My son and did this for the first time. Emily was amazing. She walked us through the whole process and was super friendly will definitely come back with my family. This is a must do in Seattle. Definitely recommend it.

This place was a lot of fun! The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was our friends birthday and it was a great way to celebrate! It was the first time doing this, and we are itching to find a day to come back and do another one of their other themed games! A small mention: As for someone with glasses, I didn't have an issue with the headgear. But everyone is different when it comes to that part! To explain, with their headset, they have a small dial that can adjust the focus. For me, make sure your headset is pretty secure before doing so since it may tend to slide just ever so slightly, making the vision a bit out of focus as well! Otherwise, for the whole time playing it was awesome!!

Me and the boys had a blast at sandbox! We play deadwood valley and the experience did not disappoint. After setup we had just about an hour of play time. Our host Emily was great and made set up easy and fun. I will definitely come back soon!

I was invited to the grand opening, and brought my kids with me to share the experience. Everyone was so accommodating and helpful, especially with the gear and making sure my kids were comfortable. The experience was so fun and felt like a workout in itself! My kids and I still laugh at the footage that was provided for us. This is a great family fun day adventure for anyone with kids 7+ as long as they’re not afraid of video games.

First and biggest review is for our VR Experience Master Caalyn. She went above and beyond to help make sure we had the best experience with and quickly adapted to any hiccups to ensure everything went smoothly. This is by far one of the best VR experiences we’ve ever had with no motion sickness issues. Secrets of the Shard is a must play. 10/10 will recommend to friends and will go back!!!

Great experience all around, from the ease of the booking process to the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. This is such a cool opportunity for team building and bonding with your friends or family. We all had a most excellent time!

This experience was so fun! William at the Westlake Seattle location was so kind and patient. And even with some technical issues he allowed us extra time as needed to get the full experience. We did the Deadwood Valley, Deadwood Mansion and Amber Sky 2088. The vests are comfy and the headsets are adjustable. I have glasses and it was still comfy to wear!

Had a lot of fun playing the game Deadwood Mansion with my friend! Even had one of their workers Simon Ritter join us on their break, and they were a great partner to have with us 😁 (them joining was optional of course, but our party was only two people so the extra hand was helpful) Shout out to another person working here, William.
