I would like to give a big rave to the maintenance crew at The Colony. I live in a neighboring townhome community. On Sunday my 16 year old, frail cat got out and I searched in vain for her. On Tuesday I got a call that she was found at The Colony. A maintenance crew worker brought her in inside on Monday night and cared for here overnight until the leasing office opened and they contacted King County Animal Services. This kind person most certainly saved her life, it got down to 32 degrees overnight. Once the crew saw my lost cat signs, they alerted the leasing office employees. I got a call from the leasing office that she had been found and turned over to Animal Services. When I went in Wednesday to thank everyone they were so caring and so happy my cat was home safe. They all worked together for this rescue. They are truly a pet friendly community, even to outside cats! When I moved to Washington in 1997 I lived in The Colony. I selected them specifically for their pet policy, which was the best in the Seattle area. Decades later I see they are still committed to the being a pet friendly, compassionate community. Thanks to all for a happy reunion.

I had a wonderful time living at The Colony at Bear Creek apartments. The property manager was very friendly and would address any problems or concerns in a quick and efficient manner. The whole team was easy to work with and friendly. I lived here for 6 years and enjoyed all that time here. I would live here again.

I moved here in April 2021 and so proud to call it home . The staff are friendly and very welcoming. They always goes above and beyond to meet your needs and expectations. The maintenance team , the best I ever met shout out to Victor who never delays our maintenance requests and always satisfy our need . And to finish, my biggest shout out goes to Monica for always being so friendly, helpful, understanding and caring, you are truly the best Monica .

Moved in to the Colony at Bear Creak in March 2021- and the only reason we had to leave was relocating for husbands work or we would have continued to make our home at the Colony- From the office to maintenance staff everyone is so friendly and welcoming! Our unit was a bit dated but for the price location, staff and amenities this place really is the best complex on the Eastside! Big shout out to everyone in the office and maintenance staff you all work so hard to create a great place to call home! Thank you!!

I have been living here almost five years now, Monica goes above and beyond. Genuinely has compassion for the residents here at bear creek colony make sure my needs are meet here. This is place I call home. I feel welcomed and the hospitality is excellent.

My family and I have been living here for over a year and have recently renewed our contract. This is a great location and well-equipped apartments. But most importantly, the team makes this place a great place to live. We turned to the staff on various questions, which were resolved immediately upon contact or, maximum, during the day. It is a pleasure to communicate with each of such friendly and upbeat office leasing employees. It happens that most of the issues we discussed with Monica. So I want to thank Monika for her understanding and ability to resolve problems efficiently and quickly.

I have lived here for over a year now and enthusiastically signed my second lease on the first of January. My experience at the Colony at Bear Creek under Monica's Leadership, has been just wonderful. Her whole staff is attentive, courteous and responsive. The Colony's atmosphere is always calm, peaceful and relaxing. If you choose to live here, at night you'll sleep well hearing crickets, frogs and a soothing fountain at night. As an Author/Editor/Poet/Academic Researcher and Private Music Teacher, I really appreciate my mellow family friendly environment. Having a view of the rustic trees and the fountain pond from my patio is especially delightful when I'm practicing Yoga, Tai Chi or Playing Piano. To sum it up in a nutshell, our Luxury Apartment Home Campus at The Colony at Bear Creek is safe for everyone, well maintained and is in one of the most desired zip codes in the State of Washington. I can easily see living here for the next five to ten years as long as Monica is setting the tone for the amazing attentive staff members like Joe and Briana.
