I have been a patient at Harbour Pointe for the last 15 years and I fully recommend this dentist office and their services! Even through several moves and job changes--giving me ample options for dentists closer to my location--I remained with them because their quality of care is exceptional and the people who work there are consistently caring and friendly. Dr. Johnson is a talented, friendly doctor and his support team make you feel welcomed and comfortable during a time that is often less-than-fun for a lot of us. Their facility is clean and they have gone above and beyond to make it feel hygienic and safe during COVID times. Again, I highly recommend this dentistry, their awesome staff, and Dr. Johnson.

My wife and I have been coming to this dentistry for over 6 years now and have always felt comfortable & satisfied with the cleanings we receive as well as the thorough explanation from Dr. Johnson regarding our overall teeth and mouth health. Overall great dentistry.

I debated on writing this for a while but after talking about it with some friends in the industry and another friend who had the same thing happen I thought I needed to let it be known. While the front desk staff are all super friendly and wonderful I did not have the same experience from the dentist himself. Upon my initial exam everything seemed normal other than the fact they pulled out a blood pressure cuff. I know this is normal if you are older, but I am in my 20s and have never had my blood pressure taken at the dentist until now. The only thing I could think of is because I am overweight.. I said nah, that's silly! Until the dentist came in. He went over my xrays and after the exam made it very clear in a condescending way that my teeth needed A LOT of work. Mind you I haven't been to the dentist in a couple of years and new I was going to need some work. I brushed that off and asked what needed to be done. I agreed and was ok with it... Until suddenly I was being talking down on about "what I eat" and asked "you know what causes tooth decay, right? sugar and carbs" right then I knew what was happening. I felt uncomfortable and upset. I basically got schooled on my diet, and felt like I was fat shammed to be completely honest. I hate that phrase with a passion. I live a very health lifestyle and have PCOS which causes insulin resistance and stubborn weight. I did not feel I needed to explain this to him because he is not my doctor, nor is he one at all. The whole visit with him was uncomfortable and I felt demeaned. I initially brushed it off and told myself I was being silly. I kept my scheduled appointments and planned on going to them. Til I spoke to my husband and talked to some friends that work alongside dentists. I was told that was NOT ok and to not go back.. Another one of my friends had went there and had the same experience and was in tears in her car after as well.. I honestly cannot believe the good reviews he has.. I already am nervous about the dentist, but this made it even worse. I cancelled my appointments and decided not to go back.

Having a phobia of dentists/dentistry I have found my forever dentist in Dr. Johnson. He is a skilled, kind professional! His entire office does everything to ensure my comfort. And, Dr. Johnson’s assistant, Rose is the BEST! She is super attentive, checks in often to make sure I’m doing ok, and is so sweet and thoughtful. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Kris Johnson and his team. They are all AWESOME!!! Super pleased w/my veneers and crowns!!!

Dr Johnson and his team are very kind, patient, and caring. The office is very clean and welcoming. The hygienists are very friendly, take their time, and make sure you’re comfortable. I have a lot of anxiety when going to the dentist and they help alleviate that very well. The ladies at the front desk are very helpful and kind as well. Currently they’re being very COVID cautious and taking all necessary precautions to keep you and them safe. I do very much recommend going to this dental clinic.

Dr. Johnson & his staff are very personable, knowledgeable & courteous. The ladies at the front desk provide a warm atmosphere & always welcome me by name when I walk through the door. The office does a great job instilling trust & providing an environment that feels clean & safe. Initially, I was a bit hesitant to go back to the dentist during the pandemic but after witnessing the safety precautions that were put in place firsthand, my mind was put at ease. Aside from the exemplary customer service, I truly enjoy the relaxing nature view from the chair. I would definitely recommend Harbour Pointe Family Dentistry!

This place was amazing! I was having really bad tooth pain, they got me in so quick and took care of the problem. Rose was amazing and was the best help, Michelle was very well at communicating and updating me on everything and made sure I was all set and good to go, and Dr. Johnson did such amazing job, I didn’t feel anything during the whole process and after. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone that need work done with their teeth. Very professional and friendly dental facility. Comfortable waiting room, knowledgeable staff, very clean and inviting building. Hygienists and dentist keep you updated with the progress of all dental work. No issues or complaints at all!

I've been a customer of Dr. Johnson for 19 years! This is my first dentist when coming to Washington state in 2005. Dr. Johnson and his hygienists/assistants have been taking care of my teeth including regular cleaning, X-ray, fillings and wisdom tooth removals (done by his referral next door). Cannot be more satisfied with the services, and never changed my dentist when I moved from Mukilteo to Lynnwood to Seattle and finally settled down in Bellevue.
