Bothell Home Depot - A Reliable Resource for Home Improvement I've frequented the Bothell Home Depot in Washington on numerous occasions, and overall, it's been a dependable go-to for my home improvement needs. First and foremost, I have to commend the staff at this location. They are consistently friendly and willing to assist with any questions or concerns. Their customer service is top-notch, and it makes every visit a pleasant experience. The store's cleanliness is noteworthy. It's evident that the staff takes pride in maintaining a tidy and organized environment, which makes navigating the aisles a breeze. The layout of the store is easy to follow, and this is a huge plus, especially for those of us who might not be seasoned DIY enthusiasts. You can find what you need relatively quickly, thanks to the clear signage and logical organization. Home Depot's wide selection of hardware is certainly a standout feature. Whether you're a professional contractor or a weekend warrior tackling home projects, you're likely to find the tools and materials you need. Additionally, I appreciate the 10% military discount offered at this Home Depot location. It's a generous gesture that recognizes and supports our servicemen and women. However, my one gripe is related to the lumber cutting service. It's been a bit hit or miss in my experience. There have been occasions when I've requested this service, and it's been denied because no one was available or willing to assist. It would be helpful if Home Depot could decide whether or not they want to offer this service and communicate it clearly to customers. Based on my 50+ visits to this store, this inconsistency is the primary reason I'm deducting one star from my rating. In conclusion, the Bothell Home Depot is a reliable resource for home improvement projects. The friendly staff, store cleanliness, easy layout, extensive hardware selection, and military discount are all commendable. I hope the issue with lumber cutting service can be addressed to ensure a more consistent experience in the future.

I was in home Depot and got to experience an allergic reaction I didn't see a dog the whole time I was there until I left I got rushed by two dogs at the cash register and when you tell people you're allergic to dogs they don't care. I have to experience getting physically ill every time I get exposed to your pets and an asthma attack. Up to 10% of the population has allergies to cats and dogs. A lot more people have cats and dogs and they like to bring their dogs to the hardware store because they're encouraged to do so at the expense of 10% of the population getting sick every time they enter your store. Every time I get physically ill as a result of your store's policy of treating animals better than people because you have pets and it's okay for you so it must be okay for everybody else I'm going to give you a one star when I encounter a situation that makes me ill. I don't expect you to change your policies or to give customers with allergies another option to get their goods.

I've been shopping here for years and more so in the last 2 years than ever before. My late father shopped here often and never had a bad experience. I, too, have always been greeted kindly and helped when needed, though I did know where to look before, since the rearranging of items, I've needed to ask for help at times. Most of the time, they have what I'm looking for. Don't be afraid to ask for help, I've often needed them to grab something that was out on the lower shelves but was in stock up above. Anyway, great crew and the location is right across the street from some other great places to shop for food and/or eat.

Unfortunately our appliance ordering experience with Home Depot was terrible. My wife and I just bought a house that had no appliances so we ordered several appliances from Home Depot. The house has a narrow driveway and we knew it would require a small truck to deliver the appliances. We made sure the note was made that a small truck would be required for delivery. When our first appliance was ready for delivery, it came in a large truck and had to be rescheduled. When it came back, it was in a large truck again. They resolved it that day this time and got it delivered after many hours of wasted time. The next two appliances had to be delayed because of a back order (which also caused us a few issues). But when the 2nd appliance was ready? Same thing happened. The 3rd and final appliance? Yet again, a small truck came and we had to waste hours more waiting for trucks to swap around to get our appliance. Customer service was helpful, but even after talking to managers they could only provide a tiny credit because they said the appliances were part of the same order and that was as much as they could do for an appliance order. Considering we wasted at least 13 hours beyond what was expected in order to finally get our appliances, this was a major inconvenience and took time away that we should have been working. I will never buy another appliance from Home Depot given how many reoccurring issues we had and how little credit could be given for so much wasted time.

Spring is finally here and The Home Depot is full of springtime offerings! Check out my amazing finds below. So many beautiful options, I’m not sure where to start! Looking forward to some designer inspired pots for our patio this year as well as new mulch for the flower beds. Can’t wait to get started! And- if you need an indoor extension cord, check out this great value! Susan Says…Happy Planting!🌸

For the past week or so I had been looking to purchase the Schlage Encode wifi smart deadbolt. Nobody had them in stock (not HD, Lowes, BB, WM, ect...). Two days ago I got a hot tip from an employee that they were getting two in but to give it a day to let the freight be unloaded first. I checked the app this morning and the store showed it in stock. I went to the store to pick it up but it had not made it to the floor yet. They could not find it so I purchased through the app figuring I'd come back later and pick it up at a more convenient time. However 1.5 hrs later they instead canceled my order. 11hrs later I stopped by the store again to look and this wonderful employee, Amanda, went and found it in receiving. I asked the manager on duty to please write her up positively and put in her file for excellent customer service.

My sister hired Home Depot to replace cabinet doors and new counter tops. They started charging her in December 2022 and didn't even start work until April. They did not come back to fix errors on the cabinet doors and they did a horrible job on the countertop. Now all her calls are being ghosted. I will never shop there or use their services. Noreen

The most frustrating place I could have ever been to. Favorite punchline of employees : “I don’t know how to do that one”. 10 visits for unsuccessfully getting 2 pieces of plywood cut and delivered to my home. The visits were to place order, then telling them it was not cut, return it, replacing order, second time uncut and delivered, and following 4 visits to get money back. Nobody picks the phone here! The pros at pro service desk ask a manager on phone and they say they don’t deliver cut plywood , well why was the order taken twice for that. Pros fav dialogue is same. The return pick up times are not msgd or communicated, and pickup person just shows up. Stacie is the only sane staff here who can figure out things else everyone ( at least 10!other employees whom interacted with) can say : “ I don’t know how to do this”. Maths: no one can do basic add and subtract with taxes.

The store is great and so far employees have been very helpful. The reason that I have given it the 3 is because of management not moving with the times. I find it funny that we have self check-out but not mobile pay. Being restricted to having to have my card with me when everywhere else has adopted to a cardless future baffles me.

Remodeling sucks but this Home Depot made part of the process easier today. True was so friendly and awesome in helping figure out our countertops and Edward helped load them onto a cart for us. The lady at the Pro services counter was super sweet and took care of us while we figured ourselves out at the checkout. 11/10 can't give enough stars, great team of people here.

I went to the garden center to pick up a bag of compost and can’t find a cart. The cashier offered to pick up a bag and rang me up. She told me I can drive up in front of the store that way I don’t have to carry it to the parking lot. Since she was busy with other customers, I was just going to load it myself. When she saw me drive up, she carried the bag and loaded it to my car. Best customer service at HD. Just wished they’d park carts in the garden center.

I reserved an orbital sander for my deck-2 weeks before I needed it. At 2:00 on the day I was to pick it up I was "texted" that my reservation was canceled. I was to pick it up 6:00 PM. When I called to inquire why, I was told that the prior renter had not returned the sander. I gave them one star because at least the employee called the other customer when I asked him to. The guy said that his job turned out to be a bigger than he anticipated, and he was not done. So, I ask why he was not told that someone had reserved it for later, and he needed to bring it back. Or I will see if I can find one for you at another of our stores. Nothing. I had a crew coming Monday AM, that I may or may not be able to reschedule anytime soon. Do they care-no-just I'm sorry. The total lack of any type of customer service is incredible. Will I ever attempt to rent from them again-or any Home Depot. NO! Do they care-probably not.

The absolute everything you need store. Working on a project. Putting up new gutters, replacing one segment and ended up going to there DIY site for ideas on how to do it and then talking to their experts at the store for final details. I am not a DIY kind of person and they walks me through every step and I was able to do the project at almost 20%. The cost. Amazing place, amazing people, amazing support system

Edward E helped with my toilet purchase at Home Depot . At first, I was gonna get the cheapest toilet, but Edward helped me find a better one. He really went the extra mile to help me. I was so confused about so many choices but he helped narrow it down based on the size of my bathroom(small) and the rough-in length and my personal preference on flush efficiency. After the sale, he helped with selecting different delivery options and getting plumbing services via Home Depot. I was fickle but Edward was very patient and kind. He also gave me a discount. He is a compassionate and awesome person! Thank you Edward E! I also thought the cashier was awesome. I returned some items without the receipt and she helped with the returns. I would go back to this particular Home Depot bc I thought the staff were extra awesome and helpful. Before this, I got a plumber to come over to my house and they gave me a quote for $ 830. Using home Depot as an intermediary, the plumber quoted me $325 +$174 Kohler toilet (Home Depot)= $499… I'm saving more than $300.... So thank you Home Depot!

Went there to return an item because it's defective. saw Another item that needed a repaired part. Asked for 10% off to fix the broken part. they agreed. during processing they then refused to give me the discount. I told them if they didn't sell me this item I needed the refund processed back to my card. They then refused to do it after denying me the price agreed upon when we made the agreement. I refused to accept a gift card as is my legal right. gift cards are not legal tender for debts. They then said its fine they will just use the card to repurchase the item and let me leave. However, they tried to charge me an extra $100! They then demanded I leave the store WITHOUT my item I came in with OR my money. This is called theft. Avoid these thieving scumbags selling busted equipment then trying to steal ur money.

Where to begin …. We ordered a replacement French door for our dining room this summer. Had to jump thru hoops to get the sale price approved after we had been told it would be ‘no problem’ as we had started the process before said sale ended. Then the door took much longer than expected …. Or atleast our notification of it’s arrival did. Finally got it on schedule for install… waiting again. Installer showed but said the wrong wood was ordered (by HD) & he returned it - ‘should be a wash’ with what he did use. Once it was in, I was disappointed as noticed several scratches (yes, we had paid a premium to have it pre-painted at the factory) AND now we are left with needing patch & paintwork around the door inside and out. I wasn’t expecting to have to do so much extra… The last straw — we received notice we owed an extra $450! This is seeming a bit like a scam at this point. I’m not so sure I’ll be looking to use Home Depot the next time - which is a shame, as we’ve used them several times over the years.

I just started using the app and noticed when you look up an item the location isn't always the same as when you click on it and then you get the correct location so just keep that in mind but everything I looked for, I found which is nice. If you are a veteran, there is a 10% discount as well, but you need to set up a Home Depot account and enter your service information.

The absolute most well stocked Home Depot I've EVER been to. If you find yourself disappointed again at the 3rd hardware Store of the day cynical seeking 25 mm snap off blades, head to this Home Depot it is the answer

Slow service. They sent the wrong carpet and it was late. The oven was not installed correctly and they refused to address the issue. I had to hire a contractor to install it correctly which was an added cost. I will never buy anything from Home Depot again.

It is a very safe store to shop at, lots of employees to detour any ill willed shoppers becoming lifters, especially when there's usually a police officer around the corner, or on site. I wouldnt recommend thinking youd be successful at boosting things here.... would be dumb in my opinion (more so than the typical idiosyncrasies dumming up -rather down- society)🤔🤫. That being said, its becoming a bit irritating that a typical 40yr old woman and husband *who naturally arent wearing their best attire in a HARDWARE store* are CONSISTENTLY followed and blatantly being secret surveillanced (ya 'all need to be a lot less obvious). It becomes apparent that certain customers aren't doing nefarious things after a certain point into their outing to the DIY handymart and would like to peacefully have an extended conversation (argument as my husband would say 🙄😅) about what damn color of paint to polish up the tin cans we collected off the side of the road. I understand stereotypes can exist for reasons some times, but even when i decide to apease the social norm of painting my face up to enter the ever so important H.D. Beauty Pagent (Home Depot people, geez, get your minds outta the gutter *this is a sophisticated rant, not a dirty -minded- one 🙊); Im still met with extensive, judgemental looks and cold shouldered "customer service help". As if i took one of YOUR shiny, wheeled trophy's to push around during can collection time! 😬😄 Im just exhausted with the idea that guarding a stores merchandise has to come at the cost of enjoying spending my hard-earned $. There's got to be a more common ground Id think. Like the good old days. Long gone, yes, most likely; but i believe a version in today's present day construct is possible where safety and merchandise protection doesnt over impead a customers enjoyment and taint their choice of shoping at a particular company over another.🥴🤯😎

The depot of homes! How great with their orange and polished concrete floor. Many products of varying quality and variety with shelves all over the place. Toilets up high where poopers can't poop, isles so wide that someone will eventually block you from moving. Listen for the beeps. Pro Services is not what Ludacris had in mind.

Reasonable selection but service can be painfully slow. Logistics issues on custom orders: I was told to pick up in 4 days. On day 2 they couldn't find it for an hour then said it was still on the truck so come back in 4 hours. After 4 hours it took another hour to get it for me.

Sam is the best associate at the home Depot. He was very helpful with my key fabrication, helping me find the right material for my project, and helping me cut the needed materials by hand. Thank you Sam.

I had a broken lawn mower. Mr. George Gomez in the Rentals section of Home Depot in Bothell, WA was very proactive and very professional in recommending technical fixes that resolved the problem. I really appreciated his thoroughness and taking time to explain the problem and the suggested solutions. A really worthwhile experience.

My youngest daughter was having a hard time while shopping for some kitchen items with us. While other patrons were rudely staring, Elham came to our rescue with a couple of rubber ducks and a whole lot of patience. He really turned our shopping experience around for the better! Thank you, Elham!

Buy any tools here at your own risk. Over the years I have bought multiple tools from Home Depot and they have worked out fine for me but the first time I try to actually use the Warranty this is my experience: For a 350$ Ryobi lawn mower that stopped working suddenly under warranty I was expecting the store to be able to provide some solutions. They charged me 35$ very reluctantly to take the tool and send it to the Ryobi repair. 3 weeks later I got a call from the Home Depot repair center claiming that the tool has 60$ of parts damage and it will cost another 140$ in labor so at this point I have the option of spending 240$ on repairing a tool under warranty or buying a new one. Very disappointed in this repair experience, I have heard Lowe's having better service I will be purchasing my next lawnmower there to give that a try.

It's Home Depot. You'll find most of what you need and a lot of what you want but their prices are not very good. They probably could do better with the buying power available to them. If they want to kill a product out of existence they have a great shot because of their size so they should fight their suppliers for better deals, because they can do to their size.

Thanks to careful listening and proactive customer service by David J and supervisor Rhonda, I am breathing a lot easier this evening with a new, in stock, simple set-up Levoit air cleaner. Many places lay claim to excellent customer service. Y'all actually provide it. Thank you.
