I plan on moving into my apartment here soon. I have to say from the time I contacted them online until signing of new lease this has been one of the most professional, efficient and easiest processes I've ever had with an apartment complex. I found the place to be nice, quiet, clean and welcoming based on first impressions. Kristen the Assistant Manager is a blessing to work with and she gets back to you within minutes of reaching out to her with any concerns or things you need to get done for move in. I was really worried about moving so far away from family but working with Kristen gives me the comfort of knowing I'm in good hands.

I have lived here for over 8 years, so obviously I'm pretty happy with the facility. I would like to take a minute however to compliment the current management staff and maintenance team. We have had several changes in ownership and management , not all of them an improvement...Aubry and Kristen are the exception, they are both very friendly, and responsive, some of the best we've ever had...I would like to highlight sweet Bethany, she is always upbeat and cheerful and goes out of her way to be of help, I feel that she has real management potential...she's a real asset to the company!!. The maintenance team is outstanding...they have been very understaffed at times, but try their best to accommodate everyone here in a timely fashion. Jordan is a remarkable manager, He has been here for years...the company is fortunate to have him. Garrett is also excellent and a very hard worker. It's so difficult in these times to run and maintain a business well, I just feel that we should praise them occasionally when they work so hard. Many thanks to you all! :)

I've lived here almost 8 years thru two management changes and two onsite managers. The current ones are the best. Friendly, knowledgeable staff in the front office and quick competent maintenance. A variety of activities for every interest is available. Lovely landscaping, pea patches and adjacent walking trails. Ask about the ARCH program for low-income rates.

We moved in 4 years ago. After only a week or two, I went to ask the office if any of the units might be for sale! We just liked the place, and everyone, including the staff, was pleasant and friendly. We enjoyed the many trails, and a shopping plaza in walking distance. I sometimes took the bus to downtown Redmond, and then walked back uphill to Reunion! This is on a ridge, so we have a great view of the mountains while taking a walk. The place is very well maintained. Recently after someone moved (not sure in or out), Mark, the friendly staff, immediately came to vacuum the carpet around the elevator.

Fabulous facility. Wonderful community. Quiet environment. Convenient town and country location. Just a short walk to the mall, minutes by car to downtown and a short drive down the hill in the other direction to a beautiful little valley running up into the Cascades. Bucolic

We moved from CA to the Reunion at Redmond Ridge sight unseen, which in itself is stressful. T'kia Valeria made the move so much easier for us. She was very patient with all of our questions, even calling multiple times a day for weeks, all the while, she responded warmly and professionally. We like our unit very much, and the rest of the staff is top notch!

My husband and I have lived at Reunion Redmond Ridge apartment more than 10 years. We really enjoy this place - quiet enough, beautiful views around, very clean air, and even more very nice others things. The management has changed several times here. Since 2018 Reunion is under a new management of MGM company. The office staff and maintenance staff do their amazing job promptly and kindly. When I made the maintenance requests, the staff's members came quickly. They did their amazing job with smile and courtesy. Thank you so much Lynn and Enrique. Also, I like how Jacqueline works. She is a very thoughtful and caring person about tenants. Especially, I want to say about a new manager Jill Simmons. If you have some questions, complex issues Jill always greets with a nice smile and friendliness. She tries to put herself in a tenant's shoes. I think, Jill likes her job and people, which is very important for customer service job.

The Reunion crew is wonderful, a group of people who genuinely care about what they do and the residents they serve. I want to call out one of our maintenance workers specifically. Garrett is a titan of industry, a class act of a maintenance man who takes initiative and takes care of the residents at Reunion as if they were part of his tribe. He cleaned my (and all neighbors) clogged gutters without even being asked, because he saw there was a problem and took care of it promptly.

T'kia has been a great asset to our community. The events she has planned have always been worth attending. The community art show she set up was a real success.

Thank you TKaia for making my move pleasant and problem free. The few issues I needed he;p with were immediately taken care of. My friends want to move here when they need to make a change.
