Front office staff were friendly and pleasant. My masseuse Kristine was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, she found knots I didn’t even realize were there. Also I was impressed with how much pressure she used, when I asked for heavy and deep pressure, she definitely delivered! Looking forward to my next visit!

Elements is one of the most relaxing and wonderful places. From the moment you enter the building and are greeted by the kind receptionists to the moment to leave after scheduling your next visit (when applicable), you feel heard and valued and at peace. It’s a welcoming space and the massage therapists are skilled and wonderful! They listen to their clients, provide adequate pressure and relaxation and are so caring and understanding.

I have always loved Elements and have never had a bad experience! My therapist has changed a few times, but they all have their own unique experience and specialties so I recommend finding one that fits your needs for the best result. The reception staff is exceptional and the environment is clean and inviting. I always recommend my friends come here!

This was my first time and I was nervous. The desk staff and my individual therapist were very pleasant and helpful. There was a bit of a language barrier with the therapist which was frustrating, primarily because I felt like I wasn't able to understand her well enough and that increased my anxiety as I didn't necessarily know what I was agreeing to. I realize this isn't a problem everyone will have as I am particularly bad at accents but worth mentioning as it also seemed my therapist didn't read the preferences I had provided, like no feet. Or maybe she did then asked if I changed my mind and I said yes as I failed to understand her. I would have been okay with a bit more material prior to the appt to help set expectations about what to do upon arrival, undressing/dressing, tipping procedures, etc. Overall, this was a very good experience and I would definitely recommend. The issues I mention are only to help as far as making sure you double down on preferences and ask questions.

I've been working here as a massage therapist for 4 years, and it's my favorite workplace to date.
