know if it was bed bugs or if I was allergic to something. I woke up with bites and hives all over me. Old TV and TV shows that would go in and out like back in the satellite days. So even if you bring a device to plug into the TV it won't work because they don't have Smart tvs. Rate was decent but not for this place. Weekly rate was 402.50 nice pool area. Also a Mexican restaurant in front of hotel. People were nice. The comforter set and pillows weren't good at all so bring your own

I found out after my woman got into her room that one of their buildings was in transition from smoking rooms to non-smoking. Thus, I had to get her a different room. Also, there was no mention or notice that breakfast was no longer being served. It wasn't until I checked the breakfast room the next morning and saw all the serving containers, plates and utensils, but no food and had to ask at the front desk. The rooms and amenities are alright, but some rooms seem to be short on blankets.

Home for now...Best prices! BIG O POOOL! GREAT PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE.AND THEY HAVE COFFEE HERE!!!. TACO PLACE I STILL GOT TO TRY..🍹🥑🌮LAUNDRY AND ICE MACHINES...CLEAN TOWELS AND HOUSEKEEPING KNOCKS LIKE CLOCKWORK.LOVE TEXAS!..🤠🙏❤️👍🌵🌻

Apparently the owner talks about you when you’re not there part of the new girl in the front office. The girl that’s training is too chicken to come and talk to you but can come out for a boyfriend. The cleaning crew can’t clean rooms they’re really nasty, but they can look through the windows more than once and more than one stay.

We had a King Size Bed, but only 3 small pillows. There were no kleenex in the room. Only 2 towels, and had to ask for more towels, so my wife could wash her hair. The bathroom floor was so dirty, that when we stepped into the shower, the black dirs just flowed off of our feet. The tv was supplied with some sort of low budget Dish network internet connection that did not have any local channels and paused and refreshed very often. The hotel info said Breakfast was included and there was no breakfast. The Coffee pots were empty when I went to get a second cup. The bathroom did not have any cups to drink water with.

Room wasn't cleaned. Q-tips, pills and other things in drawer by bed. Toothpaste cap on bathroom counter. Battery on floor. No cover on smoke detector or light in bathroom. Not a sheet of toilet paper. I had to go to front desk to get a roll. If I could give minus stars I would!
