It
started
badly.
They
called
me
while
I
was
at
work,
yesterday,
to
confirm
appointments.
They
didn't
bother
to
inform
me
at
that
time
that
their
insurance
had
randomly
changed
their
provider
again
and
I
needed
to
chamge
it
back.
So
I
had
to
deal
with
that
mess
first
thing
on
walking
in.
Their
door
said
Saturday
appointments,
except
they
aren't
open
at
all
on
Saturdays.
I
took
half
a
day
off
work
for
3
kids
to
have
teeth
cleaned
and
cavities
filled.
It
was
barely
enough
time.
It
took
2.5
hours
JUST
to
get
their
teeth
cleaned.
Keep
in
mind,
all
3
were
in
rooms
that
entire
time.
The
Dr
didn't
even
look
at
them
until
after
all
three
were
cleaned.
Instead
of
going
in
after
one
was
done
and
doing
his
part
while
the
tech
cleaned
the
next
one.
Completely
inefficient
and
quite
frustrating.
Add
in
that
they
don't
actually
give
the
numbing
gel
time
to
work
before
doing
numbing
shots.
Then
they
don't
give
the
shots
time
to
work
before
drilling
on
teeth.
They
also
had
"We
offer
sedation"
on
the
outside
window,
but
they
don't.
A
lady
was
scraping
off
the
Saturday
sign
as
we
left,
but
I
have
pics
of
it
before
they
tried
to
hide
their
false
advertising.
We
had
a
poor
experience
nearly
3
years
ago
and
hadn't
been
back
since.
I
decided
to
give
them
one
more
try.
Huge
mistake
and
we
won't
be
going
back.
I'll
find
a
better
dentist
to
do
my
autistic
son's
root
canal
and
crowns,
since
they
don't
actually
have
sedation,
despite
the
sign.
I
don't
recommend
this
office
to
anyone.
